Location, staff, and the modern clean rooms we are all excellent. It’s a really nice touch they gave out little gift bags for my child and for the runners/supporters in the Behobia race!

The shower pressure for the hot water could be much stronger! Maybe that’s because it’s for water conservation? If it is, then I totally understand! If it’s not, then please optimize the plumbing, if possible! The bed mattress is too soft for me and didn’t have a good back support for a restful sleep. But I’m very picky with my mattresses and prefer it extra-firm! Probably many people don’t have the preferences I have!

We stayed in Bed4U Zurriola in September 2023. The room was on a higher floor and was spotlessly clean. Being a higher floor and with excellent double glazing there was no noise at night. There is an ajoining cafe where you can have breakfast. If you are driving there is an underground car park in Plaza Catalunya about 90metres from the hotel which provides discounted parking tickets. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the pedestrian area of the old city which makes it a excellent location. Our stay was made particularly enjoyable by Katerina on reception who speaks excellent English and gave us lots of tourist information and restaurant suggestions which were all excellent. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.

Very good for the price! Excellent location, newish room which was big and clean. The building is not very pretty but the room was a positive surprise in this city where so many cheaper hotels or pensions are old and smelly. No noise from the street at all, the windows blocked all noise. Parking garage closeby.

From the bathroom you can see that it is renovated cheaply and at some point will smell like mold, like most of the coast's (cheaper) hotels, but not yet. The walls to the corridor and neighbour rooms are not very soundprood, but it didnt bother us.

We were slightly nervous at booking due to the smallish number of reviews but assumed this was because it was a relatively new property. It was a really good modern hotel with USB chargers, nespresso machines in the room, a very comfortable large bed and a really powerful rainfall shower . The staff were very friendly and helpful and the check in was open late. Really good location too, 10 min walk from the bus station and then 10 min over the river to the old town. There are some nice places to try a few doors down including a Mexican called Simona

Very little, it would have been great to have a hair dryer and iron already in the room but the staff produced them on request in a matter of minutes. Also the nespresso pods were all decaf, but I can't say this detracted in any way from the overall experience!

The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast arrangements are poor. You must go to the cafe next door. The selection of food was very limited and not replaced as required. For example there was only 1 croissant cut in half. The lady in charge was unhelpful and rude. She was too busy setting up tables and chairs outside to attend to us. It's a pity because otherwise we'd love to stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location, next to Zurriola beach (for pro surfers), with walking distance to bus terminal and Old Town. Countless good quality cafes and restaurants nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff, room sizes good and furniture are ok. Innovative smart TV features and room lighting control over remote controller.

Although not a big deal, there is no closed space lobby area to sit. The breakfast is below our expectations. The variety of food in the breakfast and service (refilling the empty bottles, plates) require further improvement. There was some smell in the room.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect - 5 min to the beach or Old town. Many good restaurants and pintxo bars around. The room was big, with sofa and table. Decor was very nice, felt new and fresh. Bed was big and comfortable with nice linens. You do not usually expect such impressions from 2-star hotel.

Breakfast was served in bar next to the hotel and was maybe too ordinary/simple. There were several other places around, which served a bit better breakfast.

Two lifts for only 27-28 rooms! New and modern hotel, efficient wifi, smart tv. Very clean room, daily properly maintained. Really comfy beds with good quality of linen. Convinient location both to the old town and bus/train stations. Efficient air-con, even at 30C.

Rooms might be too noisy for light sleepers as you can easily hear people slamming the doors or even walking in room above, below or next door. Some may complain about buffet breakfast - only cold dishes, although for us breakfast was really good.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. Good location for surf beach, 10 min from bus station. 10 min walk to old town. The Gros area has some nice bars,cafés and restaurants. Definitely a good option if staying in San Sebastian. Rooms were spacious and with air conditioning that worked.

Did 6 nights in San Sebastian in one trip. 3 nights in another hotel and 3 nights in this one. Would be nice if they added coffee machine to the room and maybe a small fridge for water, 2 things I had in my first hotel.

Loved the decor, staff and cleanliness. The guy on reception was very helpful in assisting us with our tourist queries! Great location too - ten minutes walk from the bus station and the same to the beach.

Unfortunately there was no safe so we had to take our valuables out with us which I wasn't keen on. Also no fridge, but they did provide two bottles of water on arrival. Noise from the other rooms kept me awake a bit but I'm a light sleeper used to total silence so no big deal
