The hotel itself and the room I stayed are clean. The staff overall was helpful and mindful. Things were working as expected. The breakfast buffé offered the necessary standard stuff and is fairly ok for a picky person like myself. The night receptionist was very kind and helped me with some private matters. People working at the restaurant are nice.

The breakfast should have contained more veggies, and especially more varieties of meat for people who don't eat pork. I didn't find any butter except margarine. For the price of the breakfast I expected the warm buffé to contain more things, but there were only mushrooms, sausages and bacon. My last night was disturbed by a group of drunken guys who occupied the room next to me and shouted loudly until 2:00 am.

The location is great. Rooms are clean and with a lot of space and daly exchange of towels. Staff at the reception as well as room service are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast offers a lot of choices. Highly recommended.

WIFI is unreliable. An upgrade recommended. There is a space for improvement when it comes to the parking. After several days, cars are covered with dust, plants and birds excrements. During our stay, the harder older mattresses were replaced with the new softer once, which did not come well along with my back.

. + fantastic spa with sauna for €10/2hrs - need 1€ coin deposit for a locker + rich breakfast (buffet). + spacious room. + superking sized and quite comfy bed. + mini fridge. + great location, close to a beach, restaurants and a new "CraftRoom" craft beer bar.

. - small and dirty balcony. - limited English. - non-existent soundproofing - french couple having their great time at 3am, then terrible noise at 7am someone taking shower... take earplugs! - it would be great to have a small pool with cold water near finish sauna.

The breakfast was delicious, fresh, tasty, and filling. The location was perfect for our needs, right in the center within walking distance from the sports complex where the competition took place.

There is no free parking anywhere close and the only option is hotel parking at 7 euro per day during the low season. I would guess it is at least double during the season.

The family room is a great size and comfortable. The breakfast service is great. Even 15 minutes before 11 o'clock they still make sure that everything is stocked. Super

The keycards of the parking and rooms did not work after 3 days even though we had a 5 days stay. So just slightly annoyed when I needed to walk back and forth to the parking lot. And after getting another card even that did not work. So that was the only thing I did not like.

Even though Plaja De Aro was very busy and noisy the hotel was very quiet. Facilities great.

Parking was in a separate location. Albeit not too far away. And very difficult to park outside the hotel to ask! As very central. Needs more explanation at the time of booking. This could be a huge problem for people unfamiliar with the country or with walking difficulties.

Excellent value for money in all respects. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and bathroom very good. Buffet breakfast excellent. Location could not be better. Shops, restaurants, bars all on doorstep and beach just a few minutes away.

Thank you Hotel Spa La Terrassa team, it was a great stay. Breakfast had many options including smoked salmon and Cava, very friendly waitress with a braide. Our room had problem with a shower, there was no hot water, so reception team Pau and russian speaker receptionist gave us an upgrade.

All was great value for the price.

location: very close to the beach and the restaurants. parking: closed area, the car was in the shadow. there are also like 3 slots in front of the hotel to hold on and unpack the bags. very useful for checkout. at checkin they were all full. the staff: all very friendly, thank you! the price was also the best as we booked

internet: too slow and the connection is very tricky. no real dryer for the closes and bath suits in the room: we used the pipes outside the window. minor: tv turns on when you insert the key from the room into the cardholder.

the room was clean, locations is very good, not far from beach, the hotel is equipped with pool external, than can be converted to internal(movable Roof) and additional spa with pool indoor. Near very good restaurants. shower was as well excellent.

the internet is horrible, limited to max 2 devices, I had to work from there for a few days, was impossible. I had to. it data from my mobile plan to be able to use internet. don’t count on it.
