We had a lovely little break here. Located at the top of a residential area, it is very quiet, but also a little far from anything other than a few shops. Our suite was excellent. It includes a hairdryer, Fridge, kettle with a few teas & coffees (no milk), an extra (smart) TV in living area - we took our firestick, which worked really well. The wifi connection was OK but a little on the slow side. Room was cleaned every morning. Just sheets on the bed, but there were fluffy blankets in the (walk-in!) wardrobe which helped at night. Air-con didn't work, as stated in other reviews but this didn't bother us at all. I would however, be a deciding factor during late spring/summer times. It looked like all the suites were on the ground floor so more of a terrace than a balcony.. they were very big and have sun beds as well as table with 2 chairs. Suites are very close to the restaurant, which was great, and looking slightly away from the pool, which keeps things quite peaceful. Overall, food was better than what you get at a lot of all-inclusive venues. Reasonable variety throughout our stay.. always something there that we liked.

Hotel could be clearer on exactly what you get in the rooms and their overall communication wasn't great. The use of the Spa facilities should be included. Reception miss-informed us at check-in that we had 1 hour use of Spa per day, when in fact we had no access (because we booked ourselves rather than through an operator - Jet2 and TUI get 1 hour per day). This would be fine if this was made clear but even the staff can't figure it out. We found the reception manager quite unhelpful and rather abrupt when we tried to resolve the matter. So - just to clarify - if you book the hotel yourself (i.e.. via here) you will not get any inclusive time in the Spa unless you pay €15 per person per day.

hotel was close to beach about 20 min walk the location was good varied menu evey night for dinner very good swimming pools 3 if you get bus to puerto del rosario number 1 bus is worth seeing 1 hour 50 min journey 7 55 e single good mini market in basement had most things you need a bit dear the room was good good balcony cleaning staff were efficient no problems and atm on site was handy about 1 50 from airport to this hotel was handy enough

reception failed to mention its 15 euros to use indoor pool pool was ok a bit small 10 euro deposit for a towel and people entering the side door and using it for free until guy recetion saw the door open 1 beer on draught at pool night entertainment finished at 11 every night starting time was 9 nothing happened till 930 or 10 queue every night for bar with 1 bar sometimes 2 on busy hot days not enough sun loungers doors to rooms dont close right noisy at night slamming doors running up and down corridors 1 beer on draught in nightclub all cocktails which ran out 1 night location of hotel was alright situated in a residential area other hotels nearby 1 other mini mart 10 mins down the road and 1 other restaurant was fine

Third time here and never disappointed. The staff is brilliant. They just do the necessary to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is always clean. Very good size bedroom and comfy bed. Issue with a shower was fixed in less than an hour. Thanks so much to Noemi who was the housekeeper in our corridor. Very professional and hardworker. We'll be back for sure.

I wouldn’t say anything in particular apart from the behave of some British residents that makes you wonder if we're still humans.

Half board buffet was great, they had special extras on 25 Dec and 31 Dec - 1 Jan, including Prosecco. Breakfast 7:30-10:30, dinner 18:00-21:00. Breakfast typical German/English - bacon, sausages, eggs, bread rolls, cheese, salami, tomatoes (fresh/grilled), fried mushrooms, salad, cucumber, pancakes+cream, fruit, yogurt, croissants. For dinner - soup, vegetables (aubergine, broccoli, carrots...), potatoes, paella, several types of meat and at least 1 type of fish, cheese, salad, fruits, cakes, yogurt, mousse. I had half board, so all drinks (water, juice, tea, coffee) are included in breakfast, and water is included for dinner (you can also get wine - not sure if there is a charge on the room). There are 3 pools - one of them heated. They have mini-golf (free but deposit). Washing machine (4 EUR), dryer (4 EUR), pool (1 EUR), darts (was broken at the time), tennis courts. Free bus to Oasis park from the close-by Dragon Park hotel (at 8:55 and 10:25). Far from the beach and shops, but on the way to the beach there is a nice cooling forest/park. Rooms with ventilation and air conditioning. Every room has a balcony. There is a Spa (was closed due to Covid), and you can ask for a massage (this was still available - very nice).

Only rooms on the 1st floor have loungers on the terrace. Adult-only hotel, so a lot of people smoke. One day it smelled smoke even with closed doors/windows. I complained the next morning, and it never happened again. They take a deposit for the beach towel (10 EUR) - you need to keep the receipt for it, otherwise they won't refund the deposit. The internet is really bad. I had to switch to mobile internet to speak on WhatsApp. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room (I brought my own mini-kettle).

The staff were lovely and hotel clean. Plenty of sunbeds but it was early season. It was nice to have the spa to go to too.

Location wasn't great as there are no other bars or restaurants close by. Saying that, taxis are cheap to go into the busier areas.

You don’t need to leave the hotel to survive 😄 Restaurant, gym, pool, bar, spa, etc all on site. Very nice pool area

Rooms are somewhat old but doesn’t matter too much if you only want to sleep 😄

I had a lovely room overlooking the pool . Very clean. shower was amazing. ..food was lovely .breakfast and evening meal..couldnt beleive the king prawns that were put on .I dont eat meat but hudge selection of food I loved it.

.when quiet very echoy you could hear too much from neighbours at times when quiet. ...few pictures on walls may help absorb sound .. .and couple of drunk people in pool on last day spoilt it for others but not hotels fault Very disappointed you only got hour in spa if youd booked with certain companies or otherwise you got nothing or had to pay 15 euros for an hour ..that was shocking tbh. Beds a little hard

Very spacious room, very big terrasse with view on the sea + 180 degrees panorama with amazing sunset. Loved the SPA which was only 15 euros extra. Tennis, snooker, gym, there is everything you need, even in the winter time. Took an All Inclusive formula, food was varied and abundent, as well as cocktails.

- water temperature gets too warm then too cold every 30 seconds , a bit annoying - Noise can be very easily reduced by closing the doors between the rooms corridors and the activities area.

The staff is very helpful Pool is nice There are a lot of space at the place for breakfast, always enough tables and clean plates The cleaning is also very well

The bed was a bit soft for me and I was bitten by bugs at night The hotel a bit faк from the beach but it a healthy walk so I didn't really regret The breakfast is good but not much fish and varieties

I have stayed here many times before and there were even a few improvements this time. The internet connection was much better than before and the rooms were very clean and fresh. The pools remained clean well maintained and very enticing, the staff were efficient and friendly and the price you pay is very good value indeed.

A smell of raw sewage from the road outside the hotel would often waft in on the breeze which was a little off putting. The clientele of the hotel has changed considerably since my previous stays. For the money you pay and if you have a car to get to the beaches you really can't grumble.
