Accomodation very good, clean, with all you need. Lina from reception very helpful.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor. People very loud and staying untill 2-3 AM. Again, at 7 AM another close by terace opens and the noise startes again.

Very clean apartment, (cleaning every two days) air conditioning worked well,wi-fi worked well, large balcony, large fridge and most importantly great location,very close to beaches, shops and restaurants.There is a bus stop nearby ,that will take you to many other beautiful beaches, old town in Alcudia.From the bus stop (A32) you will get directly to the airport.I recommend this apartment

There were no wine glasses, no coffee mugs, and generally few kitchen utensils.

It seems that the best days for this hotel are over. The apartment is clean, but the standard of equipment and furniture is average. The general standard leaves much to be desired. Hotel in a quiet part of Can Picafort. We had a room with a side sea view. Close to the city's main beach, restaurants and shops. There is no problem with parking your car near the hotel. Very nice receptionist.

The building is located just beside sea. There are plenty of restaturants on 800m walk away. There is also a public beach. The room was clean. Balcony had city view. The staff is very friendly and guide you very well. The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk from the building.

The room service did not come to clean the room. We stayed for 3 days. The studio apartments do not have Sea view Balcony. Therefore please make sure you book bigger apartment for Sea view. The quilts were not clean. The shower head of bathroom was broken. The dishes in the kitchen were not properly clean.

Really clean apartments - the staff were super helpful. We were cycling and there was a place to store our bikes. Checkout time was 12 which was super helpful. Cleaners came 3 days a week.

A few items missing from kitchen - corkscrew was main one!!

Apartment was clean and spacious, the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Nice location at the sea in quieter part of the town, easy to find free parking nearby (beginning of September).

Nothing in particular bothered us, maybe it would be good to consider about replacing some old furniture in near future.

Excelent experience. Best view in the locality, clean and comfortable accomodation and friendly staff. If you are looking for homely atmosphere where life stories can be writen, this place is best choice.

Great location in front of the sea, friendly staff, affordable prices and free parking nearby. Some reviews say they didn't have microwave, but they did.

2 days we struggled for getting hot water, but they fixed it. Internet is stable, but really low speed (approx 2 - 3 mbps) for digital nomads isn't enough, and there isn't hairdryer.
