Location, views , breakfast, good size rooms

On the arrival I was asked to pay full amount of money for stay or I can’t get my room. It was 3 o’clock in the morning with 2 little kids. After an hour the reception person figured out I was only supposed to pay taxes as I already paid for my stay. Inside pool was always smelling like urine and water was cloudy. Sauna was locked. The restaurant staff wouldn’t let us sit together as group of 8 even there was tables free as they would have to set extra plates. Probably if I tip them I would get table every morning as it seems German guests were doing it.

amazing location and staff were wonderful. the hotel and its grounds are spotless too. breakfast was delicious and had a very wide variety to chose from. hotel reception were lovely, booked our transfers for us and helped with various other things.

air conditioning stopped working in the bedroom on the fourth day of our stay and nobody did anything to solve it. wasn’t too bothered though as the other unit worked. the entertainment in the hotel is basically non existent however this may be suited to its German visitors. no music playing even around the pool area.

We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food but everything else was perfect and I would definatley stay there again and recommend it to others.

There weren't alot of guests at this time of year, but this was actually a positive. Not sure if the jacuzzi worked but that also wasn't needed as the outdoor pool was great because it was hot.

The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect, and the food was delicious. We loved our stay at the hotel.

We’re the only no germans there, not the hotel’s fault though, but i missed hearing more Spanish or chatting with people from other nationalities too.

Beach & location of hotel was fantastic

The walls between the bathrooms were very thin. You could hear people going to the toilet & flushing the toilet. The airport transfer is too expensive. A booked local taxi is cheaper.

This hotel is fabulous, I couldn't fault it in any way. The staff are amazing and the views from the balcony are stunning. Overall our experience here was just brilliant and i would highly recommend visiting. The resort is lovely and lots of places to eat and drink

There wasn't anything i could fault at all. The standard in this hotel is very high and i appreciate the efforts the staff went to, to make our holiday enjoyable.

Wish the aircondition was a bit more powerful, so the room was a bit hot

I booked this hotel because I was looking for an accommodation with a beach front sea view balcony and I was amazed by it when arrived. I specifically asked for a top floor apartment so I could enjoy more of the view, and was given it on the 5th floor facing the square with palm trees which is very beautiful. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, even tho they didn't speak good English, but it wasn't an issue. The balcony was much bigger than I was expecting it to be, which was a big bonus! The beach in front of the hotel is actually really nice, blue water and white sand, perfect for a nice beach day without having to travel anywhere. In other reviews a lot of people complained about the noise coming from the rock bar downstairs, but if the door and window were closed, I couldn't hear it, so was fine. The breakfast had a big variety and tables indoor and outdoor. I ate dinner there one night, and recommend. Overall amazing stay for 6 days, that created beautiful memories!

The water in the shower always switched from very hot to cold. The mattress is not the best (not firm enough), and we had 2 single beds next to each other, but since the beds were very light, they would easily move apart creating space between the beds which is not the best for a couple. Cups are not washed during daily cleaning and there's no soap/sponge for cleaning it yourself.

It is a really nice hotel even though it is far away from Palma it is an excellent place to relax and be with your family. The staff were also friendly and always at your service. There are also many supermarkets close to the hotel and a nice game park so the kids could even enjoy more their vacation.

Everything was good, there was only a strange smell at one of the elevators but that’s only it.
