I an excellent beach front position 4 min walk to bus or restaurants,staff very friendly and helpful.Beds changed daily with 1.5 liters of free water.evening entertainment in lounge pool gym& sauna.

Buffet dinner was bland soggy and unappetising,breakfast was OK good choice and good coffee.I would not recommend half board,I dined out in the evening,I asked for a food refund at reception, also by letter..ignored..

Location was perfect, hotel was amazing, staff were very helpful generally, beach was beautiful, buses were regular and easy to catch so a good holiday had.

Booked breakfast before arriving but staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude. Booked evening meal and staff were grumpy and rude. Ended up having breakfast out as didn't want to start our day in a negative way.

Hotel is at the perfect location, 1 minute walking distance from the nearest public bus station, and 1 minute walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach. The rooms were quite spacy, extra comfortable, and the bed is big and comfy. Breakfast buffet was extraordinary-every meal fresh prepared and delicious. Pool is accessable, and the pool bar serves some amazing cocktails and snack meals, also live music every evening!! Reception is there 24/7 to answer all your questions and insecurities. Every employee speaks English, so it was pretty simple to comunicate with the front desk. Definitely recommend for some relaxing time!

The room was big, location is great, first line on the beach, close restaurants near the hotel. The food in the restaurant was great, it was different every day. The free toiletries was awesome and the free yoga in the morning also.

We didn`t like that the staff at the restaurant doesn`t speak or doesn`t want to speak English, which was very inconvenient and unacceptable for 4 star international hotel.. The people who took money for our umbrella at the beach spoke more English than the staff in the restaurant.. Also the AC in our room didn`t work right and it was at all times very hot although it was set to max.

Sea view (paid extra but it was worth it in my opinion). Location right on the beach.

Rude agressive manager on breakfast duty, humiliating us on second day because we hadn’t brought something he required as ID that day? I didn’t expect to be spoken to in that manner. You would have thought someone working in an international hotel would have had some decorum and explained nicely what he wanted rather than shout in Spanish and shame us for some paper we hadn’t brought that day. Totally unacceptable.

the location of the property is amazing right on Cala mayor beach, the breakfast was very good, service was great we did not eat at the hotel other than breakfast but it is a super spot

the air conditioning was awful, one of the reasons we chose here is due to the air conditioning. We asked for it to be looked at and they sent a technician but honestly I think the air conditioning in the whole hotel is probably just awful. There is also entertainment every evening in the pool bar but I do not understand why this is not outside or the doors open so you can enjoy the entertainment from the outside

I loved the pool area, bar and terrace looking right over Cala Mayor beach. I loved the free yoga and pilates class every morning and the piano and other live music in the bar. I loved the room and they upgraded us for free to a room with a balcony from which you could watch the sea. I loved how the staff would always call a taxi and it would be there instantly and not cost much to go out in the evening in the old town or the salsa club. I love the bus service 4 out of Spanish Square in Palma and it is so cheap (it requires cash and small change to get on it). I love the beach of all the beaches in Majorca, really stunning water, light, rocks, and a buzzing beach bar. The Karaoke Bar 100 metres away was open really late and great fun and the Avocado organic/vegan/raw sweet and savouries cafe is near to and pure happiness. And a very funny and cheap get your nails done bar. The hotel had a weighing machine which was handy for weighing luggage before heading to the airport. It was very relaxed and yet felt like luxury too. We liked the huge spread for the buffet breakfast and they made a special effort getting me oat and soya milk and getting my friend gluten free bread and a no-meat omelette. I

Frosted glass doors that are about 1.5 centimetres from the floor in the toilets and bathrooms are really painful to catch your toe under. They are really popular in hotels in Majorca. They need to put a slip of something soft under as they are sharp! The first injury was in the Be Live hotel. The staff in the restaurant were a bit ignorant and looked as if they wished the guests weren't there. The staff in the bar were often not there and there was no little bell to ring to say customers were waiting. Sometimes a few would be waiting 10 minutes or more for someone to show up and serve drinks.

Location, the view from the balcony, the food were perfect. Thanks to this view you are almost all the time in the seaside - you sleep with the sound of the sea, you eat with the view of the sea and have a rest at the seaside. We spent 7 nights and the dinner wasn't repeated any time. If you feel lack of something there are a lot of small supermarkets nearby as well as the bus stop and different restaurants.

Great views even from a side room; variety on breakfast - especially a lot of fresh fruits; young very well educated super helpful staff; very clean; two bonus points: courtesy room only for you, to change and take a shower, towels, shampoo etc. (for too-early comers or late departure ones), and baggage counter (for just 1 euro I could be no stress to the airport for extra kilos).

Elevator :) Old and slow, sometimes stopping with a strange noise (scarry), though no issues with it, could be replaced - and sunbeds, as well as chairs with table on the balcony can be replaced with new ones.

The hotel is very close to the beach & restaurants / bars. Its decorated to a very high standard & employs very friendly, helpful courteous staff - who go the extra mile to help you. A big thank you to Caroline on reception- what a lovely lady, great sense of humour & fabulous at her job! The rooms are great & very comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is a long slim pool with two lanes - excellent for swimming lengths The food is superb- five star standard - lots of choice at breakfast & evening meal. We'll worth booking half board ! The evening entertainment was fabulous - great singers that had some fun with the audience! I will definitely be booking again!

The evening entertainment should be offered every night! Having to get your own Gin & Tonic from the bar when eating evening meal in the restaurant- this only happened once ( the man booking in guests wouldn't get it for me).
