Great location in the first line near the beach in a quiet place ( about 1,5 km to the city centre with bars and restaurants). Near the hotel are located market and a few cafe’s with great food . We have HB in hotel so breakfast and dinner with variety of food ( most European cuisine ), a lots of fruits and sweets;) Staff is very friendly and client oriented, thank you so much for your service and assistance;) Room is clean, with good condition. Bed is very comfortable for sleeping. Cleaning was every day and at high quality. Entertainment provide good live music show . Good transport communication ( bus, boat, car and bike rent near the hotel), so you can easily get to nearby beaches and cities.

Awful coffee and russians in hotel….

We travelled with family of three, we had a fabulous time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, we liked animation team. Our boy fell in love with Viktoria and her mini discos! Allesandro looked after the adults well, I liked shooting from an air rifle most. During our stay in May there weren't many families, mostly elderly people. Outdoor pool and sea were still quite cold, but manageable. We paid deposit for pool towels and they were good quality and always available. We liked walking distance to all shops and bars - a stroll along the boulevard is a must. There was very good free wifi available all around the hotel and in our room. The bus runs very well, we made a couple of trips to close destinations, like S'illot, Porto Christo, Drach caves. To the airport you can go every hour very comfortably, so there is no need to book a private transfer.

Once the cashier stopped us at dinner, thinking we hadn't paid for a water the day before. It was unpleasant, but it was resolved quickly. The beach in front of the hotel is rocky, there is not enough sand - a nice part of the beach is on the other side of Calla Milor! We expected there would be more people in town for evenings, but it was quieter during May, most of people sayed in hotels.

We loved the food and drink. We loved the location to the beach and the indoor pool was excellent when the weather wasn't very good.The hotel was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were excellent and really friendly. The hotel is situated near to lots of shops and supermarkets, there is a Lidl and a Mercadonna within a five minute walk. There is an excellent sports bar just round the corner from the hotel called the Sportsman it shows all live football and Rugby matches.

There's just one thing the aircconditioning could have been cooler. We could not get it to blow really cold, maybe it had been set to a certain temperature for the time of year.

Nice location, sandy beach. Comfortable beds,nice breakfast , relatively good food at restaurants, helpful staff, great view, clean pools ,good entertainment programs especially for kids, our daughter loved the mini disco. Also variety of adults programs at night . Maybe som furnitures are outdated but they works fine and the accommodation totally worth the price :) I read some comments regarding narro road to the hotel, at the end (after ma15 and ma4039) take ma4023 not that stupid suggestion of google map, then it’s fine ;)

2 small Elevators for such a big Hotel :/ We had half pension, breakfast was almost the same every day but with a big variety, so it was fine. Dinner menu was wired, we don’t like seafood and pork, some nights it was hard to get something to eat and some night Too many options. The Grill part meats were not marinated and was hard to eat…and no food labelling like what kind of meat it is or so …But all in all lots of options available i could say. Wifi was a bit poor.

Amazing beachfront location, with a stunning view of the sun rising over the sea and relatively close to the restaurants and stores. Room was clean and spacious. Overall nice breakfast, offering all sorts of options.

Food offering (outside breakfast) was quite limited, with mostly snacks and no good vegetarian/vegan options. Bar staff was not very well trained, having confused the working hours and slow to prepare very simple orders like garlic bread or patatas bravas. dinner buffet quite expensive compared to surrounding restaurants. Beds were super light so they moved with minimal movements; also room isolation wasn’t so good, so we could hear noisy guests now and then. internal pool could be a little warmer (esp in cold days)

otel in Cala Millor and even though on my arrivals I have been told that the hotel is overbooked and I will have to stay one night in other hotel belonging to the same chain. As long I had somewhere to sleep I was ok with that. Lovely lady from reception Cati sorted me out quickly and understandable. Hotel as a compensation swapped me for better quality room, half board included ( my original reservation was breakfast only) and even a delicious compensation gift which was waiting for me in the room. The hotel which was a replacement for the first night was an amazing spa/hotel place, I basically had opportunity to stay in a palace! On the next day reception informed me as my room is available and I can move over there. The place was also great with incredible views and delicious food, and I mean for real delicious!! Food selection was great! Whole staff at the reception and restaurant are extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely appreciate their efforts and I highly recommend the hotel if you’re planning your stay in Cala Millor!

Very good stay. Food at highest level, you have like 50 kinds of dishes, desserts, fruits. On breakfast there was also cold white wine. There are two pools. Close to beach, shops. You pay for room and food, but just food would cost you more to eat outside, so it's a great deal. Very attractive, elegant hotel with also elegant restaurant. Recommend it fully. You have very good breakfast and supper and time for yourself. Also there was a sweat host that said that they treat you like family. Very nice. Thank you.

Only thing is that check out is at 12:00, but at 11:00 I couldn't access the room. I asked maid for help so I was ok.

Breakfast and dinner was excellent A wide variety to choose from and everything was very tasty and well prepared. The waitress Susanna and Carla at reception needs to be mentioned as they have excellent customer service skills as they go out of their way to make customers feel welcome.

Pool hours. I would have liked an evening swim and the use of the jaccuzi at night in the indoor pool area but unfortunately the pool was closed.

The reception staff was very welcoming and accommodating even for special needs (a special space for a conference call). I have highly appreciated it. The hotel is very clean.

The restaurant: there are limited choices for a vegetarian/vegan, resumed to side dishes and the same salad bar, which shows its limits during a 2 weeks stay. The hotel needs refurbishing. There are only two sockets in the room.
