Hotel Abades Nevada Palace

Quite a large and a modern hotel; Nice and helpful receptionists; Nice breakfast; The old town is easily accessible by public transport.

The parking was full therefore had to park on the street; The swimming pool is way smaller than ir appears on the photos plus people competing for sun-beds since there are not enough of those; During the check-out I got charged for two waters and two juices, the only thing that was in the fridge - assumed it was a welcome drink since there was no minibar pricelist in the room.

It was an interesting building shape and the room design was sort of Japanese inspired. this was cool and not very common. The staff were friendly and helpful when we called them at night trying to find the entrance to the parking garage. Considering this we felt safe in what seemed like a fortress. The price for the hotel is a value, absolutely worth it.

We came in at night so it was very confusing to find the entrance to the parking garage since there were not many lights. The place was like a fortress but after we called the hotel, the staff were helpful at directing us in. So I guess we felt very safe staying there.

Clean, good facilities & professional staff. We arrived early & had room to offer us without a wait. Helpful & polite reception staff. Large hotel so facilities are good. Parking is safe, secure & large spaces.

Pool was closed. Outside & now open until June, despite 30 degrees plus each day of our stay. Annoying but hey ho!

I like the size and comfort of the beds. The location and surrounding stores. Some of the staff were kind and helpful.

I didnt like that some of the of the dining staff completely ignored me at breakfast when i presented my self in the morning. I didnt like that the carpet in the communal areas where torn or dirty, it gave a very bad impression of the quality of the hotel.

We stayed for a night whil moving houses. The reception service was great, room and bathroom comfortable and we'll equipped.

The hotel is a bit ran down, would need to be updated. Wall imperfections need fixing.

Easy and good value overnight parking, great location for the metro into the city centre.

The single beds are very light and moved around which my husband didn´t like. The toilet was complicated. I would prefer a separate bidet.

A great location for us. Lovely rooms, wonderful views. kind and professional staff, decent breakfast, nice pool and outdoor bar. We'll come again.

Hotel never got the WiFi to work in our room over three nights. This was a real problem in our case

The room was very basic, there was nothing extra like a coffee machine and some others items that one expect in the room. restaurant wasn't open for dinner. Pool was closed. The Hotel went thru some hard time, needs some care and an upgrade, for sure no 4 star hotel that it was at one time.

More amenities in the room and the facilities need to be open.

Gorgeous clean rooms, lovely views, amazing waterfall shower. The staff were friendly and hard working. Like many people they do appreciate it when you try to speak a little spanish

It was a shame there was no kettle in my room, although there was a microwave which kind of filled in!

Everything was good, nice restaurant , good meals ! The staff was absolutelly helpfull and kind.

Half pension dinner not include any drink (even water) , there wasnt any parking place in hotels parking had to search around.
