Great location right near Plaza Mayor. Staff friendly and helpful. Decent restaurant/breakfast place attached. Room was a good size - we asked for a room on a higher floor with a view.

This is a hotel right in a historic building in the old city, so no parking. But there is a paid garage just up the street. Parking rate was high - would be nice if there was a discount (or free) for hotel guests.

The location is exceptional. The hotel is superb and though our room didn't have a view it is clearly well positioned towards the top of the town. It was clean and breakfast was great. The history almost breathes from the walls of this convent. One of many in the town, several of which are hotels. The staff I spoke to were extremely polite and helpful. I have half decent Spanish and they could speak half decent English so it was great. Really pleased with the whole town and hotel.

It lacked coat hangers we only had three, this was a very small issue however.

The hotel was fine. It was about 150 metres from the cathedral in the old town so the location was brilliant. The room was fine too, maybe a little small but plenty big enough. The bathroom was good with a shower that worked properly. Oh, and the view we had across the gorge and over to the parador was spectacular. Very nice.

There was nothing we didn't like but somehow it wasn't quite as nice as I'd hoped. I have no idea why that's the case. It was clean and comfortable and everything worked and the staff were good but somehow I was a little disappointed.

Beds were comfortable and location was wonderfully convenient, in the heart of old Cuenca.

Room floor was not very clean and door knob was broken. It had to be fixed after we had already settled in. Also, staff could only give us one map of the city. We were planning on splitting and convening in one place, but it was very difficult with only one copy.

A huge, high-ceilinged room with a big and very comfortable bed. Quality soft furnishings, nice (big) bathroom, great wifi, helpful staff. A lovely historic building (although the interior doesn't retain much period detail). A minute's walk from the main Plaza of the old town. Parking nearby.

The hotel's restaurant calls itself a 'gastrobar', but it doesn't really live up to its ambitions. The food is fine but nothing special, and the staff seemed a bit slapdash when we ate there. More use as a bar (with tapas) than a full-on restaurant.

The location was perfect, no parking at the hotel but a short walk away was parking. The hotel supplied a voucher which provided a discount on the charge. Request a view over the ravine as views are better and the room is quieter - cobble stones seem to amplify the sound of cars.

Really loved this hotel, full of charm and character, our room was very comfortable and had a four poster bed, the view from our room was incredible looking out over the Cathedral, and lots of very pretty rooftops and little alleyways. We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast too. Food was good

Great location next door to the Cathedral. My request for a bedroom on a higher floor and with a balcony was actioned. We had great views over the valley. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel was very good.

Location is in the center of the historic ridgeline of Cuenca. The views are of other buildings, but with some luck you might be able to see the town. The hotel is very nice. The parking is up the hill in a parking garage for 16 euros a day (extra).

These Spaniards like to start eating dinner at 9pm, which is tough for people traveling from America. But get used to it - the whole country is like this.

Rustic, historical, beautiful and a fantastic location that was close to everything. Very comfortable bed and room. Room was afforded an excellent view. Staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely return.
