The breakfast was very good. The room very comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony.

Two things: The television was very poor. It would have been good to be able to have an international news programme of some sort. I don't expect English TV but there are news programmes such as BBC World which most TVs in hotels offer. No pool towels! My daughter used the swimming pool and was told that the hotel does not supply swimming towels.

Rooms were very nice with nice balcony and comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was not so impressive. No veggies at all and not so many choices if you don’t like super sweet cakes for breakfast. Tea water made from tap water so tea was undrinkable. Pool opening hours were a bit slim even though the pool was really nice and the area clean.

Stayed at the hotel for the third time. To the sea 5 minutes along a shady street, comfortable beds and pillows, well clean up, large balcony, delicious and cold beer at the bar. Check In/Out was quickly. English speaking reception. The hotel has a very good restaurant, but this time we did not take food simply because breakfast started very late for us at 8-30, and dinner was at 20-30. But this is not a problem of the hotel, this is a cultural feature of Spain. Therefore, if you are traveling for the first time, I highly recommend taking food, you will try a lot of delicious things .

Please put a bell in the bar. It will be very convenient for everyone.

Very friendly staff from the receptionist to the ladies in charge of the food. They were all very helpful, kind and showed great professionalism. Overall, the hotel and our room was very clean and well maintained as well..

Distance to the beach - a couple of streets away which isn't really an issue as it's only a few minutes walk but if you compare it to some of the other hotels, they are closer.

Room and terrace were great with a view into the beach! Very clean room, you should try to get at least the room above the 7th floor.. I had the 7th floor and the view were great. All kind of restaurants very nearby..

Breakfast could have been better.. the juice wasn't natural and too sweet.. coffee machine was very complicated. Only one waitress when I arrived to breakfast.. and had to wait until I could check in to have breakfast. Some nights it was a too loud outside, but closing the terrace doors did the trick.

Large room, large bathroom. Large balcony with sea view. Comfortable beds. Lots of wardrobe space. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Very friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to beach. Large carrefour supermarket behind hotel.. On the bus route to Gandia town centre and train/ bus station.

I always try to leave feed back taking in account the price I paid. For the price of €80 for family room it was fantastic. Very clean room and toilet , great location , swimming pool , water pressure in the shower is great. I enjoyed the stay. Can't fail it. Recommend.

Nice terrace in the sun with excellent views. Room was tidy everytime we came back. The receptionists were very welcoming

We could not take the remaining of the wine that we ordered at dinner back to our room . They would put reserved on it for the next dinner, which is not good once opened .
