The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic; reception staff, restaurant, bar and cleaners, every single member of staff I had contact with were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was plenty and lots of choice, plenty of tables in the restaurant and kept extremely clean. The pool is great and there are a large amount of sunbeds with a strict rule of no saving beds with towels which is fantastic! The location is further out from where we usually stay in Sa Coma but still only a 10-15 min walk to the beach, main bars and shops. The hotel do provide a shuttle bus running up and down a few times a day but we always just walked. The rooms are great, for an all inclusive it’s not just a room, they are all apartments with bedrooms, living area, bathroom and kitchen area with fridge, cooker etc and all have a balcony. The cleaners are every day apart from Thursday and change all towels, provide toilet roll etc

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, overall it was a great but probably not for our group. I’d say it’s more for families with children or older couples taking a break together. We were a group of ages early 20’s and 40’s, we requested rooms near each other and they provided that so we were all together but I’d definitely say it’s not catered for our group range. When my children were younger it would have been perfect for us and I’d go again with just my partner but not as a group :)

I thought the manager and older female receptionist was very arrogant and rude, we had a problem which booking.com sorted, but the staff were very unhelpful....the other staff members to be fair were very nice, The kids play park is bit dated but to be fair we couldn't get them out pool anyway!

The entire hotel was spotless The bar staff were accommodating Always space at the pool Restaurant was well replenished and mostly good Hotel was nice and peaceful and very good for a family stay. Lots of activities for the kids If they wanted it. Swimming pool was a perfect temperature for the little ones. Water pressure was fantastic in the bathroom. Room was not noisey (well insulated from sound). cold estrella, slushie machine and ice creams

Quite far from the beach for little legs. The snack bar options were very limited ( sliced bread and low grade cold meats/cheese a few fruit options). Spirits were not great quality at the bar. Cocktails were dispensed from a machine so not the best.

Lunch and dinner were nice, we always found what to eat to our taste. Drinks were ok, although cocktails are premixed up... Animation team is wonderful, staff nice. Room was clean. We liked pool area and that additional entertainment was possible. Convenient location for traveling in island. Hotel does not have parking but we always found spot near by for free.

Hotel needs renovation. At the amphitheater scene, there was a smell of mold. Breakfast is almost same each morning, scrambled eggs are really untasty :( some ants were invading our room and the room we got was separate from main area so we had to go through street each time, a bit annoying. A lot of smoking near pool was also not pleasant. The rules for renting equipment for entertainment (mini golf and etc) were not convenient - very limited time for getting it (only 3 times a day during 15-30 minutes) and limited time for renting (although we could see a lot of it free and unused..)

Best animation team, best hotel staff, so many activities!😍 This hotel staff is one of the best. They are kind, nice, and work very fast and do everything right away after you request. They are very nice and fun people that makes you feel like you are really on vacation! The most important feature that this hotel has its animation team. They were amazing! I loved the employees and animation team of the hotel the most. Plus, facility is good, they have clean rooms, nice pool, great food, activities all day long and not boring. I strongly suggest this hotel!

Great location, 800 m from the beach with the complimentary shuttle bus available to take you there. Just 10 minutes walk from the town centre, very quiet and tranquil. Very well maintained public areas, cleaned every morning. The staff were amazing, from the front desk, catering to the animation team. Everyone was smiling and made us feel welcome. Fun activities throughout the day and great evening entertainment such as bingo, circus, reptile show, and a mini disco for the little ones. Food selection was brilliant, everything fresh and lovely. There was breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snacks were available during the day. The highlight of the place is definitely the swimming pool - very clean, great layout, plenty of sunbeds. Music was not too loud, which is nice. Our apartment was very spacious, with the balcony and little kitchen, there was also an air con. Lots of storage, which is a bonus. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this place.

People smoking in public areas, maybe if there was a designated smoking area it would have solved it. A little far from the airport- about 1 hour drive, but it's worth it :) The place is a little dated, could do with a little refreshing.

Animation team for kids and adults. The biggest plus of this hotel!! Loads of options for adults and kids! Swimming pool is great as you can really have fun with jumping etc. Location was great for us. Not too close to the mad centre. We love walking and it was only 10minutes walk to the beach but there is a bus service if someone prefer to use it. Reception crew was amazing. Nothing was a problem. Always happy to help. Even calling in a doctor to the hotel wasn’t an issue. Reusable cups at the bar were really great idea. I was really happy with one of the cooks. We have a daughter with some food sensory issues. He was happy to grill a bun for her at one of the evenings. As a mum of ASD kid really appreciated that. Some chefs could be less strict. Food wise it was good too. Loads of options everyday. If I could just mention that adding regular small plane pancakes to everyday breakfast menu would be even better. That is something all kids love. The crepes that were there were more like wraps.

Not much that we didn’t like: Room cleaning service… we had one room at first where lovely older Lady was cleaning the room and it was always left spotless. We had a little issue with air conditioning and our room was changed. The person who was doing that building wasn’t great cleaner unfortunately. Smoking… we really understand most Spanish people smoke everywhere but arena where all evening animations take place should be smoke free. And there should be signs.

Couldn't fault the hotel for the price, the food was better than some 5* hotels I've stayed in! Absolutely incredible. Staff were amazing, great entertainment. Can't wait to come back for our little boys birthday!

Initially we were given a second floor room, with 2 prams, suitcases etc and there's no lift, but we were moved to a downstairs room once we asked. Hotel room that was e were in are quite a walk away from the main area, we had to come out of the hotel and walk to our room, but not a problem just can be difficult for elderly which we noticed.

Tou could tell the Staff really cared. Went with 2 young girls fist night they had a reptile show which was brilliant and came all free. They have things all ages on most of the day and night was a brilliant place to stay would visit again in a heart beat. Really near the beach and a zoo lots of things to do marine park an hour away. Hotel helped arrange getting us to places too. We are scoftish, and we're glad about the woman at reception she understood us and helped us do a lot. Perfect pool kids park etc.

Would have been a pot better if the food catered a little more for brittish. More German food etc but everything looked lovely I stuck to beef, pizza and salads but chefs were really good.

The reception staff were outstanding and extremely helpful. The kids loved the pool. Excellent value for money. Food was good - not fine dining but plenty of choice with some variation daily. The entertainment is aimed at families with young children rather than adults or teenagers but the staff worked hard and engaged with there target audience. We travelled with teenagers so the free shuttle bus worked really well as we could venture out.

I did NOT see this as a negative but be aware if you want to borrow items you have to leave a deposit- fair enough! You get it back when the item is returned. Again I did NOT see this as a negative but …You are given a plastic cup each which you have to take to the bar whenever you want a drink - fair enough - saves on washing up & is environmentally friendly & safe round the pool.
