This property was perfect for us - we just needed somewhere to stop off on our journey from the south of Spain to the north - so it wasn’t important to us where exactly it was. The staff were great, the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and they didn’t charge for a child. We had fun in the pool and before we left we had a good basic breakfast for 6.99€ pp. We used the bar - drinks are cheap (wine was a couple of € with tapas). it was great to be able to park in the underground car park - make sure you follow the signs carefully and go down and up the ramp on the opposite side to what you expect. We have stayed in various hotels in this area over the years when we needed to break our journey, and this was the cheapest. For us it wasn’t important to be central and we would definitely stay again. I’ve given good scores as it really suited our needs

The first room that we were offered was on the top floor. The room was big and quite comfortable but had some disadvantages. The AC was not efficient and very loud. Apart from that it was extremely loud in the room due to the fact that there were fans from AC on the roof that caused noise that prevented us from sleep the whole night. Very helpful employee found us in the morning a quiet room on the 2nd floor. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

We had a junior suite - great space with a sitting area as well as a large bed. We had dinner when we arrived - with personal service as no one else was there so early (8pm is early in Spain). They couldn't have been more helpful, adjusting the menu to suit our foibles. The free underground car park is a bonus.

Signposting was seriously lacking - we struggled to find the dining room the first evening and the breakfast room next morning, having to ask reception both times. Breakfast was disappointing: the orange juice was more like squash; there ddn;t seem to be any cold milk for cereals; there was none of the normal selection of fruit salads.

The underground parking for motorbikes. Very spacious, plenty of room for vehicles and lift up to hotel. Room had a minibar and the prices weren't ridiculous so we did have a couple of beers. Had a bath, which was much appreciated after long ride in unseasonal rain.

Restaurant was shut, but the small cafe bar in the lobby did serve a limited menu, and enjoyed what we had.

Great location near the city center, easy to find. Free parking but you need some driving skills or small/medium car to get down to the garage :-) Wifi was good and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel facility feels like from 2000. We missed vegetables on breakfast but overall was very good.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The parking at arrival was great as it was spacious and really safe. I read that some said it was tight but that must be lack of driving skills. I have a large mercedes and had no problems. The check-in was ok - not too long. The room was nice, it was an old type hotel, which I kind of miss in general. The room was fair in size compared to the price. The breakfast was good and also very popular. The location was fine - a short walk to the city centre.

The room was spacious and well cleaned. It was also very quiet (as initially requested) and with a good Wi-Fi signal, which is paramount for people like me, traveling on business. The staff I came across with also treated me very well, trying to cater my requests to the best of their abilities. I loved my stay and will for sure book again should I ever return to Ciudad Real, assuming there's availability there to begin with. But I have to admit that the hotel could use a little updating as far as décor goes; furniture, WCs, etc.

Very clean and the restaurant experience (when we found it) was really good.

Unfortunately all the one way systems made it difficult to check in. You need to find a parking space in the vicinity. Go & check in & then you will be directed to the underground garage. This you will be paying for but being in a town centre I think this is advisable.

Good parking. Nice room very clean and comfortable. Lady in restaurant / cafe a real character gave great service. Snacks and drinks were excellent and well priced. Short walk in to town. Only 1 night stop so didn't see city really but square was very nice.

All was great, no problems.

All went well. The hotel, although a bit dated is clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was clean. This hotel has an underground garage, which is a big plus.

There is only a relatively small restaurant/cafeteria on site.
