2 bedrooms apartment was great and very spacious with everything you might need and even more. Very private patio with indirect access to pool. Pool is very clean and big enough for both kids and adults. We liked windows roller shades with total blackout. Aircon was very quiet and powerful. Everything was just very high quality. We had some minor issues and called for maintenance guy at the reception. He arrived within 10-20mins, was super friendly and fixed everything in one go.

You definitely will need a car (which we had) for this hotel. Walk to the beach is about 25minutes and the beach in this area is not very nice. Breakfast is very simple and overpriced. I would definitely suggest to stay away from it. If you want cappuccino, you would have to pay extra 3.60EUR on top of 12EUR breakfast. Here are 3 wishes that could make our stay even better: maybe a outdoor sofa on the terrace, bigger TV with netflix app, faster internet. These are very minor requests and didn't change our overall feeling about the property.

The grounds were well kept and pretty. The property management service was effective and efficient. The kitchen was well equipped, beyond normal holiday rental standards. The pool area was lively and pretty. It was also great to have use of the parking garage.

The pool was too cold to use in April. Most families just sat around the pool area. The closest restaurants are very near to the motorway. It is a great place to stay if you have a car and are interested in day trips and self catering. On a side note, we would have loved to bring our small dog with. I noticed several guests (or complex residents) had dogs. Perhaps one or two apartments could accommodate dogs in the future.

Very clean and well maintained complex. The rooms had everything you needed and very modern.

I’m afraid the sun bed situation is the one that let it down. Plenty of space to fit another 20/30 beds around pool and probably would have seen everything ok. So people laid on towels on grass. We were close to pool so carried 2 sun beds from garden upstairs everyday. 2 sat on towels on grass until a bed was spotted free, generally late afternoon. No need to take a ball to pool, as not allowed to use. Even a beach ball for a 5 year old! Shame as one of nicest pools you’ll find in a complex

Very clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and clear. Free parking with a private secure underground reservation space. The location has easy access to all the local tourist spots such as Ronda and Gibraltar. We had a garden and it was extremely well maintained. Private ensuite bathroom in the apartment I stayed in. There are cheaper options available. However, this resort is worth paying that little bit more as it's extremely new and well maintained inside and outside. So don't get sucked in on price elsewhere when for a couple of Euros more you get this little gem.

You need a car as it is quite far from the airport. If you have a garden, the rest of the complex has right of way to get to the pool and if you are relaxing in the garden strangers walk through the bottom of the garden on the way to the pool. It's not really a dislike it's something to keep in mind if you are searching for complete privacy.

it was very easy to get to from the A-7 motorway. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to stay a few extra hours as our apartment wasn’t needed the day we checked out. the apartment was clean, modern and very bright. we had the pool literally on our doorstep and a lovely cafe/bar/ice cream stall by the pool. the pool was clean and the pool area was lovely and relaxing to spend the day in. we also had a lovely terrace outside with table and a sofa area. would love to come again!

the only negative was that the lifeguard finishes at 6 (I assume as it’s only May and not quite summer yet so probably finishes later in July/august) and the pool closes for use. although you can still sit around the sun loungers etc

Beautiful 2 bed apartment with home from home feel. Air conditioning was amazing and well needed. Cleaning standards really high and nothing more important than feeling comfortable when away from home. Swimming pool is a great size and has a relaxed feel. Enough to do around about within walking distance for the 5 nights we stayed. We did hire a car which we were grateful for to travel into Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona.

There was nothing we didn’t like - the property exceeded expectations.

Very good resort and setup. Felt very safe and secure and overall the complex was very well maintained. Would really benefit from extended opening hours in the restaurant/bar as a choice to remain local.

The location wasn’t great or the main entrance road to the resort. It cost €20-€25 to Estepona and €16-€20 to Puerto banus each way so it added up over the course of a week.

Location, and didn't feel packed.

Workers were carrying out maintenance on our balcony and the facade during our stay. The noise early in the morning wouldn't have been an issue had this been communicated to us prior the stay. Sun loungers were reserved early on in the day but not used by those who reserved them. There was little to no protocol in place to stop this.

Our apartment was great (block M); very quiet with private garden terrace & 2 seconds from the main pool.

Apartment lacked cleaning equipment; no dishcloth, washing liquid, kitchen towel etc. which you would expect being an apartment. No manual for aircon, speakers or oven etc. We booked for 5 people but only received 4 towels, each time we asked staff still only received 4 on cleaning days. No overhead shower in master en-suite. Swimming Pool grids/grills in desperate need of deep clean (black mould). Bedroom 2 requires mirror.

there is plenty of space and the terrace was astonishing and the apartment was clean and tidy and there was plenty of parking spots and it was safe and secure.

the location of the apartment is a little bit isolated there is no shops or cafes beneath us so when it gets dark it is really quiet
