Basic room but clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. 1 minutes walk from a free car park and close to the beach and restaurants. Use a keypad to get into the building and the same number for your room.

Facilities are limited so no hairdryer (even from reception). A little noisy as the room keypads are loud. Hotel needs a sign. We arrived after 10pm so the building was closed, Google maps said we had arrived but nothing to give the door a name! There was a number to contact on the door but nothing else.

good location, many nearby cafes and restaurants, beach is also not too far by walk. I particularly liked that they use a code to open the doors, so you don't need to worry about losing your keys.

The bathroom was quite small, and especially the shower was extra small, couldn't even turn. The walls are not sound proof at all, I could hear all noises in other rooms/in the hallways.

The staff is nice, the hotel has an elevator, it is near the beach. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner is working great albeit it's a bit louder than usual. The hotel is always open, you don't need to carry a key card around because the doors are on a pin which is really great.

The room was quite small and the shower was tiny (could be better if it was renovated a little bit). The air conditioning unit that is outside is quite loud and the internal unit needed cleaning the air filter very much - the dust was collecting even on the outside, this is an easy fix (just cleaning the filter usually takes less than half an hour and makes it much more hygienic)

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. Large free carpark 100 meters away at Port of Gandia • Keys: Check-in and registration was done online in advance, and we got the access codes from the receptionist who was kind and welcoming. • First impression: The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood, which was clean, safe and quiet. There was a lift to get to the top floors. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There was no kitchen facility as this was a hotel. The bathroom was clean, spacious and well equipped with good hot water. • Bedroom: There was one large room with two double beds. The place was clean and well maintained but was a bit cramped as we were four adults. • Amenities: There was free internet and a TV • Particulars: We found free parking in a residential street near the hotel. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

The location was ideal - away from the busy beach but close enough to access. There were a lot of restaurants and mini shops nearby and near public transit. The room was bright and the outdoor space was an added bonus

The bed was too firm for my liking

Very pleasant staff. Room good size and bed comfy. Took dog with us and there was an enclosed balcony with fake grass for dog.

Asked for coffee which was not delivered. Coffee machine, but no coffee. Outside light not working. Room quite basic, but for the price was good value. Required to pay an extra €15 for cleaning as we brought dog. However there was no extra cleaning required. This should be quoted on website before booking. Dog slept outside and caused no mess.

Loved the kind and accommodating staff. Room was spacious with beautiful view of the city. The facilities were clean and the beds were comfy. Perfect place to stay for traveling cheaply in Gandia w others or needing privacy.

I stayed here. Everything was excellent. The treatment from the young woman at the reception. A clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location. Everything was 10/10. I recommend the visit. Thank you.

Fact no kettle fridge or microwave in room we had to go downstairs to reception to use above items

great location, very friendly service, online check-in with code for doors in case of late coming.

a bit noisy and old building, maybe I’d like to clean room a bit more thorough, but for this money I think it’s ok to stay.
