Exe Cuenca

The hotel was a bit of a walk to/from the old town/city area, but we were driving and this was a convenient location for us. The hotel is next to a gas/petrol station and a McDonalds, and a Carrefour less than 5 min walk. Free parking in the vicinity of the gas station, but we opted to park underground (with pay). The gantry of the parking lot to exit was not very intuitive on where to press the button to lift the gate. The room was clean, and the ameneties provided in the bathroom was sufficient. Towels were a little run down, but usable. No bedroom slippers provided (but i didn't ask anymore)

I loved the location opposite the bullring, during my stay they had a fiesta for the bull running, really interesting but it meant that the bar and restaurant were really busy, whether you approve or not this is the real Spain. The staff were exceptional, you usually have to go way up market to get the kind of service that received. Overall I was made very comfortable and I have complaints, I would stay again.

It is showing it’s age but at this price point it is very good value for money.

Free easy Parking. Very comfortable beds. Large shower. Garage, shopping mall, Cinema Carrefour, bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stop 100m, every 30 mins into Cuenca. Staff welcoming and helpful. Lovely park behind hotel. Prescence of the industrial area did not impact on our stay in any way. Very quiet area. Good hotel for exploring Cuenca. Bus to castillo in town and walk down to explore the attractions of this lovely city.

Internet had been down and was mended just as we left. However very easy to get free WiFi in shopping centre

Extremely nice staff and excellent breakfast. Nice and spacious bedroom with a nice bathtub. I was able to rest well in this hotel, and would recommend it for a nice relaxing stay in Cuenca.

Hotel is too far from the city centre, and there is some noise from the corridors the you can really hear inside the bedroom.

We really wanted to stay in old town but decided to stay just outside so we could have hotel parking (as we were on a road trip home from 10 days camping and didn’t want to leave our very full cars unattended). We thought we were going to pay €9 for parking but it turns out there was an open hotel parking lot just in front of the entrance. We arrived past midnight and the hotel staff members was friendly and kind and quickly checked us in. We just spent the night there to sleep. The room was a bit on the smaller side compared to other triple rooms we had been in, but clean and comfortable.

friendly reception with nice greeting. clean, warm and inviting with special touches in my room ie sweets and bar fridge and nice great items to use in the bathroom, free. The folded swan with slippers was a great touch. breakfast was great and had every item you could ever want.

Clean but basic hotel. Staff is nice and explained to us the different parking spots in Cuenca. Located next to a McDonald's and has free parking. Room is quiet but not sure if worth 4 stars.

Amenities were rather outdated, only disposable cups available for the toilet.

The front desk staff was very helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our luggage in the room that was available. It was very quiet and the view from our window was of a park. I requested adjoining room with our son and the request was granted. Very satisfied.

The hotel is not close to the historical area of the city but we knew this when we booked it. Leaving was very easy the last day because we were in the outskirts of the city.

quite far from the centre. our toilet stopped flushing but that was quickly resolved. Our key card also stopped working. It took 2 attempts to solve that one.

Amazing value for money, nice staff

Only one charging dock, the other one worked only as long as the light were on. It was a bit far from the historic center but you get what you pay for
