It was the first time for us to stay in El Pins hotel. It may seem a bit old, but it's still being taken a great care by the stuff. Everything worked fine: AC, cold/hot water, electricity, TV and the Internet. Stuff are great! Helped with check-in, explained alternative parking place (their own parking was booked). Breakfasts are also perfect! Everything was tasty and fresh! (Breakfasts were additional cost for us). Location is ideal - one block away from the beach, few blocks from the Main Street and all shops, restaurants.

Location of our two rooms were in a dark corner of the building, we almost never saw a blue sky. But it's ok - someone has to stay in such rooms. :)

Fantastic location right on the beach. Such a nice welcome and facilitated an early check in. Happy friendly staff. Nicely decorated reception and bar. Excellent breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Would never know there were dogs, but there were! Cute swimming pool area. Great for shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Nothing Rooms were a little small as were bathrooms but larger ones are available at a premium.

Lovely, clean, modern bar, breakfast room, pool, reception and outdoor eating area. The breakfast is exceptionnal! The hotel is close to the beach and town and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Well worth the price that we paid and early check in at 3pm and late check out at 12pm was very much appreciated. Thank you very much Hotel Els Pins we would definitely book again.

The bedrooms are comfortable but need modernising especially the bathroom and the insulation isn't the best so you can hear people snoring and going to the toilet! There is a small, very dated safe in the room but you need to pay 3€ per day to have the key. I personally think that it should be free not only to protect the clients belongings but to protect the lovely cleaning staff. Parking for free is a 10 minute walk away.

Location was perfect , beach was accessible under 30secs and main high street with all restaurants etc was 1 min away. Extremely satisfied with the location. The staff was amazing specially Angela (angie) who looked after us very well with all our needs. may not be 5star hotel but the staff and location are definitely beyond 5star. will defo stay here again.

OMG, what's not to like about this place? On the phone, in person and everyone who worked there was absolutely nice and eager to serve you. They make you feel so welcome and always one step ahead of your needs and wants. I'm Gluten Free and they were very accomodated at breakfast time. The breakfast was wonderful and had a lot of variety even for someone like me with gluten intolerance. I will be back soon. Love you guys! and Thank you!

Did not like that I needed to go too fast. I wanted to stay longer.

The staff are amazing, hotel itself is gorgeous and cozy, bar open until midnight, pool, 1min walk from the sea, very nice breakfast buffet and snacks in afternoon, brilliant location,

The beds are a bit small - for anyone over 1m75, the bed is short and not very large.

The location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk to all the wonderful shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. The staff were very helpful and helped me book a snorkelling and kayaking trip and also a taxi for the airport. The rooms are very clean and airy with good airconditioning.

Extremely fresh and clean. Great shower, bath and bidet. Inviting outdoor pool with loungers and tables and chairs with parasols Hotel is located yards from the beach and promenade has many pleasant eating places It is a very short walk to the town which also has a good range of eating places and shops

We loved the staff: welcoming, helpful, kind. Everything was made for you to be happy. We were lucky with the family room. Spacious. Two bathrooms. Was amazing. Not all the rooms are so nice. So please check your room with the staff before booking.

The entire hotel is super nice. The staff was super friendly and our hotel room met more of our expectations. We had a family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were pleasantly suprised by the two bathrooms and found this an added bonus. The breakfast was delicious and we would love to come back another time.
