Hotel Arrizul Congress

This hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location. 5 min walk to Old Town, but far enough away from Old Town that the weekend crowds don't keep you up at night. Large bathroom and very clean. Staff was very kind and welcoming.

Everything was great, the breakfast very complete. Near to the beach and some minutes away from the interesting turistic locations.

However, one day I told the staff that the watermelon served for breakfast was no good anymore, and the very next day, they served that same fruit to the guests or other that wasn´t also good.

Beautiful, clean rooms and lobby area. Cute little balcony in our room. Very kind staff. Loved the welcome glass of Cava and the coffee in the afternoons. The staff that checked us in was very helpful and had good recommendations on what to do and see in the area.

The rooms are tiny based on what we are used to in America but that didn’t bother us (the bathroom and shower area was large, but the bedroom is tiny). There was also no free breakfast or coffee in the morning but again that was no big deal because there are beautiful pastry and coffee shops in the area.

Easy to get to considering all of the one-way streets but good location a short walk across the river to the old town and most of the main attractions, pintxo bars, restaurants, shops, and the Basque museum. Convenient market across the street and a lot of cafes in the surrounding neighborhood of Gros. Free coffee and sodas in the lounge all afternoon. We went out for breakfast because we wanted to go to the highly-recommended-and-well-worth-it chocolate and churros place in the old town--Churreria Sant Lucia.

We like this hotel for its location between the Old Town and the Gros district where we have friends. It's not fancy but provides the key elements: a comfortable room and beds, a good bathroom, and great location. We'll certainly continue to use it. It's not cheap but nowhere is cheap in San Sebastián during the warmer months or the film festival.

Clean and very quiet. A nice coffee corner in the foyer available from 12 noon to 8pm to help yourself to coffee, biscuits & soft drink. Welcome glass of champagne on arrival and also a small bottle in my room for my birthday. Really nice room. Excellent location.

My expensive water bottle went missing during my stay.

Fantastic location, just 10 minute walk over the bridge into the Old Town. Very quiet neighburhood, but close to superb bars & restaurant.

Everything was excellent - including glasses of Cava on arrival !

Very clean. No view from window but not an issue. Very much a business hotel but comfortable and in a good location. Receptionist very helpful.

No issues at all.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We would recomend the Hotel and we would stay in the Hotel again.

Hot Food options for Breakfast should be improved. Only thing on offer was Eggs.
