An excellent hotel particularly if you are staying over to visit the Alhambra. Two buses lines No. 33 and No. 13 are available to take you from the hotel to the centre of Granada or to the Alhambra. One route is every 10 minutes and the other route is every 20 mins. It takes about 30 mins on the bus to get right into the city centre and only about 8 mins to get to the Alhambra. Price is only 1.40 euros per journey. The owner of the hotel explains all the details when you check in. He is so helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and immaculate. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple and reasonable value for money. A croissant, tostada, orange juice and coffee or tea. Various butters jams and spreads were also provided. You need to park up in the street and check in, the owner then gives you the remote control for the garage and a key for the lift and explains how to use them.

After a 4-year break, back in Albero. And beautiful, as always. Home away from home. Rooms cozy, comfortable and spacious, spotlessly clean. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, near the Alhambra and is very well connected to the city center (bus stop practically in front of the hotel). You can park in front of the hotel for free. Nice home made breakfast. Don't let the 1 star fool you. This place is fantastic. I highly recommend it. I can't thank Pepe enough for his kindness and care. I hope we will be coming to Albero for many years to come :-) Simply, the best place, ever.

A lovely wee family run hotel with small but comfortable room and en suite facilities. Breakfast was just right and the staff - all family were helpful and obliging, including assistance and guidance to park our campervan in the underground garage. It is situated just by the Number 13 Bus stop, and 3 stops away from the Alhambra - cost of bus fare is only 1.40 euros.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful owners, especially Pepe who - speaks very good English and - gave us a lot of information about buses, places to see, etc. Nice and clean room, very comfortable bed, clean and well equipped bathroom. Good breakfast for only 4 EUR, properly secure parking in hotel garage for only 8 EUR per day. Excellent location : 10 min bus to Alhambra ( No.13, bus stop outside ) or the city center ( No.33, bus stop 2 min walk ), only 7 EUR for taxi to Alhambra or the city center. Highly recommended !!!

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Our room was cozy and well furnished. The bathroom was clean, there was hot water all the time. The service was very kind. The hotel is located in a quiet location, with a great sunset view. We travelled with toddler and we rest very well. The hotel is not located in the city center, however there is a bus which frequently goes to the center, and at least there is no problem with parking the car. Alhambra is located like 30 minutes on foot. The hotel definitely deserves more than 1 star.

The host was very helpful giving us a map, explaining the best public transport ways into town and to The Alhambra. The hotel is a quirky design, all rooms are on one floor accessed along a winding corridor from the front to the back of the building. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. You can park around the hotel in side streets but it was very busy, even at a quiet time of the year, we took the option of parking in the underground secure garage (€8 per night - well worth it for peace of mind). Breakfast was a simple affair of bread, croissant and tea or coffee plus orange juice but was adequate.

Pepe was very friendly and gave us lots of information about buses, travel, etc. He speaks very good English. The room was small but adequate. Main road very close so not able to keep the windows open because of traffic noise. AC available in the room. Breakfast was continental style but all we needed. Again if we asked for something different or extra Pepe was very happy to accommodate our request. Underground parking was extremely useful to have. Although, the area was tight to negotiate. But not impossible. Very close to the Alhambra Palace. Bus stop outside. Also 2 mins walk to bus stop into town.

I booked this room last minute for its reasonable price and location. What I got was a super comfy, cheerful, good size room, heated for comfort due to the cold weather, and friendly and accommodating owners. I would have stayed longer, but all the rooms were already booked for the week. Great location if you need to stay near Vithas Granada Hospital or take the bus into town. Breakfast is available and there are a few coffeeshops nearby too.

There's nothing I would have changed!

We loved the amazing friendly welcome, all the tourist information that was provided and everything was clean. Hotel Albero has a really lovely welcoming feel to it. The location is great, easy to find if driving to Granada and very handy to catch the bus into the city and the Alhambra.

- Very nice staff. - The rooms looked nice and clean and the beds were confortable. - Quite area.

- It is very difficult to find a parking place there. There is a possibility to park at the hospital nearby, with 12 euro a day, but you will have to carry your baggage more than 400 meters. - The breakfast is very poor. Don't choose this propery just because they have breakfast included. We had breakfast in the city. - The hotel is pretty far from the main objectives to be visited. You have to walk more than 1 hour to the city center or to pay 7 euro for a taxi or 18 euro for an Uber.
