Close to food outlets etc and good beaches. Hotel laid back and not too big

Only issues were that Hotel had only just opened but everything improved throughout stay. Ie Staff / Facilities

It was an exceptional stay from start till the end Room and the all areas in the hotel are very good designed and organized The staff is super friendly and the guests are calm (and the kids as well!) What we liked most of all: the good conditions of staying with pet. It’s possible to bring your dogs to breakfast area and stay with the dog near the swimming pool, of course not in the water. We definitely want to come back! Thanks a lot to your work guys. You are doing an amazing job! Portocolom itself is also magnificent. Very calm area with a plenty of good restaurants that was a surprise to us.

Great boutique hotel in a lovely local fishing village. We had a leak in our room on day 2 and were moved to another room which whilst the same rate was a lot smaller. Staff were excellent and gave us 2 options for a new room plus access to a rooftop jacuzzi (in room jacuzzi included on our original booking). Good continental choice at breakfast with eggs, omelettes or crepes to order. Good size pool area with loungers, big beanbags, or daybeds to choose from. Staff very friendly and attentive. An excellent choice for those who want a stay in a calming environment with a laid back luxe ethos.

We stayed at this brand new hotel just a few weeks after it opened. They were actually still painting and the restaurant was not open yet. Staff - super friendly and accommodating General Facilities - Really nice, calm "zen" vibes. It was too hot to use the sauna but it looked realllly great. The room was basic, but comfortable. The one thing that was annoying in the room was that the toilet had a heater on the wall that we could not figure out how to turn off! It was like a sauna in there.. Also the bed had 2 pillows, but 1 was hard and the other soft. Those are things we could have asked the staff to fix and we didn't. We were hardly in the room anyway as we were out enjoying the island. Otherwise, very nice amenities. The breakfast was awesome, and the staff were all super lovely. One issue we had upon arrival had nothing to do with the hotel - but the Booking app did not display messages between us, so I had requested a taxi pick-up over the app. They agreed, but It never displayed our later messages, so we never were able to connect and complete the request. Just a warning to call the hotel and don't trust the Booking messenger on the app. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, modern decor. Lovely pool area and relaxing spa with three dip pools and sauna. Stylish bedroom with comfortable bed & pillows. Tasty breakfast buffet with extra options available. Has it’s own restaurant which looked really nice, but we didn’t eat there.

Hotel was lovely. However it was billed as the recommended hotel for guests taking part in the triathlon (which we were). Staff didn’t seem to be aware of the triathlon and there was no dedicated bike storage space. Staff very kindly stored our bikes in a walk in cupboard in reception because the rooms are not big enough to accommodate two bikes as well as guests and luggage!

Everything was special: position, staff, interior design, food, spa and all the rest I didn’t mention. A special thank needs to go to David and to Alexis, definitely both great persons and professionals which made our vacation really unique with their kindness. Mallorca at Barefoot is definitely the perfect combination of relax, great food and amazing beaches.

Hotel design and location was great. fantastic and friendly staff.

Newly build hotel in quiet location with a unique ambience. Upon arrival, the receptionist kindly showed us around and explained all we had to know to enjoy our stay. We booked a sea view room which is in a building just on the other side of the street above restaurant and we could not enjoy ourselves more. If you want to relax and enjoy the view, I am sure you will. There is a swimming pool and spa area (sauna, hammam, pools) accessible for guests included.

There are definitely things that can be improved but you would be fool to look for a hotel that has everything perfect in place at day 1. What I would consider to be a quick fix is to have a water in your room every day f.e. There is definitely space to further improve staff and their engagement with guests, but nothing that would worry me that much.

The hotel is really nice. A great breakfast buffet with the addition that any egg dishes can be ordered. The staff are super friendly and professional.

Really the only negative point is that the toilets in the rooms don't have proper doors, they don't close and are completely see through. Would really suggest that the hotel installs proper doors.

Beautiful decor, good breakfast and the location is peaceful. We found a restaurant near by called Nomi, which was really great.

The room didn’t have any shower gels, shampoo and hand soap. The staff are were lovely but didn’t know how to make a good coffee! Barista training needed maybe. Spa wasn’t working properly.
