The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, however some days the chef had a difficult time keeping up. Bring your own cup if you wish to take coffee back to your room or outside. The pool was nice, but I am tall so it could have been deeper than 2.05 meters. On the beach, so an easy short walk to the beach. Umbrella and 2 lounge chairs on beach was 19€.

One elevator made clunky sounds and didn't feel as secure.

Breakfasttable: Toaster was not ok, upper heathing element burnt off/defektive, put to new toasters up, people are waithing long time, and due to defektive toaster the bread was not toasted, aftet the waithing time. Bacon need to be more done, to much fat. Do that make 2 bin of bacon one which well done bacon and one with fatty nearly non toated bacon, then the are for all. 4 star hotel, need a bit housekeping and paint, looks tired, but maybe due corona and no people.

the cleaning lady was trying to come in the room for cleaning at 9am 🙀🙀 we were shocked when we heard someone opening our door… since we were not ready to wake up so early, the room was not cleaned up during our stay. But you can ask for clean towels from the lady.

Room was supposed to be Sea View one - but Palm Tree was in front of the terrace so we could see only Palm :D

On day 1/7 we're allocated a room on 3rd floor. I'd requested 4th floor. On day 2/7 the receptionist moved us on 4th floor. Were very grateful to her 🙏 and the Management for letting her do so. Overall a good stay for the the second time in last 12 months. The breakfast was good but on the whole it was same throughout the week. Bread - more choice of bread rolls but not the bread. Pool was great with plenty of space and poolside beds and umbrellas, but not enough stools. For a 4* I'd expect more in terms of variety. On day 5/7 the wash basin would not drain adequately. I reported in the morning and was told it will be sorted. It wasn't at the end of the day. I reported the next day and the very helpful Receptionist was surprised that it had not been and said she'll report it again. Day 7/7, still not done when we checked out at 11.50 am. Check in time is 4pm - too late.

The only thing good of this hotel is the Great location

It's a very old hotel, honestly not worth the 4 star! Either the prize! The hotel itself is old, with a very dirty carpet into the hallway. The room has a good size but the glass door on the balcony was broken and impossible to close it. Reservation was for a queen bed... we had twin bed in the room. There were small black worms on the walls. The breakfast very poor quality! Reception, we check-in in the night and even though we do not understand spanish and speak english, the receptionist keeps talking in Spanish. So after all, if don't have 4stars expectations, it's a good hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were huge and very clean! The location was great to get into Palma, to the airport and to neighbouring beach towns.

It was advertised as adult only but there were children at the pool almost every day. There was 1 iron and small board for the whole hotel so you could only take it for an hour. It didn’t work very well, so would recommend clothes that travel well. The pool was only in sun from about 10-4pm (June holiday) but the beach was on the doorstep which was also beautiful!

I liked many things... 1. Perfectly located. On the beach, practically. Also, right next to the bus station that takes you to the city center 2. The room. Big enough, bright in the morning, in the shadow in the the afternoon, amazing view towards the beach and the sea. Reasonably comfortable beds. Coffee and tea making facilities. BUT this is valid for the SUPERIOR TWIN ROOM, i am sure that the STANDARD rooms are different, of a lower quality, so take care!!! 3. The breakfast. Varied, you find everything that you may need, from fruits and vegetables to English breakfast. And the bread... oooh my God, so good! :). Dinner also ok and varied, although not fit for fancy food lovers because it is more like a home-cooked dinner.

I hated the WC room. It is minuscule, almost claustrophobic, with a sliding door that does not offer enough privacy... what more to say... horrible.

The location is perfect.we had a room with seaview, the beds are comfy, room a clean, the breakfast was rich and diverse.

We had the departure early iin the morning, but the hotel didn't provude a package with breakfast even it was included in the price!

The water in the shower was barely flowing. It was impossible to wash. A bit worn out hotel and room. For the price of $1300 for 5 days it could have been better. When checking out the room, we chose a room for 2 adults - and it was called a double VIP luxury - upon arrival we had to pay an additional 35 euros per night per person.
