Very helpful staff who sympathised with the major problem of parking anywhere near hotel. Room was plenty big enough and beds were comfortable. Shower/bath had ample v hot water. Location is ideal as only 10 minutes walk to centre of town. Bars and restaurants around popular plazas are ok but best vfm to be found in street directly opposite hotel - if you like traditional Spanish food as opposed to trendy psydo Spanish food.

Parking is a nightmare anywhere near this hotel. Hotel will not reserve parking in advance despite asking months beforehand. We arrived about 3pm on a Saturday - no hotel parking available - and advised by v friendly staff to "cruise around the block" until you can find a roadside space. OK.if you're local Spanish but stressful in extreme if you've already travelled 4 hours to get to what is only a stopping point.

Excellent customer service. Front desk Emanuel very friendly, kind and helpful. Jorge very helpful and kind as well. All personnel at the hotel and restaurant were very friendly, María José at the restaurant was also helping me to accommodate their menu to my diet.

I do not like bathtubs.

We loved the size of the room and how clean it was. It was a bit dated, but very comfortable. Underground parking was great for keeping our motorbikes secure during our stay. Swimming pool was a great bonus after a long hot day riding from Lisbon.

I loved everything! It was perfect! It's super clean, quiet, comfy, there's a lot of space to organize clothes, bags and stuff, the bathroom is very well equipped! The breakfast is good! The location is great to get to know some beautiful places around (like Gasset Park and Don Quixote Museum) and to visit the center. I'll be back, for sure!

Not very well soundproofed but the street outside was pretty quiet even on a Saturday night. Bed maybe a little lumpy.

They have ten superior double rooms ....it is worth the extra to upgrade . Excellent location and a real spanish feel to Hotel and public bar and an interesting and pretty town . Good parking facilites for a Hotel in the middle of everything , and an old interesting building , upgraded in 2011.

Breakfast choice was limited , but covid related restrictions may have created that reason .

Great hotel in a very central position. Easy to park just outside the hotel. Close to everything. The staff were all lovely. We would definitely recommend and we will stay here again.

Good central location. Car and motorcycle parking at the front door free overnight but have to pay at various times of the day. The hotel does have a carpark too.
