Our room, or rather the flat, was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Even a fairly well-equipped kitchen. Could have easily spent a week there. The restaurant and the whole property are really nice, albeit rather large. We also really liked the fact that the property is on the very edge of Costa Calma, so it was very quiet, and close to nature and the beach.

Our bedroom had two separate beds, which was not very comfortable, also the mattresses were rather hard. Breakfast was ok with really lots of choices, but most of the offerings on the buffet weren't that tasty. But nothing to complain about at all, as you were able to choose stuff you liked, and enough of that. What we really disliked was the dishonesty about the room. Judging from the photos of the "Junior Suite with Sea View" we had booked, we expected to get a private balcony. Instead, this turned out to be the public "hallway" between rooms. So be aware of that! The photos are tricking you into something you likely won't get.

comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds ,bathroom with rain shower, situated in a quiet location but only a short walk to the beach & centre of Costa calma , this is my second visit to esmeralda Maris & will return on our next visit to costa calma , I would recommend hiring a car from the airport for 1 weeks holiday which is cheaper than a return taxi from the airport

I absolutely loved everything. The junior room with a view, the beds, how clean it was, how quiet. The heated pool and how you could walk to the sea and the restaurants.

The only thing that can be improved, but that is very personal, was the coffee, I really did not like the taste of the coffee. But there are enough places nearby where you can get good coffee.

The apartments are great. The one we got and its see view was just perfect for us. The location also is perfect. It is very close from a very nice beach and at the same time it is a very quiet area! Breakfast and dinner were quite good as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The Wifi didn’t work well. It worked well only for our first days and then it didn’t work at all anymore. We mentioned it at the reception but nothing changed. It was also a surprise that one has to pay extra (per day) if one wants to make use of the available safe in the room. For a 4 stars hotel and the paid price it could be included as part of the rate.

Fantastic Position of hotel for the price! The room was spacious and immaculate, loads of outdoor space. Fabulous Kitchen and Bathroom and a good working Aircon, perfect accommodation. Being a small walking distance from Esmeralda Beach and Sotavento, I beleive there is no where more beautiful in the world🏖️😍

Our only gripe was the pool, perfect other then the depth from the side of the pool to the water, not a very Child friendly pool for that reason.

Staff was super friendly, always smiling and helpful. Hotel and the apartment was very clean, calm and cosy. Good food, free yoga classes on the rooftop with the view to the ocean and wonderful teacher Andrea. Sotavento beach is few minutes by car. We are super happy about our stay here!

The beach was quite far from hotel. We were promised to get a breakfast for our way to the airport, but when we came in the morning, the hotel staff just ignored us and then we were told, that it is not possible to get breakfast earlier, even though we were told it is not a problem day before.

Very spacious , loved the inside patio and outdoor front one too. you can sit out without a sound. Its about 10 mins from a really nice spacious beach , you can rent spot their and not ontop of each other like in yet main town.

Friendly staff. The lady @ the reception gave us some good info about Fuerteventura. She even gave us a map. Nice hotel. The apartments are very spacious. Everything was very clean. Food was also good. If you like a calm location ... this is the right place to go to. Close to the beach as well were there's a small beach bar with an awesome view on the cristal blue water with high tide.

The shop at the hotel was closed so you could not buy snacks or something to drink when sitting at the pool. You have a supermarket in the neighbourhood (best to take the car), but that's about it. There's not that much in the area.

Privacy of the apartment, very well equipped. Space was o.k. We loved the spacious bathroom with rounded shower. The view on sea and desert is very nice. We've loved bistro on the beach, this was the only place where to eat. Lady at reception desk was very nice and helpful. Area is perfect, very close to lovely beach. I can compare it with north of Fuerteventura and south is definitely the best palce to stay!

I'm bit sad about the actual offers on Booking. There is no information about some non-running service due coronavirus. I understand it's difficult time, but you read only about full service in description and finally you're almost alone in the hotel where everything is closed and you can only buy food in supermarket. I don't have trouble to do it, I'd just like to know it in advance. There are lot of cars going on gravel road around, this very busy road to sotavento's beaches.
