Lovely, clean, modern bar, breakfast room, pool, reception and outdoor eating area. The breakfast is exceptionnal! The hotel is close to the beach and town and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Well worth the price that we paid and early check in at 3pm and late check out at 12pm was very much appreciated. Thank you very much Hotel Els Pins we would definitely book again.

The bedrooms are comfortable but need modernising especially the bathroom and the insulation isn't the best so you can hear people snoring and going to the toilet! There is a small, very dated safe in the room but you need to pay 3€ per day to have the key. I personally think that it should be free not only to protect the clients belongings but to protect the lovely cleaning staff. Parking for free is a 10 minute walk away.

OMG, what's not to like about this place? On the phone, in person and everyone who worked there was absolutely nice and eager to serve you. They make you feel so welcome and always one step ahead of your needs and wants. I'm Gluten Free and they were very accomodated at breakfast time. The breakfast was wonderful and had a lot of variety even for someone like me with gluten intolerance. I will be back soon. Love you guys! and Thank you!

Breakfast exceptionally good Hot options and huge range of breads, pastries, fruit, meats and cheese Staff were wonderful, relaxed, helpful and friendly English and several other languages spoken Good sized comfortable rooms. Extremely fresh and clean. Great shower, bath and bidet. Inviting outdoor pool with loungers and tables and chairs with parasols Hotel is located yards from the beach and promenade has many pleasant eating places It is a very short walk to the town which also has a good range of eating places and shops

We loved the staff: welcoming, helpful, kind. Everything was made for you to be happy. We were lucky with the family room. Spacious. Two bathrooms. Was amazing. Not all the rooms are so nice. So please check your room with the staff before booking.

Fantastic, friendly hotel. The breakfast was exceptional - a great selection of cheeses, cold meats, bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cakes, cava and wine. The location was perfect. It is 2 minutes from the beach, central for the main resort and excellent restaurants nearby.

The rooms are noisy, but worth putting up with because of the standard of the rest of the hotel. Bathrooms small but functional.

The entire hotel is super nice. The staff was super friendly and our hotel room met more of our expectations. We had a family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were pleasantly suprised by the two bathrooms and found this an added bonus. The breakfast was delicious and we would love to come back another time.

Excellent location and very friendly staff.

My only complaint is that the the cleaning solutions used had a very strong sent which was bad for my allergies, that being said, the place was very clean and opening the window for a bit solved my problem.

I think their terrace with pine trees it's the best part of this hotel. It's so nice especially if you are looking for a quiet place with not annoying music that you hear everywhere else. In general the hotel is clean and quiet. Exactly what I was looking for.

Twin beds, no fridge, have to ask for a hair dryer at the reception, same with a safe key..

Lovely Mediterranean design. Excellent location one block from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Parking was full both nights so we had to pay extra and walk 10 mins to lot.

Beautiful view from the penthouse. Very comfortable apartment with a full kitchen . Nicely decorated, beautifully clean.
