A perfect hotel for relaxing retreat. The first word that comes to mind is tranquility. It is quiet in the rooms, around the pool and at the restaurant during dinnertime. Even the evening shows feature soothing and reserved music, rather than punchy rhythms, that are usually heard on the island. The rooms (we booked a suite with balcony) deserve the highest praise: spacious, freshly renovated, and impeccably clean. The large terraces in suits feature a table, a couple of chairs and two comfy sunbeams and overlook the serene outdoor pool. The lobby of the hotel is very stylish. The personnel is nice and attentive. We booked a stay with half-board and generally found the food selection to be of quite good quality and range. There are three things that became the highlights of our stay in the hotel: 1) the lineup for the shows: wonderful performers, with music suiting the mood of the place (we liked the “Alicia Keys”- inspired performance of Julia Samadhi); 2) the indoor pool - a rarity on the island - which was understandably empty during the sunny days, so we could have it for us only ; 3) the pastries served for dinner - our compliments to the pastry-chef!

There are few things however that need improvement. First, the “non-sweet” buffet was no match for the pastry. The gap needs to be filled, in particular when it comes to the prominence and presentation of the local products. Second, and the most important, the smoking is unfortunately allowed in the outdoor pool area, as well as on the terrace of the bar, where the night shows are taking place. As a result we couldn’t really enjoy any of these facilities. We aren’s sure about the legal framework, but in other hotels on Mallorca we’ve seen that all public areas (incl. outdoors pools and the areas where the food/drinks can be consumed) are completely smoke-free.

Very big and nice clean room, with direct access to outdoor pool and well-kept garden. Room has fridge, capsule coffee maker, and all other amenities you would expect in a high-end hotel. Staff was super helpful, always trying to accomplish whatever requests we have presented. Breakfast buffet was awesome - huge selection of both savory and sweet, and very tasty. Parking available for surcharge, right in front of the hotel. There is also a shop with groceries and souvenirs just across the street, literally 20 meters from the hotel - very convenient.

Indoor pool seemed a bit dated, could use some rennovation. Half board dinner was exactly mediocre - many options to choose from, but not even one item really stood out as exceptional (not saying it was bad either, we ate good). Evening entertainment felt like a retirement home program - singer was doing the best he could, and it was very pleasant, but the colorful lights like disco ball in 80' years was just ruining whatever atmosphere he built.

Hotel was an oasis in a fairly busy but family friendly resort town just a very short walk to the beach. Small and friendly adults only hotel with lovely grounds, nice pool and comfortable sun loungers. We enjoyed the evening entertainment which was usually a singer in the bar area which had both inside and outside areas to sit whilst enjoying a drink. We chose to say on a half board basis and were very pleased we did as the food was excellent. Breakfast was lovely with the usual cooked and cold items including yogurt, fruit etc. Each evening there was a different theme such as gala, Asian, (our favourite),Italian and Mediterranean.A small hotel so, understandably, not such a vast choice as some larger hotels, but everything was cooked perfectly and the quality was great. Deserts were superb!!

Room was comfortable, had everything we needed and was a good size however we felt some of the wooden furniture was a little scratched and could do with replacement or repair. It would also have been nice to have a comfy chair in the room. This, however, is minor and would not stop us returning.

Beautiful hotel with a quiet, chilled out, relaxed vibe. Amazing food with a good variety every day at both breakfast and dinner - we ate like kings! Pool bar food and drinks were also tasty, with great portions and reasonably priced. Staff were all very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Liked the little touches, such as being handed smoothies on your way into breakfast 1 morning, a pianist 1 morning, pre- dinner welcome drink on Gala night etc. Also thought check in was great - you were taken off to sit down with a complimentary drink while they explained everything, very relaxed.

The air con system desperately needs upgrading. It's centrally controlled (on or off for all the rooms together), and when we first arrived they wouldn't switch it on, so we couldn't sleep due to the heat. It took us to complain twice, along with other guests, before they eventually turned it on, but even then it wasn't very cool. Only being able to change pool towels 3 days a week between 3-5pm seemed a little odd. At dinner you can only buy wine by the bottle, although we noticed that they would keep your bottle on ice and labelled with your room number so you could drink it across multiple nights if you wanted to.

Cm Mallorca was a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect only a short distance walk to the beach (few mins) there is a strip of bars & restaurants but we did have a car so we could reach more busier places for bars / clubs etc. The hotel itself had lots of greenery beautiful flowers / trees. Exceptionally clean and well looked after. The spa is free to use with a sauna gym and large indoor pool. The breakfast was amazing - lots of choices or traditional hot breakfast. A wide selection of fruit yoghurts nuts seeds and a great selection of coffees smoothies etc highly recommend adding the breakfast to your booking you won’t be disappointed. Parking at the hotel is 10 euro a night which is great as you know the car is safe. There’s lots to do if you’ve got a car we visited lots of secluded beaches / coves etc. Will definitely be back 🥰

Pool area could do with extra loungers as they are hard to get - there’s plenty of space to add more on the grass if not around the pool.

All the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive, from the reception staff to the cleaning staff. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and airy, the chambermaid came twice daily and left chocolates each evening 😋 The buffet style breakfast was outstanding, lots of choices and variations each day. The indoor pool and gym were always quiet whenever we chose to use them. I booked a massage which was excellent, she really really delved deep into the muscles.

There was a lot of building works going on in neighbouring hotels. This will only be temporary and will improve the look of the area in the future.

Sa Coma is around an hour, by coach, from Palma Airport. Resort itself is quite big but generally quiet - not a great nightlife outside of hotel entertainment. CM Mallorca Palace is a great place to stay if you want an adult only holiday. Cross the main road & walk about 150 yards down the road and you literally hit the beach. Room was spotlessly clean and kept that way throughout our stay. Bedding & Towels changed regularly. VERY friendly, and helpful, staff. Great food choices. Bonus of Pool towels provided free of charge.

Room decoration a little dated. Small things could make it look better, such as re-staining / varnishing the doors. Changing worn door handles with new ones. "Finishing Off" sealant properly around bath & sink instead of just "blobbing" new stuff in where holes had appeared. This also applies to some of the grouting between the tiled walls & flooring. As said small things which did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel BUT would have looked significantly better visually.

The staff was so friendly!! Also the breakfast and dinner were just perfect. We will definitely come back!

Aircon system should be checked/improved. It didn’t work on our room due to the external temperature not being hot enough to work. It was a bit uncomfortable because inside of the room was around 20 degrees and there was nothing we could do about it to make it colder (opening the windows at night is not a good idea because of the mosquitos).

You are warmly welcomed and the hotel is really inviting! The whole staff, from manager to receptionists to waitress and facility workers are all very friendly and helpful, you feel a positive atmosphere all over the place. The hotel is located a 2 min walk from the beach, we found it great so that you do not have any noisy disturbances. The breakfast is delicious! To specially mention the mallorquinean specialties corner, just fantastic! The hotel offers a comfortable pool with bar area!

The door handles in the rooms and bathrooms should be exchanged, as they clearly show worn signs of age. The plugs in the rooms do not charge the mobile phone, only when the main light is switched on. (that's a strange situation)

The staffs are super kind and helpful. They are very welcoming with a beautiful smile. We arrived late at night and they kindly fed us a light dinner. Also, It was my partner's birthday, and they knew already without saying. They arranged a nice surprise for her which we appreciated. The lobby smells good. The breakfast is fascinating (if you wake up a bit early). It's a nice and quiet place. We will be back there if we get a chance.
