The hotel was really great. The food was amazing, the quality of every meal was great and a lot of options. The room and the whole hotel was really clean. Almost most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice.

The staff speaks really poor English, they always wanted to talk to us in German or Spanish. The drinks during dinner were not free (even water), it would have been great to have a prior information about that. The closest beach was full of seaweed (or something like that), so we had to walk a little (like 5 mins) to reach the clean water.

Lovely hotel. Excellent sea view room with stunning views along the coast which was spotlessly clean. Good sized bathroom. Lovely food at breakfast and dinner with good range of alternatives. Well managed pool area where there were always plenty of sunbeds. Really enjoyed our stay.

Thought Cala Millor was a little lacking in atmosphere but the hotel is slightly outside of the main area at one end of the beach which is quieter in any case.

We enjoyed the very kind and serviceminded staff, especially Pellar in reception and Montes, who kept our room very clean and tidy. The food was excellent and a very nice detail with the cava for breakfast. The view from our room was fantastic!

It was a bit annoing that there had to be "bloked" money for the drinks we chargede to the room, especially because it didnt registrer correctly on the roomcard, and was rejected twice when we used it. After we got our roomcard changed at the reception it worked, but it was an irritating situation.

Good quiet location as away from the main centre of Cala Millor, but that does mean it’s a bit of a walk out to find something to eat for dinner. Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic with everything you could imagine - and more - available! The room was a great size and the shower was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel; hot and powerful rain shower. Only improvement would have been if there was a holder for the handheld shower head. The staff were friendly and very helpful and there seemed to be a good mix of entertainment in the evenings. The standard pillow on the bed wasn’t great but I found some extra ones in the cupboard, and 7 days in to our 9 day trip I discovered that they had a whole pillow menu!! Mind blown! If I was going to return to Cala Millor I would stay here again.

The only minor gripe I had was that the outdoor pool was too cold to swim in at the start of October and the indoor pool could have been a touch warmer.

Ultra clean room Wonderful view on the sea The staff is very friendly, everyone speaks English. We didn't go to the pool, but it seemed well maintained. Sound isolation was great. Very comfortable beds and pillows (especially for someone with cervical problems). Quite important to ask them for a queen bed, otherwise you'd get 2 singles...not ideal for couples. The location is perfect : under 2 minutes walk from the beach and different hiking trails, few shops and bars under 5mins walk. There is no private parking, but theres a free parking at about 3-4mins walk where is always place. The food was variated, enough choices for vegetarians too. Not the best food, but clearly very decent tasty dishes. Plenty of fruits and desserts too! We went in october, when most of the guests were germans, hence the food had a LOT of German influences.

The dining area can get quite hectic at times - no plates, empty trays (that will be refilled, surely). I saw some stained dishes, maybe it'll be better to pay some extra attention for that aspect.

Great location, close to the park and sea, quiet area and amazing views.felt very safe there. Great stuff in the downstair bar. Everything was very clean and new. You could rent a bike ( new and good quality) which is great. Breakfast was tasty, and food selection if food, not so much for dinner. Amazing sea views from restaurant terrace.

The majority of their clientele are Germans, and I felt the hotel is run with this in mind. not a bad thing of course, but not being German, I felt a bit out of place, as the stuff assume you are German and speak to you in this language. I missed the kettle in the room.Outdoor pool was quite dirty (plenty of dead skin cells, or something like that), but the pool area was very nice, with wind shields so very comfortable to sunbath. indoor pool very nice with good temperature, but could be opened longer ( it was closing at 8pm:/ ) I also felt that during check in, more information could been shared about how things work and what to see in the area.

This was a great hotel with super helpful staff, and a phenomenal breakfast and dinner buffet that changed every night. They also did my laundry for me at the hotel, because their normal laundry provider couldn't do it fast enough for me. They also gave me a free room upgrade because it was end of season. Rooms were good and nothing to complain about at all. Great spot.

Hotel is brand new, staff are great (especially bar staff really friendly and happy and was a pleasure to be served by them), the food was very good, I had half board and it was worth the extra, the location is peaceful, 5 mins walk to bus stop, next to natural area, cala millor centre around 20 mins walk along promenade. I had a pool view room which looked out to the sea and it was beautiful, the room is spacious, and the shower is very powerful and was like a rain shower.

Memory foam mattress which are in most hotels, I can't sleep on them as get too hot, not a good choice for hot countries! The Cala Millor promenade pavers desperately need deep cleaning and the beach wall needs painting as it gives a run-down look. The nice part of the beach is a long walk, right outside Castel de Mar hotel, the rest of the beach near the hotel is seaweed and rocks and the beach sand in the resort is not clean, cigarette butts etc, but none of this is not the fault of the hotel, I just wonder where all the taxes are being spent. But I had such a lovely stay, I would still come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location was very good, quiet and peaceful, but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and a further step to the centre of Cala Millor and Cala Bona. There are excellent cycle lanes and plenty of places to hire bicycles, an easy way to travel about. The staff were friendly and professional and spoke Spanish, German and English to reflect the varied origins of their guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable with efficient, and more importantly, quiet air conditioning ensuring a great nights sleep. We availed of the buffet breakfast and dinner, both were excellent, a wide and varied selection of foods available with key items cooked fresh in front of you throughout service. The pool area was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun beds. Although busy, beds would frequently come free during the day as people moved on to other activities. Pool towels are available from the lifeguard on duty and can be refreshed daily once you leave a refundable deposit with reception. There is also a good pool entertainment programme with friendly and engaging coordinators, our children really enjoyed giving archery a try!

Everything. The hotel is secluded but at the same time close to everything. The layout of the Hotel is very well thought out. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and all the rooms have a balcony with view to the swimming pool and ocean. It was a pleasure to wake up in the morning and have such a gorgeous view. The staff is marvelous. From the reception to the restaurant and swimming pool area, the staff was very kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. What surprised us the most was the buffet. I stayed at many different hotels, but never seen a buffet like here. The buffet is enormous with many different choices of fresh food being replenished very quick, even until the closure, both breakfast and diner. Does not matter if you are late, you will always find everything.

Every day there is a different animation for adults, which we appreciate, but the animation needs a small update principally for the kids. The night we enjoyed the most was the flamenco night where 3 gorgeous girls performed for us.
