I really enjoyed my stay ath this hotel. The best things were: very good breakfast and dinner (half board) for a fair price, private parking, a big pool and a comfortable room, nice and friendly staff. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and cafe's,

The only complaint I have is that on the day of arrival we were not informed that we could park for free on outside hotel parking, even though I mentioned I saw the places. The receptionist did not inform me about this possibility and only proposed paid (closed) parking spot. The only objective drawback was proximity of a lively road near the hotel. However, with closed windows it was not much disrupting (it was mainly unpleasant when lying near the pool - but as mentioned the price was fair). In my opinion the hotel is better for customers comming by car, but it is subjective, I did not use any public transport. Still a rate this hotel very high as it met all my expectations and I spent a great time there:)

Stayed many times before over the years and it’s a good solid hotel. It’s been taken over by a new group (ONA) so we assume there will be some changes and upgrades as the rooms are getting tired now. Wi-Fi was brilliant in the room which is a marked improvement from previous stays and as I had to work for a couple of days during our stay it was a godsend. TV’s are locked to hotel mode so the Amazon fire stick didn’t work but it wasn’t as issue. We only brought it with just in case of bad weather. Breakfast has a plentiful amount of choices but the cooked items are not very warm. Overall a really great hotel and we will return at the end of the summer 😁

Charging €10/day to park your car. This is a new charge as the car park was always free! We just parked outside which wasn’t as issue just slightly inconvenient.

Pleasantly surprised as it is very near the A7 but did not bother us at all. Really lovely staff, breakfast and pool. Nice and clean. Parking on the road in front of the hotel is free of charge.

Parking charges on site when there is ample free parking at the front. Pool area closed between 20.00-10.00 which means you have to walk around to get to the lobby and restaurant for breakfast, or if you come back late at night. Walking to the beach, crossing a pedestrian bridge over the main road is not great, you have to explore to find a nice beach along the stretch once you make it there, alternatively drive to one of the nicer beaches nearby.

Staff were friendly and helpful, pool area was pleasant and calm, room was clean and pleasant. Air conditioning worked well in the room. There is a decent small commercial centre next door to the hotel with a handful of actually reasonable, if initially slightly uninviting-looking, restuarants/cafes (the chinese and pizza place are recommended), as well as a supermarket.

I'm really pleased that we had a car during our stay as there wasn't a great deal to do outside of the hotel within walking distance. Our one foray out to try to find a beach ended up with us walking around a derelict (yet still partially occupied) old people's home which was fenced off from the sea(!) Also, I thought the bar prices for drinks were fairly steep.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. The staff were friendly and always there to help and would go beyond to help us with our need.

The bathroom floor is slippery and I hope they make some improvements as it could be a hazard if you’re not careful. Beside saying that I will definitely be going back

The room itself was very clean everything was in order beds were comfortable give a free water which is always nice and the standard bathroom commentaries. The staff and nice and friendly and helpful I would recommend the stay

The main door did not have a lock resulting in cleaners walking in even with a dnd sign

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. All the staff were so nice and welcoming. Beautiful breakfast and evening meal The did an excellent job all round reception, bar staff, kitchen staff cleaning lady, and a lovely man looking after the pool. Other hotels could learn a lot from how well this hotel is run and managed.

A great find, was very happy with everything. Fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable, neighbour hood was lovely and quiet. We had a beautiful big garden and although we didn’t use the pool, it also looked very nice. Lots of shops and cafes within walking distance and plenty of parking too. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - we even extended! Thank you to the wonderful staff too, they were so helpful

Nothing. Loved it all, if I could say anything a bigger tv in the living room would have been amazing - but maybe that’s just my eyesight

First impressions mean a lot From entering Diana park to leaving all staff worked as a team to ensure staying there was a quality experience Could not of chosen a better place I will return

I really liked the fact Diana park was rarely modern compared so some properties in Spain. The breakfast buffet was amazing with loads of choice! I liked the fact they had a large pool and lounging area. The staff were super friendly and attentive.

The aircon in our room was fairly loud which kept us up at night. The location is good but if you want to keep travelling to puerto banus it will cost you In taxis. Thankfully I used Uber which wasn’t too bad but I have stayed in Diana park before and knew this was the case.
