Spacious room, with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. There was a large pool with an adequate number of loungers, situated closely to their excellent outside hotel bar, though this is pricier than going elsewhere. This was not a problem as there is a lot of choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Staff were always very helpful and made you feel welcomed. They help us out with towels when we needed them and clearly take pride in what they do.

As the hotel is half way between Marbella and estapona, you need to use transportation to visit either Location. Taxis to either are ~25 Euros for one way, so can be expensive if you want to visit these locations multiple times. There are buses, which are cheaper (~2-4 Euros), but these are unreliable and can be confusing. Certain buses stop at different bus stops, which you only find out after you get denied entry to the bus and they never show up on time - sometimes up to 30-40 mins late. If we visit again, we would definitely hire a car. I know this is out of control of the hotel, so still rate highly, though I thought I would share for others that are visiting

All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and made us feel so welcome. Out of main season so the pool area was quiet with a chilled vibe. No need to even leave our sun beds with the waitresses serving us drinks and free tapas samples. Really made our anniversary special. Despite being on the main road all the rooms face the pool and you don't even hear it. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby with footbridges a short walk away to cross the road. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked to stay for an extra night. Will definitely be returning!

I didn’t enjoy my experience paying on your platform. Have my credit card, was emailed a day later to say the card was declined ( it wasn’t) gave new card details to update the payment using my debit card ( money wasn’t taken) I paid again sending the funds direstvto the hotel operators act. When I arrived the money hadn’t been allocated to my booking and I had to pay again. After two days the hotel located my payment and I was credited for the second payment. This became an issue only because your platform didn’t work. I may consider using another operator next time. I don’t blame the hotel.

great balcony, lovely view of pool and surrounding gardens and ocean, good bed and bed linens! great location, quiet restful environment, and lovely staff throughtout!

the hotel is "tired" - the rooms need refurbishing - sagging aged sofa's (sofa beds), battered wood furniture, torn lamp shade, 'missing' small amenities, soiled carpets in the hallways - not a 5-star from my rating and certainly a 4-star - just suggest the investors decide to fully refurbish - and perhaps also to keep it open all winter so as to allow staff continuity plus to build the hotels ratings once the refurbishings have been completed.

Where do I even start! It a fantastic 5 star hotel, with very large rooms, comfortable and really large size beds and pillows, wonderful amenities and fantastic service and a very filling, tasty and enjoyable breakfast. It is a nice modern building, and ticked all the boxes with a fridge, iron, safe, and L’occtaine bath and body products. It is an adult only hotel, and has a very relaxing ambiance, 2 pools, inside and outside bars, a spa, and a resturant for dinner, making it a place for couples to come round, chill and unwind from all of life’s worries and de-stress. Had a wonderful and relaxing time and can’t wait to visit again.

You need a cab or car to get around to places as it’s off a main road and crossing to the shops on the other side can take about 20 mins to walk.

Perfect location just across the road from many delicious restaurants, a short drive to Puerto Banus and set in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The facilities are exceptional; especially the Spa and quality of food at the pool bar. The staff are especially attentive to guests and will go out of their way to accommodate requests if they have the means to do so. The buffet breakfast is delicious, with a chef making any eggs/omelettes/pancakes etc that you may ask for. Large spacious and clean rooms. In the summer months there is also a DJ who plays relaxing tunes as you lounge by the sun and sip cocktails. Adults only is also a nice touch and adds to the general ambience of relaxation and unwinding. My partner also makes use of the Gym during our stay. We have stayed in all seasons and love coming here all year round.

Large spacious bedroom and comfortable beds. Charming view of palm trees and the garden from the room. The hotel offered a couple of small pools in a garden, with a pool bar. Plus the main restaurant and lounge bar . There was apparently a spa centre too. There are a few restaurants in the area that open up in the evening.

The notice on the TV screen that suggested the apparent need to clog up ones own phone by downloading an app to access the TV - but Reception kindly sent a man to the room to show how that could be avoided to see the regular TV with plenty of stations plus radio stations too. Useful to have a car whilst staying at this property. There are however, regular bus services (30 minute intervals) that go to Estepona and to Marbella but Reception did not have the times. Although other people in the area did know the times as they would arrive about 5 minutes prior to the bus leaving.

A beautiful Hotel. We stayed in a suite on floor four. Good-sized En-suite, Double Bedroom with doors on to vast terrace. Door in to Living room with another set of Terrace doors and dining table for six outside. There were also sun loungers on the Terrace as well as a suite of furniture, easy couch, chairs and coffee table. Above the Living room was the dining table, four chairs and nearby, a sideboard per sáe, with fridge, presses, drawers, coffee maker and kettle. Ones every need was met. But the Piesce de resistance were the Team, Reception: Casi, Vasi and Jamal and in the Bistro, nothing was too much trouble for young Sandro and the very elegant, always helpful Rashida. This Hotel are Lucky to have such a Great Team! At the back of the Hotel, the pool. From this aspect of the building, No traffic can be heard. The beautiful pool is the width of the property, where guests take the Sun and swim. The Sea and beaches are a short stroll further behind the Hotel, walking past lovely white Holiday homes., four minutes walk.

Motorway. There is a busy Dual Carraigeway outside the parking area at the front of the Hotel, with very short Access slips on to the Motorway. One has to assess oncoming traffic speed against distance and accelerate away hard! These Motorways are often found on the coast in Spain, with Hotels built parallell to them. This Motorway however, needs to be updated, to include longer access and exit lane ways, or a lowering of the speed limit needs to be considered, with so many access points along it!

The hotel was lovely.. Good rooms with hood balconies overlooking The beautiful pool.

The food was good but could have been a little more varied The bathrooms were very good but the showers could have been better And stronger flow... also the accessories were minimal. The beaches around the area are not good unfortunately.

Well located hotel 10 minutes by taxi from Puerto Banus and Benhavis. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Big outdoor area with bar / restaurant by the pool was very inviting. Food was great - breakfast covered all the bases and was a highlight. All in all a good 4 start experience that exceeded expectation's.

A little noisy, but that was mainly one group of people having a good time!!
