The location of Playa d' aro it is beautiful in the beach and on top of everything very close to the "Ronda" path to walk to all beautiful paradise small beach. The hotel was a great place to spend holidays with my son. The beds are very nice size and comfortable. The room and all hotel it is very clean. The ladies clean my room were very friendly and so nice too. The swimming pool very nice with a great chair and view to the sea. The stuffs of the hotel work very hard and so professional and so friendly the check in was quickly and efficient the reception lady and guys were very nice and sweet with me and my son. The stuffs from the restaurant were very hard workers and so friendly at the same time, big thank you for all of you from the restaurant to make this trip with my son more amazing with your excellent service, special Roberto that was very nice to me and my son. The food was very nice with so much options, one of the best all-inclusive I never see before, well done. The manager of the hotel helped me a big time when I lost my key. He provided at the same day a new key of my room, and they also changed the door locker for my own security. This is so important what he did, and I was very glad to be in a hotel with excellent customer-centric service.I'm really looking forward to being back very soon.

The only thing I would suggest is to make sure the students' colleague trip are coming different time to the restaurant and also have a stuff from the hotel to monitoring them at the swimming pool. It was a bit of noise and bad behavior from them there and disturbing the holidays of me and other families there.

The location and facilities are fantastic. The pool and sea combo with snorkelling options as well as long sand beach nearby is just fantastic. The town is amazing, too. The staff are endlessly helpful. I would come back, for sure!the staff at the bar were great and the food, very good, too. Lovely memories created.

The cost of parking is abusive, in my opinion. There was no kettle in the room and no fridge. However, we asked for one of each they were provided, albeit under payment of a deposit ( which was returned at the end of stay).

The staff has been amazing, even helping me celebrating my birthday. Fantastic location, fantastic views, great staff, great food (totally unexpected), good swimming pool, great caleta beach.

Nothing really. Elevators could benefit from a proper loading algorithm and rooms a bit of renovation, but if you care about these things then go somewhere else and spend much more. I a OK with these "limitations" if Caleta Palace keeps these prices.

Excellent food and very nice personal and service!! All different types of tapas was fabolus! A very good place for vacation!! :)

It shouldnt be allowed for guests to put their towels on the sunbeds while they are eating. Because in that way all the beds often was occupied without being used. The elevators need service. A little refridgerator inn the room would have been nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking a small very pretty cove surrounded by pines. It had very attractive gardens and swimming pool leading down onto the beach. The restaurant overlooks the sea and you could eat out on the terrace. The room was bright and airy. There was plenty of parking in secure grounds. From the front of the hotel it was a very short stroll to the main shopping street where there were lots of restaurants .

I felt the parking was a little over priced.

This is the third time we have been to this hotel as a group of 6 friends. The location is idyllic, the rooms are large and comfortable, ours had beautiful sea views, the staff are friendly and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend it for a group or family holiday. We were impressed by the food this time, unlimited fruit and vegetables on offer at every mealtime and a huge variety of main dishes at every mealtime.

The acoustics in the very large dining area are difficult. When the area is crowded the noise is extraordinary,but one can always sit outside on the terrace weather permitting.

- The room (a triple one) was extremely specious and clean, with view to the sea. The bathroom was specious and clean, as well - The breakfast was good - The hotel is on the beach, so you arrive to the beach immediately and it is not very crowded. Also, the hotel is near to the city center, so you can take a walk or go eating to numerous restaurants - The receptionists are very nice and friendly and they can give you towels if you want to take a shower before leaving (at time of check-out)

the location is just great! the staff are just lovely and super friendly! the view is amazing and the very beautiful Cala del pi beaches are walking distance away from the hotel!

too many children, if you are searching for a quiet place you probably won’t enjoy this place! we were there in high season time, probably won’t be so overcrowded in the usual times. a bit hectic during the breakfast/lunch/dinner time.

Great location, very friendly staff and the quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed this holiday a lot and definitely we will come back again.

Super lovely staff, large superior room with sea view , amazing location with beach right at the front. City center only a few minutes walk away, car park available. Liked the Vintage style.

Extremely noisy loby and reverberating restaurant. Public spaces could have been a bit cleaner (Sticky tables and chairs)
