This is my second time at Bell Repos and it was superb! I have no words to describe how great this place is - the room was very cosy and comfortable, toilets and shower were great plenty of space, plus the room included a small balcony. Toiletries also great - shower gel and shampoo provided very good. Breakfast with plenty of options for everybody (diary restrictions) - it's a great way to start the day! :) The staff were very very nice and kind, always greeting us with a big smile and making sure that we were always having a great time. And finally, what I believe it's one of the greatest value of this place - it's sustainability (avoid using plastic, sustainable usage of towers and all garbage is separate for recycle correctly). Probably one of the best place I have stood in the recently years, and very likely I'll visit them again.

Only one thing to highlight - we stood 2 nights and there was a slightly change of breakfast hours that we weren't inform upfront, without any issues the staff quickly adjust it so we could have a quick breakfast (still amazing one)

The location was perfect if your intention is going to the beach and exploring the main streets of Platja d’Aro. All of the stuff was lovely and helped with anything needed. The hotel is sustainable and helps with sustainable access to potable water and so.

The parking was not included in the stay, which was not mentioned until we arrived there. They don’t have an elevator, which we also didn’t know and couldn’t take into account.

The hotel was above our expectations, very good value for money. Just a steps from the beach, but in a very quiet street. The rooms and all hotel area was very cozy, loved the garden. There was even a small fitness area in hotel. Nice balcony in every room. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. So many details to create a very cozy area for vacation.

The rooms were not soundproof, you could easily hear your neighbours in rooms close to you. Breakfast was okay, but quite similar every day and poor choices for "not vegetarians".

I loved everything - the area was just good and not in the crowded area which was perfect and the fact that the beach was less than 5 mn walk was just perfect. the hotel is nice, a lovely garden and lovely people who where available all time. the only detail i wanted to highlight is the breakfast timing, we had to choose a slot 9h20, it was obliged, i imagine to manage all the guests, but unfortunately for example as being a mong the last to have breakfast, the eggs were always finished i should have asked but i didn't otherwise i'll sure come back next time

The garden is a little oasis, to wake up in the morning and look out on to the lush green was truly delightful. At the end of the day, early evening, there is someone playing smooth guitar in the garden. It all felt truly magical. The room was fine, nothing flash, but I prefer old style typical Spanish hotels to big characterless corporate types. ALL the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. One night the receptionist performed in the garden and I have to say that he’s very good! I rated the hotel high because it fitted what I needed for a few days by the beach. The beach is absolutely gorgeous bit gets crowded on Saturday.

I really enjoyed my room - it's size and bathroom size were great! (don't expect a massive big room, but it was a correct one - it had a desk, wardrobe and double size bed, plus a small TV) The room had AC. The bathroom had enough room, included a bath. The breakfast was amazing! Everything was fresh and there was a variety of everything (breads, cereals, pastry, cakes, fruits, cheese, ham) - It really surprised me how everything was very well prepared. These also different types of milk (from regular one to alternatives ones) - plus the staff is always around to assist you in case you need something more specific. The hotel internal garden is nice as well - nothing super fancy - they kept simple and tidy. Another thing that I really liked is how the hotel is concern about reducing rubbish/trash - so there are different bins for recycle, they avoid any plastic or things that could generate more rubbish - plastic/water cups for water or coffee. I really like this and it caught my attention on how they are ahead - something that I didn't expected in a humble hotel, but they are really incredible. Staff again always helpful - with restaurant suggestion or places to see - they also have a small library with guides and other books about the area. I really enjoyed my stay - it was peaceful, cheerful and pleasant.

The parking spot was a bit tight - just need to be careful.

Staff were exceptional. Warm and friendly and nothing was a problem. 5 star rating. Loved the efforts made by the hotel to reduce its carbon footprint by supplying free glass bottles of chilled water, giving guests options to have fresh linen daily or not and buffet breakfast had very little plastic packaging.

This is a family run hotel which had everything I needed.

First of all: EXCELLENT, SUPER CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY, EASY-GOING, HELPFUL STAFF WITH A HILARIOUS EVERYTHING-IS-POSSIBLE APPROACH. Many thanks once again, dear Núria and your esteemed colleagues. Good location. Very good breakfast (for vegans and vegetarians as well). Last but not least: The staff was exquisite and awesome, pure delight!!!

The room could be maybe a bit more spacey.

A charming hotel upgraded to a double room which was spacious with the added bonus of a fridge , bath in the ensuite which is always a bonus , nice balcony with early morning sun in october , a delightful chill out area in the grounds of the hotel friendly receptionist overall the hotel had a relaxed vibe going on ,quite close to the playas

the shape /design of the hotel meant that most balconies , including mine were overlooked by others hence no real privacy

It’s location,the calm ,quiet surroundings...the exceptional staff,lovely clean rooms,brilliant breakfast,..secure parking onsite.....in a quite road between the Sea and the very busy shopping street....just a 2star hotel,should be a5 star.....hidden gem....just loved the stay🤗🤗🤗😈
