Rooms are newly renovated, interior style of the room, spacious balcony with great view (we got a room with seaview), buffet for both breakfast and dinner are pretty good with a lot of different options on different days. The hotel has a beautiful (public) beach right in front of it you can even get there directly from the pool / restaurant area, and is not far from a little hiking spot so that's another fun activity in walkable distance.

We might need to try a different time of the year next time but end of September is mainly for a different age group than us, so we felt a bit less belonging there. The room has limited facilities such as water kettle, need to pay for a fee to borrow one. It was a pity the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel is always so crowded.

Facilities was amazing, so surprised only 4 star yet a much better hotel then the five star hotel that we also stayed across the road from the hotel. It was massive, building was new and looked luxurious, buffet breakfast and dinner was really good lots of variety to choose. It was really good.

Just one issue, the indoor pool must’ve had way to much chlorine as my eyes were in pain for a while I actually couldn’t open my eyes for a bit and my jewellery was ruined the next day from it. I know how chlorine works and if you’re adding a lot no one should be allowed to go in the pool as it’s basically acid. But other than that nothing, it could’ve been a accident it happens.

Fantastic breakfast and dinner with plenty of options, including for vegetarians. Very clean facilities, comfortable climatized rooms, facing a beach that is never too busy (in September). Great swimming pools and, since it's adults only, it's a pretty quiet place to stay and relax. Amazing staff, probably the best of all hotels I've stayed. They're very professional and respectful, with a nice mix of friendliness and respect for guests space. They're always available if you need them, but they're never intrusive.

Rental bikes - provided by an external company - were not great. We rented 7 and only 2 were working perfectly fine. Bed was a bit squeaky. Nothing horrible, not even worth complaining, but could have been better.

We were very satisfied with the facilities and the standard of the hotel. We had expected high standards based on Tripadvisor.com, Booking.com and other reviews and were pleased to find that this hotel was indeed excellent. Very good location, direct beach access, beautiful sea view from the room. Comfortable room and bathroom. Large, clean pool. Very polite and friendly staff. Varied dishes in the restaurants, great choices. Friendly atmosphere, perfect cleanliness, interesting evening programs. Our late arrival was announced in advance and the hotel customer service was very polite and constructive: if we arrived after the restaurant closed, they would prepare a cold dinner for us. Fortunately, this was not necessary as we arrived before the restaurant closed. We asked for a room that was not close to the elevators, this request was also well met.

This is not serious critic, just a suggestion for improvement: More drying facilities would be needed for towels, bath suits, etc. in the bathroom. There is an extra dryer rack on the balcony (which is very useful) but in rainy, humid weather it is not usable. Although this might be rare in Sa Coma, it rained several times during our stay. That's why we included this little suggestion in our review.

Room: Excellent, clean room, exceptional full frontal sea view, it was positioned on a side of the building that was facing the sea and the esplanade in front of the sea, but not the swimming pool/night entertainment - which made it very relaxing. The staff was cleaning the room every day, changing all the towels when requested, everything was perfect. Half-board included: Both the breakfast and the dinner consisted of such a great variety of food, that anyone can find something nice to eat. It was great to see so much variety for dinner, in terms of fish dishes, all other meats presents every night, lots of veggie options, too, amazing fresh fruits, cheese plates, dried fruits, all you can imagine. Also, I noticed each evening had a little food-theme, so you won't get bored. Staff: Everyone I interacted at the hotel with was super friendly, helpful, polite and very professional. I must praise in particular the restaurant staff: they were moving so fast to clean the tables, to change after every use the tables clothes with impeccable white ones, to bring fresh coffee in the mornings, or drinks/wine in the evening, always smiling and super polite. Congratulations for the entire stuff that works in this hotel! Beach Sa Coma: It is a very nice, fine sandy beach, that is just seconds away from the hotel. We were lucky to see the sea in two "moods": big waves that felt like ocean (that had its particular charm), and calm, crystal clear blue sea, that made it possible to do snorkelling for hours just in front of the hotel. The only downsize is that the beach is a public one, so the hotel doesn't own any of the sunbeams from the beach. If you want sunbeds on the beach, it costs 35eur/2 sunbeds + one umbrella + 2 free drinks at a very laid-back terrace just in front of the beach. What we did was to stay at the hotel's sunbeds placed around the pool and to go and swim in the sea.

The only thing I could say I did not like was the fact that at dinner I noticed that all the served prawns were not deveined, which we all know what it means.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools were good and clean. The beach is lovely in front of the hotel, with some water activities. The room was clean, big enough and it has a nice view. The staffs were so kind, And also we like the massages and the spa.

Minibar was not cold. There are not so many things around the hotel, so we needed to go to Palma almost every day which takes more than 1 hour(75km). The average age of the guests was high, If you are young, can get a bit bored. And the bar closes early (00.00 am). The building is a little old, the elevators are old and you need to wait for a long. time. When we get food and drinks during our stay, it was always a problem to pay for them

It was amazing, one of the best hotel I have been. - very nice see view rooms and spacious - well equpimnet room -close to the beach - breakfast / dinner - huge possibilities of high quality food -close to beach - sun chairs alvais available at pool area. You dont need to run there in the morning ( of course if you dont want the best one) - big pool just with few people -nice pool inside in case of bad weather ( but just with 20-25 charis for people) -wellness area almost empty 10/10 we will come back

- SAUNA - 90 % of people dont know how to use it. They go inside Finish sauna with flip flops , swim suit ( all polyester / plastic materials ... itsm just toxis for breatinhg) . I told also receptionst to improve it by some of the paper on entering door. Easy image with swim suit ale flip flop crossed by RED .

Hotel right by the sea, quiet, well-placed to explore the surrounding creeks and villages. The hotel appears to be newly built or has been totally refurbished as it’s in pristine condition. Staff are multilingual and very helpful. Buffet breakfast is simply exceptional. Rooms are big bright and well equipped and comfortable. Staff always on hand to help if needed. Spa, gym, sauna and hamam we’re also very welcome for our end of season November break. highly recommend this hotel for a getaway.

I didn’t know what I expected, but this hotel surpassed all expectations! I came with my parents and they also had a great stay here. The staff were amazing and friendly, the building is clean, modern and quiet, food is great and the beach and pool are beautiful! The hotel puts on fun activities throughout the day and varied entertainment in the evening. Great location too, right in front of the beach. They even gifted my parents some chocolate covered strawberries and fizz as it was their wedding anniversary. Really couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Superior room (30 square meters) with splendid sea views, amazing food quality, and above all, extremely efficient and friendly staff, to them, nothing was impossible, strong wifi across the hotel
