Wonderful experience! The room is well furnished: someone clearly has put thoughs into it to make things work that well together. Frienly and open staff. Great fasilities with everything one would need! They also give a dog bed, a bowl, a toy and some treats for our dog. He loved everything and was the happiest!

The pool is a joke, it's no deeper than 50cm and very small. That might have been stated somewhere, but we only looked at the pictures and imagined a proper pool, which it clearly is not.

To be honest, this hotel is really beyond my expectation. Before I arrived at Vitoria city, my friend recommended this hotel to me, after I lived there for two nights, I really love the service there. The room is very clean, big enough space, with a big window which gave me a nice viewing outside. What's more, the front desk ladies are so kind and helpful to me, a new guy first time visit this city. At end of my visiting day, I found there was an open-air swimming pool on the roof, with a great view of the whole city. Definitely, I will choose it again if I come to Vitoria next time!

Perfect location and lovely facility. The room had everything I needed during my 8 days stay. Took me about 5-8 min walk to the central parts of city. Lots of nice parks nearby and supermarkets.

The only thing annoying me was the traffic in the elevator, which led to queue and sometimes up to 5 minutes of waiting to use the elevator. But luckily I lived on the 3rd floor, so it was possible for me to use the stairs. Not easy if you would stay in the 8th floor… But I would still choose this hotel once more!

The whole building was spotlessly clean, and we had a very large, stylish room, a well-appointed bathroom with excellent bidet pistol beside the toilet. It was easy to find the block, and parking was straightforward, although they do have limited spaces. Motorcycles (and we were among them) had spaces between the cars. The environmental standards are second to none, and the rooftop area was a delight. Although it was a studio apartment, it did feel much more like a hotel that happened to have a kitchen in the room.

No recycling separation in the apartment, just a bin. One wonders that anything placed there will just be thrown away rather than sorted and recycled. However, if you sorted it out and took it down to the reception area, you could use the recycling bins. None of this was publicised.

This place is perfect: great location, within walking distance to Vitoria's old-town, spotlessly clean, very modern and functional. I want to say that the longer you stay, the better it gets, as it has many amenities. The common areas are great and functional. So if you are planning on exploring Alava and Biscay, then you can easily use this as a base.

Honestly, everything is great. Maybe parking price was a little higher than it should be. I was able to get a better price in the public parking right next to Kora by purchasing a 5-day pass (Bono Viajero). Even though I did not use their parking, it looks very functional, though. The only other thing is that wi-fi functionality in the room was spotty at times, although when it did work, it was fast.

Nice room with good soundproofing and a kitchen with everything we needed for a 5-night stay (including a brand new sponge, which every apt should have). Received good help from the staff when any questions arose. The studio received a refreshing of towels & sheets midway through our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this is a great concept, well executed.

Minor observacións: the plates were too big for drying rack & the self-service laundry app (run by a third-party) was a little tricky and does not easily allow you to remove credit card after use, but everything was generally functional.

It's a great place to stay. Excellent location. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely somewhere we'd stay again.

Finding the car park was a challenge. We lost and parked close by. An issue that needs sorting. Walking from the hotel, we were stopped and asked by another arriving guest, for directions to hotel and hotel car park. The cafeteria opens at 8:00am, but doesnt do breakfast until 10am. Understand things done differently, but if you're travelling on, would be great to start day with breky! The amount of "paperwork"/"admin" pre checkin could probably be massively reduced.

Facilities in the room as there really was all equipments you may need ; the location is great as the town-centre is like 5/10 minutes walk away and so it is the train station; The floor was very quiet which is always a plus. Although we did not need any particular assistance the staff were always smiling and greeting.

Honestly I can't think of anything which was really annoying. Perhaps, the complimentary room-cleaning service could be conceded for a minimum of 3-night stay, rather than the current 5-nights.

Beds superb, check in superb the staff were great. Shower was excellent. Door opening was brilliant as a code is easy.

We had booked a twin apartment so we separated the beds a bit wider ourselves and clumps of dust took the shine off what looked immaculate. No washing machine so our fault we should've checked the spec. We were going in at over €100 for a night rather than the €70 option so I was a bit gutted I hadn't checked the washing machine. Great location for our gig at Helldorado so ticked that box. Lots to like, I just expected more for price.

Good location, lots of places for parking neabry, both free and paid (parking lot). Clean and well-sized room, very quiet and having all one needs for toilet, bedroom and kitchen.

Everything was good, it's not in the most central location, but close enough to the city centre. We had a small issue with the temperature regulation of the water in the shower and sinks, but it was not a big deal. We mentioned it at the reception desk during checkout and told us that they would look into it.
