The staff, food and facilities were very good, Giovanny was excellent, he was all over the food and beverage facilities and the waiting/serving staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the entertainment each evening. The location was a little remote but an easy walk into the town of Costa Calma.

The pools were too cold for us. I would have appreciated tissues in the room and two sun beds would have been nice on the large sunny balcony. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, we did report it and it was ok after housekeeping had been but smell of drains returned each day.

The food was very poor quality nothing to do with the cooking just very poor quality cheap food ingredients for example the chicken burgers were disgusting reconstructed mashed up (stuff.)I would like to see the managing director eat one . The mushrooms were flavourless and boiled to death. The hotel offers an environment friendly water service but is not available for the evening meal. You have to buy the bottles from the waiter.. I will NOT stay in the hotel ever again, and it has given me a very poor impression of H 🔟 hotel group.

the room was spacy clean and nice view, the breakfast was good, the access beach perfect, the servants( personal ) were extremely helpful and nice, can do attitude

the dinner wasn't really good, small variety , considered to the last years in the same hotel a negative point

Great facilities and super friendly staff - loved the little treat from the ladies at the Despacio spa when I booked a massage on my bday day. Also loved the treat from the hotel again on my bday day. Great service from the beginning with the lady at the reception being very welcoming and friendly when we checked in. Thank you all.

My constructive feedback - the gym space only opening from 8:30am (from 7am would be great). Also some music playing at the gym space would be great too (doesn't have to be too loud just something playing in the background to break the silence). Music at the swimming pool - again it doesn't have to be too loud but it would help improving overall atmosphere. Still recommend the hotel these are just minor points.

The Hotel is beautiful. Smart, clean, quiet. We had a lovely 7 night stay. The pools are lovely - if a bit cold! We stayed on a B&B basis, which suited us as we went out into the town of an evening to eat out. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. There's a snack bar by the pool for lunch - nothing special but the food was tasty and kept us going until dinner. There are enough sunbeds for the residents - certainly in mid-September - and we even spent a day on the beach for a change of scenery. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The shower was hot and powerful and the housekeeping was efficient. Our balcony overlooked the pool area and we had a good sea view. There were entertainments during the day and evening - we played minigolf and water polo. Entertainers in the evening supplied music and dancing. We also had a massage in the spa, and a spell in the jacuzzi. Very relaxing! The town of Costa Calma is spread out for quite a way, so we didn't go further than about half an hour walk. There are half a dozen great restaurants there; we'd recommend B-side for a lovely relaxing dinner with a cool vibe, and El Pellizco (just opposite) for a proper high end night out. The 555 Tapas restaurant above the Spar is also superb. The staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone spoke excellent English and didn't laugh at my pidgeon Spanish. The beer is very good and the cocktails on the roof terrace at the end of the night rounded off a perfect day here. Overall, we were blown away by how nice this hotel is. It's so lovely to have peace and quiet without screaming kids! The architecture is very tasteful and it's so clean. There are even a couple of cats who wander around making friends. We saw the 'Privilege' area, but to be honest, I'm not sure it would be worth it to upgrade as it didn't seem you got much more for the upgrade.

Very little to whinge about here - as always, I'm unimpressed by the pillows - although they just about did the job for the week - any longer and I think my neck would have started to complain!

The hotel is great, calm location, amazing view, breezy (being hilltop), beach just outside the hotel garden and more in walking distance. The food was excellent, the room /terrace top clean, comfortable bed !!! We rented a car at the airport and explored the island ourselves, that is how we felt in live with it. The hotel is excellent to stay in and you need a car to discover the inland and those many different beaches … The island is windy, that is why it is not hot but very pleasant!!!! Really strong wind can blow for days, than calmer days follow… having a car ones can organize themselves accordingly: beach or island tour or animal/botanic park or hiking or cheese museum or napping at the pool, Lobos…etc… The roads are perfect also the city/road signs all around island and light traffic. We had a relaxing, great holiday staying at H10 Esmeralda and the uniquely lovely Fuerteventura.

Great location with direct access to the beach and plenty of parking spaces next to the beach-side exit. Very big food selection with high quality food (e.g. always a big selection of various meats and types of fish for lunch and dinner). If you book a „privilege“ room you get access to two additional restaurants (pizzeria + a-la-carte restaurant).

Internet in Hotel room was unstable. In the lobby area Internet was good and I did not use it much so overall it did not disturb me much. The Sports equipment in the fitness room could do with some repairs/ replacements (e.g. abductor machine not working properly with low weights) but overall fitness room was decent - I was using it every day. Sauna could be hotter (only had 65 degrees Celsius). But I guess one could ask the staff to turn it up if needed (I did not ask).

Hotel room spacious, comfortable and kept very clean. Good value for all inclusive.

Costa Calma had nothing going for it. Hotel charged to use room safe. They charged if you wanted clean pool towels. Coffee shop opened 1pm but coffee machine needed further 20 mins to warm up. Room 2324 was under restaurant and therefore very noisy at meal times inc 7.30am for breakfast. Main indoor bar too small for number of guests - never seats in bar after dinner.

Food was plentiful. Quality quite good. Cleaning team were brilliant. Pool looked lovely but too cold unless you were very brave! Reception very good. Valentine's Night food and presentation was excellent.

Long way to the crazy golf, then you had to go back to reception for the clubs and balls. The entertainment wasn't advertised very well but from what we heard from our close-by room it WAS very good most nights.

The room was big and clean, I loved we had 3 pillows. The pool area is lovely and the hotel has direct access to the beach. The buffet is great, we had breakfast and dinners and there was plenty of choice! You can refill the water for free

Our room was close to the elevator that is very noisy! I should have asked to change room as at 6am in the morning was very annoying! The reception is too small and be prepared t queue even to ask a simple information. The cocktail selection was a bit limited
