Great Location near all the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes to the nearest beach.Good selection at breakfast and all the staff were friendly and helpful . Poolside rooms are on the best side of the hotel and are quieter.

More vegan options at breakfast and keep the meat options on a completely separate tray to any vegetarian or vegan options.

This is a fantastic little hotel that was perfect for us. The most wonderful breakfast that unexpectedly included cooked as well as continental as well as being asked if you wanted a freshly cooked pancake with choice of sauces. Any time we had a question for the staff they were friendly, smiley and helpful. They work really hard and again I couldn't fault the service. The location was fantastic too- really short walk to the main bars and restaurants, not far from the marina and close to Cala Gran and Cala Petita. Fab stay.

If I were being really nit picky the shower was a teensy bit small but it really wasn't much of an issue and the water pressure was really really good.

Great hotel! The room was cozy and bright, there was a balcony and good air conditioner, comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, and there even was a chocolate fountain😄 Location is near main streets with shops and restaurants, nearest beach is Cala Grand just in 7 mins away, big supermarket Eroski is also nearby. I had a birthday, and the hotel congratulated me with a small cake and bottle of champagne, and the staff sang a song))

Pillows are too flat; cleaning could be better, there was always sand on the floor, floor at the balcony was swiped just once; no minibar in the room

Enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay in Hotel Rupit. Being Adults only made all the difference to our stay. We enjoyed a gin every nite on the balcony before going out to eat which was just perfect. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially the receptionist from Argentina(sorry ask her name) and Raphael who helped us with a hire car rental. Overall the hotel was perfect and would definitely recommend it to friends and return to it again. Perfect location for the Cala D'Or beaches and restaurants

Everything. 1. Great location a stone’s throw away from beach (cala gran, cala petite and cala emersion) and the town. When walking pass, there are lots of option to chose from restaurants and shops. 2. Comfy bed, great buffet breakfast and loving swimming pool as it has jacuzzi! 3. Easy to check in, communication with hotel was excellent as I had problem with the flight which delayed upon arrival. 4. Bus stop is not far if you wish to visit different places like i did - Santanyi Town. Also the coach (in which I booked via hoppa website) for pick up from the airport, and drop off right next the hotel. So perfect! so glad weve picked right hotel with reasonable costs for 4 nights.

Shower, would be nice to have a little bigger room for the shower.

This is my second stay in this hotel and I found it to be, in almost all respects, excellent! The hotel is quite new and I would say that it is nicely decorated and well-appointed. However, what sets this hotel apart from others I've stayed in, is the staff. Marian (reception) was particularly helpful and attentive and helped to make our stay even better. Godfrey (chef) was very friendly and provided us with a great breakfast each morning. Cecilia (reception) almost made us feel welcome and greeted us with a smile. These small expressions of kindness and a helpful attitude can make all the difference in a hotel stay.

We had a good stay overall. Breakfast was great, staff was really helpful, location is good and a short drive from the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. The pool looked nice, even though we didn’t use it

Room and ensuite bathroom were very small, and we would come back from a day out to find the bathroom smelling. Wish they’d provide hotel slippers to be worn in the room but that is a really minor point.

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an early excursion and we were allowed into breakfast early. on our departure day we again left before breakfast but they provided us with a packed breakfast to take with us.

Lack of Tea/coffee making facilities. Only a kettle in room, although on asking the staff they did provide us with cups.

The location was great - very central with shops, cafes and restaurants all very close by. The beach was also only a 5/10 minute walk away. Breakfast was very good - lots of options and also had pancakes cooked to order!

Our flight was very delayed (3+ hours) so we did not arrive at the hotel on time and it was closed. We rang the emergency number on the door but no one answered. However, we sent the reception a message via booking.com and they immediately came to the door to let us in.

The location of the hotel is excellent! There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. The hotel is very clean and the pool area nice. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of options to choose from.

The air conditioning system wasn't on in the hotel in April. Due to the lack of AC the room was quite hot and the air stuffy. Luckily you can open the balcony door.
