Very smooth reception-less check-in/out. Good appliances (especially the two ovens), several USB charging ports in the bedrooms and a nice large TV. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, clean. Quiet and at a great location -- close to town centre, a supermarket next door.

The sofa looked quite unpleasant -- stained and worn out, also a struggle to open/close (would have been much nicer with a washable cover of some kind). The 2 rattan chairs around the table also seemed rough and not ideal for young children.

Washing machine, cleaning kit was really good. PIN entry great with 3 of us coming and going. Towels were luxurious.

No tea towel. The online checking in process when traveling was really stressful. We couldn't get into the carpark even though we had paid because of the lag in confirming the payment. No-one answered the intercom when we were trying to get help to enter the carpark. All the automated messages were in Spanish and we could not understand it.

Everything was good. Clean and modern, location was good. The communication was good through the app. We had a problem with the key access to the car park which was fixed remotely in a few minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

This was no problem for us but a warning if you are not so confident with using mobile phone apps as a key to let yourself in and to communicate with hotel staff this might not work for you. There are no staff in the hotel to help you in person.

I cannot fault the actual apartments - they are decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean in an excellent location. They were extremely comfortable.

The check in process was very stressful as there is no real human there and you are relying on codes and technology which doesn't always work. You can ring a buzzer at the entrance door on the street and speak to a real person but it took several attempts as you are ringing a call centre and it was impossible to hear each other over all the talking. There should be at least 1 real person to help with check in if there are problems. Also there is no signage in the parking as to how to get into the building - we met many families walking around lost in the parking.

Great location an easy walk to the centre and close to the bus and train stations . Very clean and comfortable

I asked for help to call a taxi and this was a service they said they didn’t provide . This was disappointing as every other hotel I stayed in did this for me . With no Spanish this would have been difficult for me to do -so I ended up walking

Location is amazing, hard to beat. The rooms are very modern (spanking-new) and clean and very very comfortable. All in all this was a great place to stay.

The check-in process is the weirdest I ever experienced. Everything is web-based but lots of quirks made this a less than ideal experience. How hard would it be having one or two people at the reception? This is a whole building and surely the extra expense can be easily accommodated given the revenue that this place generates every single day. Also, the TV remote didn't work on the first day, then fixed. The sofa beds collapsed: there was a problem in their structure and if I simply sat on their lower end I risked falling on the floor. Lastly: beware if they ask you to pay for a deposit. I was charged twice for the same deposit and it took a few days for them to return them.

Location was great. Would be good to know the location of parking before paying.

Instructions for microwave/oven would have been really helpful Sofa bed seemed a little unsteady but we only used it for a child so it was ok. Not sure it would have been good for an adult (unless there was an instruction we didn’t have to make it secure)

I did request a cleaning pack but didnt get one- it was free and i wanted a washing machine tab No stress though

The apartment is clean and functional. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a lift.

There were no kitchen things at all. No tea towel, soap, dishwashing pods, etc. You had to buy a 'cleaning kit' to get these things. Most properties provide a bottle of water, or a few coffee pods, tea bags and milk to get you started but this place gives you absolutely nothing. The apartment is entirely digital or automated. You need to have a smart phone with a data plan in order to stay here.

Inside is very nice, a good quality bed, nice kitchen with a complete furniture, washing machine, dryer.

Lacking of personal, be careful, the reception is virtual! So, if you have a problem, and your phone is not working, or without Internet, you have a problem. Definitely not for everyone.
