Some people's reviews are far too critical and a little over exaggerated. We were on the fourth floor and unless you're an extremely light sleeper the air con is not hard to sleep through. No louder than the sea would be if you had a sea facing room. The bathrooms are modern and the water pressure is fine. Soap bars are provided as well as bottles of shampoo and body wash on the wall. Not really sure what more people want? You do have to rent beach towels but we just brought our own. You also pay for the safe but it's a deposit that you get back. We found the selection of food was excellent. A lot of variety. The only people who would maybe be upset is people who want very English food, there is pizza and chips but that's about it, but the offers for each meal varied day to day so it never got boring. Staff overall were very helpful and polite, we encountered one receptionist who seemed a little unbothered when we we told her a light in the hall was flickering, which we thought was an issue in case there was anyone staying with epilepsy, but she wasn't outright rude and had helped us previously in the day. 20 minute walk down the sea front provided plenty of restaurants and bars and if you don't want to take a walk then hop on the bus/train tour. There's a stop right outside the hotel and it cost €4 for adult ticket and you can get on and off at any stop as many times as you want in a day. Other things I noted people being critical of could easily be avoided with some prior research i.e if you have a car and want car parking, look for a hotel that advertises car parking. If you want a hotel in a non tourist area, look for a hotel in a remote rural area. We found this to be an excellent 4* hotel and we will definitely be back

As mentioned previously our only issue was one member of staff looking at us funny when we reported an issue with a light in the hall. And I would recommend that life guards need to do something about inappropriate behaviour in the pool. One European couple during our entire stay kept making out and heavy petting in the pool and we could tell it was making a lot of people uncomfortable. This is also advertised as an adult hotel but we noticed at least two families that had children under 18 with them, one had a child under 12. I'd rather know that if I'm paying for adult only that it is actually adults only and I don't still have to deal with loud children splashing in the pool, especially when there is a family hotel just over the road.

Kitchen is very good. Breakfast and dinner both with great range of food. Staff in general great. Very much enjoyed discussion with Lucian, who prepared fried dishes. Bed was very good. I prefer harder matraces like this We received what we expected, even a little more.

In general staff is great, and management must do a very good job. One of the front desk person is not helpful and not very keen on focusing on customers. Much more effort goes to look at everyone as an idiot in every way. (Ignoring interaction, body language, shallow understanding of her own role) BUT as mentioned in general the staff running on a high standard, this was just an intresting exeption.

View was fantastic, saw the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The hotel was really quiet, no loud music and the staff were lovely! We has all inclusive and the food was pretty good, variety was good and there were more vegan options than I expected and gluten free too. Vegan: falafel (a bit dry), seitan stew, chips, rice, plain pasta with a choice of sauces, bread, hash browns, baked beans, veggie pasta and burgers and lots of vegetables and fruit. I had a wonderful massage at the spa too and a fair price. The alcoholic drinks included in all inclusive were good too, multiple cocktails and beers and soft drinks. Wifi wasn't bad at all, not perfect but worked vast majority of the time.

We loved the hotel so being nitpicky here. We could only use a 2 litre bottle we got to refill our water which was a bit strange. You had to pay to have room towels washed, only 1 euro though. The lunch time buffet is in the partner hotel next door along with the spa, but it's a 30 second walk so can't really complain.

Amazing place for a holiday stay. Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms cosy with comfortable beds, we recommend the sea view ones - you lie in the bed and watch the sea. We were impressed by the quality and variability of food as part of breakfast and dinner. Spa in the surrounding hotel opposite is very nice too. Highly recommended.

I really do not understand, why is not even water part of the dinner. All non-alcoholic drinks need to be paid during dinner.

We liked everything. I booked this trip for a surprise 40th birthday present for my partner. I wanted an amazing room overlooking the sea by the beach. And this was the ideal location. The sea view from the room was absolutely unbelievable 😍 👌 the beach was perfect just 20m from the hotel. The sea was clear and beautiful and turquoise. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and clean. The all inclusive drinks were amazing. All branded spirits and Estrella on tap. The cocktails were amazing too. The food was excellent as well and offered a lovely wide range of different foods for all. It was very peaceful and quiet the location of the hotel. Not noisy at all and going to bed hearing the crashing off the waves was tranquil and beautiful. Just actually as I had originally wanted. Can't fault anything 👍👍

Breakfast was amazing with great variety. The terrace by the sea makes it even better. The room with sea views is completely worth it. You can enjoy the sunrise from bed, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The staff in the hotel is really helpful, always smiling and making you feel welcome. Special mention to Jose Antonio, who works at the restaurant as a waiter, and Dumi the best animation and public relations for the hotel.

Quality-price totally worth it. Nothing we didn't like.

Staying at this hotel was really nice. Its not crowded area and the hotel was beautiful inside for relaxing. Food was totally delicious and breakfast had a big choice of variety food. Clean rooms with nice balcony! I would definitely come again and recommend!

Coctails during the nights. Unfortunately only small minus is quality of coctails (full of water). But its not so important for us so would still recommend.

Fabulous breakfast with fresh made omelets whatever style you want, great view on the sea. Rooms not extremely spacious but ok! I recommend!

Nothing really. If you must say something negative, the size of the swimming pool could have been better and the irritating habit of guestz putting towels on the sofa beds around the swimming pool :-)

Lovely clean and relaxing hotel. Great selection of food at all meals. Fun touches like a chocolate fondue at dessert. Loved the karaoke. Right by a beautiful beach.

Wi-Fi isn’t great but we were there to switch off. Pool is small but never busy and the sea is right there anyway.

perfect location, super comfortable and clean rooms. The gold all-inclusive package had really great drink selection. older crowd, so no screaming children absolutely delicious dinners and breakfast it was great we could use the amenities of the other hotel

snack bar was a really small corner with just diy sandwiches. lunches were in another building but it’s not far. small pool but not many people in it so it was sufficient.
