Do something with your communication with clients! Right after making booking I recieved message from you . Without "hello", without "appologize" just stating "there will be no bacon and no scrambled eggs at the breakfast". And some more paragraphs about what will be or not be. Firstly, you should say that before I make booking , secondly you can say something like "hi" when you start your message, at third you should say "sorry" if you are telling me this. This all was missing. That was very unfriendly. More funny was that scrambled eggs were there when we arrived, so you made me feel sad wrongly ! The hotel is perfect. Just the messages you send should be a bit more personal. Not like this. Thanks!

Very clean, and as a disabled guest, we were given a room next to all the amenities, which was very much appreciated, thankyou. The breakfast was exceptional, as there were quite a few choices, and everything was fresh. The staff were very helpful, as my son had an accident taking the trays back, (all the pots fell off unfortunately) once he'd got over the embarrassment we sent him back to help the staff member clearing it away, but she declined. So on that point, we wish to thank her. "Thankyou!" We ordered room service, which was a local pizza service. It was quick, hot and very tasty, and good value...a good service!

Have stayed at this hotel previously. it meets our needs for a one night stopover on route to ferry back to UK as fairly close to motorways. easy check in with helpful reception. the rooms are a reasonable size and have all you will need. Bed is comfortable with crisp sheets, there is a bath with over bath shower in a reasonable size bathroom. if you require dinner there is a restaurant opposite hotel which serves a range of meals at reasonable prices. the breakfast is good with a good selection which is replensihed.

we had a room with interconnecting door, locked so nobody could gain access, but we could hear voices from that room through the door.

Comfy bed, bath and shower in the bathroom and really liked the Dove toiletries. On arrival we were given a room with a double bed, as requested, but it was on level 2 which is apparently a ‘smoking in rooms allowed’ level. We were immediately moved to a room on level 1. Although the room was smaller it was much more pleasant. Very quiet throughput our 4 night stay. The ice machine just next to reception was a bonus. Breakfast was very good. All staff were very efficient and friendly. Taxis never took long to collect for a journey into the centre (approx. 15 euro journey)

Good facilities in bathroom of wheelchair accessible room. TV now showing news in English and other languages.

Toilet continued to flush all night. Light bulb not working in bedside lamp. (Both reported in morning) Magnetic catch on entry door would be useful for wheelchair users to keep the door open on arrival as it is difficult to push against a strong door closer.

Great location and this property is always wonderful value. Adequate parking for a large vehicle which is very important to us. The Restaurant (Aldae) opposite is also highly recommended.

Check in and Check took a long time. It wasn't possible to have a full invoice on departure. However the property promptly emailed this as promised so all good.

The welcome reception after a long drive up the country (this must be a usual stop off for holiday makers or business people). The room was adequate for our needs and a good sized bathroom where a hot shower was awaiting us. There is also free parking which helps when you have a van. There is no restaurant but the one just opposite the hotel was perfect in every way and reasonably priced, I suggest not taking a hot meal, their sandwiches and beer are simply fantastic. Breakfast was easy and well nourished, the staff were very helpful. This is an excellent choice of stop off hotel which was really what we needed. Than you to the entire team.

There was nothing not to like, it was a great stop over stay hotel.

We were given a room for a disabled person. We liked the wet room with a shower. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The heating and air conditioning was out of order but Gysel came to the rescue with a couple of large blankets.

The light above the full length mirror didn't work and a wall board which held the luggage stand fell off the wall as we took the stand down.

Hotel is just off motorway and was very convenient for ferry. Reception staff were friendly and really helpful on our arrival. The room was larger than expected with everything clean and tidy. Bed linen was fresh and crisp. the breakfast in morning was busy due to families travelling home after Easter break away but staff were able to keep the place clean and replenish the breakfast bar.

The coffee machines in the breakfast room were the slowest I have used. Created a short Q but not a complaint, an observation.

staff were brilliant, we had a problem with our classic car 1967 , the staff were able to help when International breakdown were not. Breakfast was really good , rooms were very clean , we intend to go back next year, resturant just a few meters away.
