I recently toured France, Spain & Portugal on my motorcycle. On the basis of reasonable security for my bike, I selected each of my accommodation stops with this in mind and I certainly found it here. As I had pre-booked the Hotel and parking I was fully aware that there was an additional charge @ 7EUR p/n for the use of the secure underground garage on site. I stayed in Cuenca at this Hotel for two nights and enjoyed my stay. The Hotel itself had an extensive bar area and provided a lunch and dinner menu, the room was comfortable, very clean and the large bed was great. The location was great, just short walk away from the beautiful and Interesting Historic Centre. The Hotel staff were all very friendly, very welcoming, and very helpful. The Continental Breakfast was inclusive of the room charge, the selection with additional hot food was great and set you up for the day. I loved Cuenca, disappointed I hadn't booked for longer. I wouldn't hesitate to book again at the Torremangana.

No disappointments

We requested a room overlooking the park (to the front of the hotel) and the view did not disappoint. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom had everything you could want. The hotel location was just about ok for walking into the old town (although it is uphill all the way!), but the reason we chose this hotel was for the easy drive to it and the availability of secure underground parking which we booked ahead of our stay. The breakfast was good with a large choice.

The restaurant lacked character, but the serving staff and food were good.

Came here with my wife on our road trip .ive been here once before .its a super hotel .underground parking with a charge but theres free parking on the surrounding streets .breakfast is a good selection too outside terrace and a reasonably priced restaurant. Right on the road network aswell for eady access. Its a short walk to the amazring old square where you can walk across the famous bridge and see all the hanging houses and the valley .its such a beautifull amazeing place to visit.the culture and scenery here is tremendous.

Nothing its perfect

I booked this hotel because we had a car and didn't want to be driving in the narrow streets of the old town. The hotel itself was clean and well equipped, the staff at reception were super helpful. They not only gave us a map but pointed out where the attractions were and told us the best way to walk there. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars within easy walking distance. It was about 1.5kms walk to the Puente de San Pablo (red bridge) and the Casas Colgadas (Hanging Houses). The room was a decent size, beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the bathroom. We managed to find street parking a little away from the hotel (all the parking in the street outside is metered) and it was an easy drive in and out of the town. The cathedral and Plaza Mayor area are lovely, plenty of restaurants and bars to sit and enjoy, especially at sunset. We did a hike up to the castle ruins, I'd highly recommend doing this if you're fit enough, the views back down the valley are just stunning.

Hotel was very well situated for our visit to Cuenca. Easy bus ride 100yds from the hotel to the old part of town. Our car was in their underground garage 14e per nite and very safe. We ate dinner in the hotel and it was excellent, same for staff. Great breakfast, serving all likes!! Would recommend this hotel.

Not much, some water in the room would have been good, as Spanish hotels don’t seem to have tea/coffee making facilities

When I started looking to book a Hotel in Kuenca that was the one that looked nice and was in the correct location to visit the tourist area in old Kuenca, but finally we needed a car to visit, the distance was not walkable at all. Anyway, we were traveling by car, so we visited after leaving the hotel. The rooms are normal size, very plain but nice, bed was very comfortable, good breakfast

Nothing negative to say

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was really clean, and there were toiletries and (big!) bath towels available. It's in a good location - close to the town centre for shops, on the bus route to go up to the old town, and not too far to walk up to the old town provided you don't mind the hills.

The outside of the building isn't pretty, but inside makes up for it.

Was able to book parking for my motorcycle in advance which was great. They have a dedicated area in the underground parking area for motorbikes. Staff were friendly and approachable. Location of the hotel was great for exploring the town. The adjoining cafe terrace was a nice place to sit and have relaxing drink.

The only slight negative was the lights in the corridors are motion sensing and when I came out my particular room it took about five paces in total darkness before the light in the corridor came on.

The hotel was within easy walking distance (albeit uphill) of the old town and a staff member provided us with a map and advised us of the best way to get there. There are lots of things to see, great views from the bridges and many restaurants in the old town. The hotel room was comfortable and there were many restaurants nearby. The hotel organised a taxi to the railway station when we left.

Would like to say how wonderful the young lady on reception was. We couldn’t find the place so parked up and walk round to find it. We went in to tell her the tale and felt we needed to freshen up before we went back for our car ( which was a long way)so she let us do that then went for our car and got sorted properly when we got back she went above and beyond her duties so thank you for that ( I wish I could remember her name but she was there in the afternoon we arrived.
