We love staying at Ibis Granada, this is our 2nd stay, and we can highly recommend it. The staff are always so happy to help with information and were cheerful every time we spoke with them. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the a/c was a life saver. Breakfast was great, in fact every meal we ate at the hotel was delicious, and so much more convenient than going elsewhere. My husband availed himself of the pool in the hot afternoons. It is close to public transport, service stations and a Carrefour shopping centre. STAY HERE!

Nothing, honestly!

I've had to stay overnight in Granada on two occasions recently while my mother was in the hospital. Both times, I stayed at the Ibis, booking late in the evening for a late arrival. The staff is always welcoming and professional. The room is clean, quiet, and has a nice comforter. The breakfast buffet is good, as well.

Because I'm having to stay without prior notice (I haven't packed), I'd love if they had body cream in the bathroom. Kind of a personal request.

There were plenty of free parking spots in the area,very comfortable if you travel by car. The room was as expected,clean and comfortable. There are some restaurants in the area,supermarket, fuel stations, fast food chains in walking distance.

There isn't something that I didn't like,if I need to write something is that there wasn't a plug at both sides of the bed. In the defence of the hotel,there are enough plugs in the room.

Room was simple and perfect for a one night stopover on my way through Grenada. The bed was simple yet comfortable and clean. The desk worked as I had to do a few meetings while there. The window was large and had great light but didn't open all the way as I was on an upper floor so it was a little hard to get fresh air in the room. The hotel itself was clean and had a few courtyard areas and restaruant/eating areas. The underground parking was nice and easy. There is street parking too but it was a bit industrial with other hotels and businesses around and I wanted a little more protection. There is a Carrefour within walking distance which is nice for supplies on a road trip.

The shower went from scalding hot to ice cold with no warning, meaning the mixing valve was either cheap or non existent at the shower. It sufficed, but was a bit uncomfortable at times. Also, while I liked that the shower gel/soap/face wash was provided and not a bar of soap like in other hotels, the bathroom didn't include hair conditioner or any lotions. The room was very basic and didn't include things like a refrigerator.

Location, location, location! I used to travel with my family. After travelling most of the countries in Europe. I just understand that when I am planning to visit new places/cities, the first thing I would look for is if there's a Ibis hotel in the city. The best thing I love this hotel is very efficient, nice staff, fast check in/out, and you always have a private parking! Usually you will find out that Ibis are located next to gas station, big supermarket which is really what traveller like me with a whole family needed! Late check in/out hours and late breakfirst(until 11am!) is also a plus for the stay. And the price is always affordable. This ibis in Granada is also awesome, next to gas station and restaurant, Lidl supermarket. 15mins drive to the Alhambra palace. Rooms are clean, place is safe and everything seems like a "Ibis" standard. Highly recommended, very family friendly hotel. Another good thing is, on the 3rd floor of this Ibis hotel, they have a pool!

Price not too bad, facilities were clean and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was really clean. Convenient parking on site for 6€ per day and easy to get to the city centre.

Room 205 was right next to the stairs and it was pretty annoying from 7am. Area not the best, but good for parking. We had to deal with a family with several kids / teenagers that thought it was a good idea to spend 3h running around the first floor & shouting.

It’s an ibis so pretty much what one expects. Staff very helpful nice premises with lovely outside space. Room pretty standard. Very spacious parking garage. Great breakfast.

Location whilst fairly close to centre was a bit of a trek to get into town on public transport particularly since weather was very hot.

Up to Ibis' usual high standard. Lovely clean room and comfy bed. Adequate breakfast and eating area kept cleared and cleaned promptly. Nice courtyard for sitting out in, sadly we didn't have time to use the Pool but looked lovely. Bus stop close by to take you into the City Centre but only a 20 minute walk away

The location was perfect. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The court yard garden was lovely to sit out in, especially with having our 2 dogs with us.

Unfortunately, the aircon was still in winter mode, and it was a hot spell, so the room was very warm. The reception staff did make us aware of this when we checked in.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There is a small patio you can sit in during the day. Breakfast was very good and the staff was nice.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city centre and bus and railway station. However, Granada has good and frequent public transport service and two buses stop near the hotel.
