Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive - the buffet was hectic because of the volume of people but they were amazingly efficient, running around clearing tables, bringing out fresh food, and making sure that things went smoothly. They were extremely hard working and very friendly at the same time. The hotel was perfect - a very simple room, but right next to the beach, plenty of parking, good food.. Highly recommended!

The coffee machine for the breakfast made a sort of nescafe instant coffee thing - I like a good, strong, fresh-brewed coffee. This may be difficult for the number of people, but it's the only thing I could criticize

The view from the room was wonderful. The staff were excellent. The location perfect. Good choice at breakfast. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The other guests were all Spanish but very friendly. The staff on reception all spoke excellent English.

Disappointing that the only disabled toilet was on the 1st floor in the restaurant. The shower floor was very slippery & no rails to hang onto. The swimming pool in the photo looked much larger, shame it was in the shade. The only outside space to sit in was on the roof but far too windy to sit up there.

Very good food. Some places tend to have more choice, but everything was excellent, so more choice was not needed. The hotel is in the second row from the beach promenade. Really steps away from the sea.

At the time of my stay, the street was dug up and workers were building a sewer system. So all day you could hear the noise of excavators and trucks. This is not the hotel's fault. It's just that the windows are so weak that it didn't prevent the noise. I asked for a room change but the hotel was supposedly full.

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay here after selling our home near Denia and returning to England. Centrally situated, with the seafront and restaurants a couple of minutes away. Our room on the 10 th floor was huge with great sea views and a small balcony. Highly recommended and at a bargain price.

Fast and efficient check in. Fabulous room with super sea view and little terrace. Very clean. Bathroom had a bath with shower. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the staff there were excellent. I had to change my reservation at the last minute and the receptionist did this for me no problem. 2 minute walk to the fantastic beach and walking distance to loads of good restaurants.

There was nothing that I didn’t like - apart from that my stay here was too short and I didn’t get time to use the spa!!!

Clean, comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Two pools, one primarily for kids and one quieter. Both nice. Good location near great beach and lots of shops and restaurants and the beach promenade.

Everything was just fine except our room on the 2nd floor was just above some loud industrial vent, and they kept working all night long. The room itself and the bathroom were just fine.
