The location is fab! The staff were all friendly and helpful… I can’t fault any of them at any point from the restaurant staff, the entertainment team, the reception staff and cleaners. The food was nice but became a little samey samey and limited.

The hotel itself was pretty hard for my mum to navigate as she is elderly, uses a stick and has eye troubles. the kindly put our bedroom on ground floor but it still involves a flight of stairs down to the restaurant (there is a stair lift available but try telling your mother to use this 😂) and also a to flight down to the pool and bar and the beach is either down a slope or multiple flights. these stairs weren’t a problem if you are more able. also she struggled with the layout of the hotel and didn’t manage to learn her way around. Again, fine if you are younger 🙃

Food was great and lots of different choices. The location was super, couldnt be better. Staff at the restaurant was so nice and helped me because I have lots of food allergies. There where lots of gluten free choices and they had also gluten free bread (when I asked). Everybody was so nice to our girl. All inclusive was great and evening program also was nice. Pool areas was great.

Rooms need some renovating. But we didn’t spent that much time there. Other all inclusive desk near the children area and the other pool could be open until the pool is closing.

Everyone member of staff were exceptional in their attitude towards guests the restaurant staff were great at making sure tables were cleared and reset fo guests Our room was cleaned to a high standard and the reception staff were very informative and extremely helpful Overall we had a great experience we met up with family also staying in the hotel they have been guests before and recommended it to me

i have a problem with stairs so getting to the dining room was a little difficult but couldn't complain about anything else

The hotel is situated right at the beach and very close to the old centre of Cala D’Or with restaurants and shops. All staff was very friendly. We had halfboard and we thought the food is nice and plenty of choice. The beds in our room were excellent!! We did not use the swimmingpool so no opinion can be given about the pool area.

That you have to shower in a bath, which is quite tricky for older people.

You get a lot for your money, lots to choose from on all meals. Even closer to beach than it shows on photos. Great animation team!

You had to fight for the sunbeds in the morning. A bit late to open the pool area at 10.

The room cleaning was excellent. Always on time and well done.

It was our 4th visit to Gavimar Cala Gran. The food quality is continuously deteriorating. This visit, fish and meat were not fresh on some occasions. The majority of desserts were not eatable. I would prefer a smaller amount of food, but better quality. And the bar should be able to make dissent coffee, not a strange brown liquid. We had to go to the bar in the village every morning to get an espresso.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Just 2 minutes away from beach. Beach very clean. Staff very friendly. Food was good too. It was very tasty. Love this place. Is good value for the money you paid. We are family with kids, and this place was just right for them. Place is having lots of things to do for everyone.

Chips wer terrible ,English need good chips very dry n chewy, as allot of the food was not what we would eat , pizza too cheap tastes, pasta n sauce tasted cheap bland,bacon needs to be lean back bacon and cooked properly ,not wafer thin slices of fat, sausages very cheap bland taste,English should get good quality basics what they would choose at home not cheap tastes rubbish it spoils your holiday and the cheesy croquet wer ville white rubber in the middle? Tastless, not good enough at a for the English choice.

Basically you get what you pay for. You can't expect to pay very little and have the experience of being at the Ritz. Price-Quality very good. Location was great. 1 minute from a great beach. Prices were excellent, staff was great, from the reception to the animation crew which isn't at the level of what we can see of a 5 star-resort in the Caribbean but really engaging and always doing the extra mile.

Meals could be a bit more varied. After 3 days, you're already a bit tired of it (if you choose all inclusive). But again, for the price we got, we weren't expecting much better than what we got. Again, crew at the restaurant very nice and hard working. I see some comments from other guests that complain about the friendliness of the staff but I always think that people react to what you are showing to them. If you're not friendly don't expect the other people to be to most friendly people in the world. They were there but they are not servants or slaves

We loved the fact that the Hotel room key was attached to your all-inclusive wristband - no searching around in your bag when you got to your room. There was fresh water available 24/7 which you could fill up water bottles with. We loved our 2 bedroom room with a lovely sea view. Wine was very nice. Hotel is in a great location with everything on your doorstep. We used Riog Private transfers and they were brilliant (cheaper than taxi). The staff were all friendly and cheerful. The food was adequate - not great, had to eat out a few times but we enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, chilled out hotel.

The food was often half empty by the time we got there and we ended up eating cheese salad baguettes some nights. It was pretty much the same choices every meal and although it was adequate we never enjoyed it.
