The property offers a wide range of amenities, including two swimming pools—one for families and another exclusively for adults. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, while the dinner service impressed with a changing menu each day, featuring meat, seafood, and vegan dishes. The staff is friendly and fluent in English, enhancing the overall experience.

The layout of our room was quite unusual. As soon as you enter, the first thing you see is the bathroom, which is connected to the room without any separation. The closet was small, and instead of a door, it had chains, making it uncomfortable to hang or retrieve clothes. The parking was not included in the price and you also need a deposit of 30eur for the controller of the barrier.

The location was perfect! Not too far from the airport but far enough not to be bothered by the planes. My room location was simply perfect - top of the hotel with view to the sea... exquisite! and enough for one person. The hotel had buffet with various food and diet requirement like vegan and gluten free (but choices were very limited). They have 2 swimming pools - one for general public and the other for adult only, so you can be far away from all unwanted noises. And they even have a tiny beach were you can go swimming out in the sea! For lunch they have a restaurant beside the main swimming pool and you could sit there to grab some food, and a small bar to order your cocktails. You can be billed on your room or pay as you go. I tried few SPA treatments and I would recommend to do the body exfoliant one... if you wish to have an amazing tan by the end of your holidays! The staff was very friendly and even helped me with my Spanish! On top of the hotel facilities, you have services like a hairdresser, a small boutique, even a scuba club! And few little convenience stores and shops are present around. I would go back there!

When you arrive, you need to make sure that you ask for credit on your room if you intend to pay that way during your stay. I found myself asking twice to increase that credit thinking it was a given that I will pay at check out. The way to Palma is a bit far and take 35 mins by bus. If you are usually using an app for taxi like FreeNow or Uber... forget about them! You kind of need to rely on the hotel staff to get you one.

Everything was fantastic from the moment of arrival. We received a glass of cava and a hot towel and our bags were dropped to our room for us. The was also a bottle of cava in the room for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. The staff in the hotel were all so lovely and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast buffet is great so much to choose from!! We will definitely be back next year!!

This is by far the best hotel we've been so far, and we are coming back a second year in a row, we will almost surely repeat the next one again (if this planet still exists then). We do recommend the months with more moderate temperatures where both the staff and the people are more relaxed, and not as beaten by the heat. The small gulf is so serene, and they did something from last year till now, because now the boats are no longer smelling of oil and fuels, and the water is really clear with lots of small passages of fish to look at. We've been in the quiet part of the hotel (that is not facing the pool) and we were actually in the same room we've been accommodated in last year (we've asked, and they just delivered!) The staff feels like a bigger family, many of the people we've seen last year remember my wife was pregnant, and were so happy to see that we are now three this year. We will surely be missing the phenomenal breakfasts, the v60 coffee and the piano nights in the lobby bar. Till next year.

This is surely not because of the hotel, and they probably cannot do anything about it, but will leave it here just in case. The Palma airport is perhaps one of the most overloaded air hubs in Europe, so there's the constant distant background roar of airplanes taking off, but this is mostly because the hotel is in such a quiet place.

This is an incredible hotel, at least in October when it is not that crowded. It is large, but it seems personal. The rooms (we had two connected rooms) are convenient and clean. Bathrooms really ok, champagne on the room. A great pool and a nice pool-area, a small step to the sea and just about 5-700 meters to a nice beach (really nice in the afternoon). You need some walking to the restaurants, but Sorrento just over the street is great. And Cibus pizza is the best! Easy to take catch a bus or a taxi to where you want. Minigolf available. Perfect for families. Breakfast great!

The internet is unstable, made it difficult to work.

Didn't like not a proper toilet door, so less privacy. We were on 7th floor but near a corner so we had restricted view. Breakfast buffet was good but could be better.

The hotel is perfectly placed: 10 minutes walk to Platja Illetes which is very picturesque, 20 minutes by bus from Palma city (bus stop is exactly at hotel exit). The hotel itself provides all the leisure activities within it's territory: outdoor swimming pools, gym and SPA and indoor pool (especially appreciated during bad weather), the hotel doesn't have a beach of its own but there is access to the sea from the walk in staircase. The breakfast has a variety of fresh food and fruits. Also very recommend to visit the pool restaurant during BBQ hours, food is very good and the prices are within average in the area. Although it is a big hotel, there is a respect to rest hours. I didn't suffer from any noise from the pool bar or from the neighbors. The rooms are quite spacious with the balcony overlooking the see. I very much enjoyed the stay.

Everything was perfect! Very attentive staff. The food is above and beyond: champagne for breakfast! Every evening is different theme for dinner (if you take half-board - I really reccomend it). The seafood almost every evenig. We even had sushi! It's from 18:15 till 21:30. 3 swimming pools! One is heated, the big jacuzzi, 3 saunas (it's all included)! It also smells very good everywhere :) There is a tea pot in the room. Some useful information: there is no uber in Mallorca. They have only one local taxi by meter, works very good and fast. We paid ~37€ from the airport to the hotel (it took about 20-25 minutes).

The only disadvantage is that the drinks are not included in dinner. You need to pay even for a water or tea. And in the room you have 2 bottles of water on arrival and they don't replenish it, you need to buy it in minibar or a supermarket that is not far.

Excellent choice of food for breakfast and supper with the latter varying from day-to-day. My room was kept very clean by Daniel. Wonderful view from the window over the garden/swimming pool. It was very convenient to have a bus stop right outside the hotel. The service was very frequent - the no 4 bus going into Palma for 2 Euros at least every 15 minutes. Helpful reception staff and excellent facilities. There are local mini markets nearby to purchase small snacks for days out.

At times it seemed a little too busy in the evenings in the restaurant - the staff were working extremely hard so didn't have time to chat.....a shame when you are a solo traveller. However, most were very welcoming and kind. I wonder if the hotel would ever consider having one table set aside for perhaps two evenings a week which solo travellers could join if they wished? A particular time could be agreed eg 7 pm. The only other issue was that evening entertainment was advertised, but did not take place - this happened for three of the evenings I stayed. The three artists that did perform on the other three evenings were excellent and there was a great atmosphere.
