Pool area is well spaced and plenty of beds. Music was a little loud sometimes but i just went to my balcony. The staff around the pool were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. They got people involved which was great as we became friendly with other guests. The bar doesn't stay open very late and we were refused a drink at 11pm and we were the last two guests waiting to be served we didnt use the bar after that. Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from. The facilities are generally of a high standard. Coffee and tea is available to guests all day which was great. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful.

The first morning at the hotel we was woken by builders in the next room. The hotel were very apologetic and moved us and gave us free breakfast. This was very generous and made up for the inconvenience. Very professional staff who were so apologetic it made our stay more comfortable.

I'm not used to this kind of hotel usually but I must say, we had such a nice time! Everybody was super nice and welcoming, the room was big and comfy and you could see that the bathroom had been redone not too long ago. The garden has so much to offer, so many activities you can join but no obligation. The swimming pool was huge and clean, the breakfast buffet was also pretty big and actually pretty tasty. Lots of parking spaces as well, quiet location, with lots of green areas all around. One tip maybe: if you like it a bit more quiet, chose a room with mountain view as the terrace next to the pool can get a bit loud until late.

We had a good room with fantastic view to the sea and the mountains. Clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are lovely, staff very helpful, meals substantial.

The toilet next to the pool was not checked often enough - dirty or blocked. Music by the pool could be too loud. Pool closes at 8 pm, and no access to the area so the table tennis and other facilities cannot be used - but it is too hot to use them earlier. I wish we could stay by the pool longer. Buffet food offered a good variety but the desserts were not great except the selection of fresh fruit and ice cream.

The staff was super nice and serviceminded! The best!! The poolarea was clean and nice. No complains, free bus to San Pedro beach!

The food was okey but not more, we spend 12 days and you knew before what they should serv. But the staff wass superb!!

Very comfortable room, nice pool area with loungers on the lawns, plenty of parking and great value half board. Nice gesture of a large chilled bottle of water upon departure. Lots of choice on the buffet including good salad bar.

Nothing we didn't like. It is up in the golf course area rather than near the beach but that suited us for this trip.

A little difficult to find with Google maps lots of roundabouts and turnings to navigate. Not the hotels fault. Wouldn't be a good place to access without a car. No plug socket other than by the floor opposite the bed and thatbhad loose wires

Lovely hotel and great swimming pool. The hotel itself was reasonably quite during our stay giving us a choice of sun beds and at times we had the pool to ourselves.

We were aware before we booked that the hotel was a mile or so from the beach, but I expected that I could walk to the beach. This is not a safe option as the roads are relatively narrow without footpaths. Obviously this is not the hotels fault and the hotel does provide a free coach service to the nearest beach and return twice a day. we hired a car to drive around and get to Estepona which was about 20mins drive away.

Breakfast was worth it although the same every day but there was something for all dietary needs. Dinner was great, plenty of choices and different options every day and great value for money. The room was huge as well as the terrace. We only stayed for 3 nights and did a lot of travelling around the area so could not fully enjoy the pool which looked great btw.

The room and facilities need a bit a TLC. I got an old stained bath towel with holes which was not the greated welcome experince but they had changed it the next day. The hotel was full of teenager groups making lots of noise at night and early mornings. This could not spoil my sleep though as I was super tired.
