Very upmarket feel and quality of hotel. Unique design of room was cool, with the floating TV in the middle, huge rainfall shower head, good lighting and plug sockets in useful places. Very central location, close to the key tourist sites and literally round the corner from buses that take you to the Alhambra. Room has a mini fridge, safe and good storage space.

Couple of points to note, it is a hotel on only two floors so not many rooms, which means it's close to the street but excellent sound proofing keeps out noise. The AC in the room is either the quietest ever or doesn't really come on as even on highest setting you don't feel the heat or cool air. Finally the spa is only open 12-8pm and requires pre-booking for €15 per guest, we didn't get to use it unfortunately.

Very centrally located. Easy access by bus or taxi. Impressive sound-proofing! A nightclub was right outside our window and we could just barely hear the people who congregated outside. Comfortable bed. Enough places to put luggage and clothes. We did not get the breakfast option, but a light breakfast of coffee and toast was reasonably priced. There was a refrigerator and tea kettle.

Water didn’t drain well in the shower and the bathroom had a musty smell. There was a good size table, but only one chair. TV has a very bright LED.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. It felt very clean and modern, and it was a comfortable place to stay, on many levels. The room was relatively large, with a good amount of sunlight. The location was excellent, in walking distance of virtually all the major sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

On the whole, I didn't have any major complaints. My experience of the breakfast was mixed. Unlike most typical hotel breakfasts, it was not a buffet breakfast. Rather it's in a sit-down restaurant where you order off a menu. On the one hand, that can be nice for those who want to experience a slow, leisurely breakfast. However it would have been nice to have had a quicker breakfast option for those who have sightseeing plans for early in the morning.

From start to finish of our stay, we've felt looked after, informed and comfortable. The view is unlike any experience we've had previously. Our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the Plaza took our breath away. The view is so stunning that it leaves a feeling that you can't view it enough. The air-condition is of prime quality, and you won't even need to cool down in the shower during a heat wave; that's how effective it is. The style of the hotel is true to the photos, and the location of the hotel makes for a perfect base. Quiet, yet local to what, in our opinion, is the most beautiful part of Granada

Some of the finishes in construction are a bit rushed, but for the price, this is no issue. It looks and functions as intended.

- The breakfast is alright, but not great. The issue is not per se that you order breakfast instead of having a buffet, but that the products are rather mediocre. - The parking garage they recommend is a product of nightmares. So narrow it makes even economy sized cars struggle.

Great location, soundproof rooms, very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The room was a little hot since the ACs were turned off and you cannot control them in the rooms, but we called front desk to ask for a portable ventilator and it was brought to us immediately so we were able to sleep. The decoration in the room was nice, very modern.

The bed was super comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. The eggs Benedict with pork breakfast was great. Bus 33 from the Central Bus Station dropped me at the Cathedral bus stop on Gran Colon, from where it was less than 5 minutes walk to the hotel.

The TV didn't have any English news channels. The BBC World Service channel didn't work.

A fantastically central location, right in the middle of the old city (five minutes from the Cathedral) and only a short stroll away from all of the main sights - including many restaurants, bars, and the Alhambra. Also well connected via public transport to the bus station and (if you don't want to walk up the hill) to the Alhambra, again. Rooms were nice, with very spacious bathrooms, and there is a restaurant/bar downstairs.

The pre-check in communications were a bit too much - with messages by email and WhatsApp asking for registration, including a screen that seemed to be asking for payment (rooms were paid via Booking.com in advance). The windows are reflective during the daytime, so the rooms have a great, unobserved view over the Plaza Isabel; note that they are not sufficiently reflective for this to be the case at night, when lights in the room are lit. Some of the finishes in the room could do with a bit of TLC.
