Hotel is really nice, most important clean. Each room has a coffee mashine and a water kettle. The beds are comfortable. The view from our room was on the city center, and is beautiful. On the 4th floor there is a large common dining room with a kitchen, which contains everything you might need in the kitchen. Above it is an open terrace, for smokers or anyone who likes to sit outdoors. In a word, a cute and cozy boutique hotel

We chose this hotel because it says that there is secured parking. What we found is that there is no parking of the hotel, nor anywhere in the center for free, also you are not even allowed to drive through certain streets, which creates chaos. In the end, we got a list of parking places for which we paid €20, for one night!

Comfortable beds and spacious room & bathroom for 3 people. Very easy access to Granada's main points as it is located right at the center of the city. We had the chance to leave our luggage in the hotel prio to check in and after the check out so we could explore the city luggage free. Definitely recommend for short travel with friends.

Since we visited during a local holiday the location was a bit noisy. Celebrations were taking place on the street until late at night and the noise was reaching our room. There was also some smell of food from the restaurants on the street below. The room was very hot at times since the temperature is regulated centrally. We were not provided with small towels for face/ hands.

The location was excellent, I loved my room and how everything fits into the space well despite the toilet and shower being small. I loved the sunlight coming into the room too through the two balconies and the floor-length mirror, and everything was also quite clean which I appreciated. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was clean which was good. I also appreciated that the room was cleaned at a reasonable time whilst I had left the room and it fresh and new when I'd return. I don't usually spend much time in hotels when I'm traveling so I'm not the fussiest, but I found myself looking forward to returning to my room and wanting to enjoy my time there because it was so nice in the daytime!

It was quite loud outside some nights but I don't think there's much that can be done about this due to the location. I also didn't like that one of my balcony doors was not frosted meaning people could see inside the room, so I'd have to close the curtains if I was changing/didn't want others to see me. I was in the room alone but if I had someone with me I'd also want the bathroom door to be completely frosted too as it's right in front of the bed!

This was not the first time we stayed in the hotel and would stay there again once in Granada. The good things there are location (hard to beat), views from the balcony (partial view of Alhambra AND the snowy Sierra Nevada), overall set-up of the apartment and its cleanliness. An excellent value for your euros, especially if you booked it a while in advance.

Wi-fi was not available the first night, however had no issues from there on. There were calima and cigarette leftovers (apparently smoked by somebody else before us). It does make sense to be more attentive when cleaning the balcony. Pressing your head (or pillow) against the top of the bed would turn on the light in the bedroom. Annoying to have this several times during the night. Would propose that Sierra Nevada views are included into the apartment description - for us this was more exciting (especially Sierra Nevada with snow) that something of 'Alhambra' that many hotels try to associate themselves with.

Location is really stellar. It sits on the Plaza del Carmèn, and it takes only about 20 minutes to walk to the Alhambra and/or the Albaicín. It’s surrounded by bars/restaurants. It was a very small room, but as a solo traveler that wasn’t a problem for me.

The shower stall is quite small and the curtain likes to cling, making it feel even smaller. Not the worst thing but it’s a little uncomfortable.

Location excellent. Breakfast was good and also liked the use of the kitchen. But there was no corkscrew in the communal kitchen. The size of the room would have been OK but there was a third unneeded bed in there making the room very cramped a sofa bed would have been more use then we would have had somewhere to sit instead of just 1 single chair to sit on. Also the bathroom was very cramped and the sink was far too big for the space kept walking into it as couldn't easily get passed the sink.

The dining room is free to use for everybody outside the breakfast time, which I hound very pleasant. It is also allowed to keep small amount of own snack in the fridge. The tableware can also be used, as long as you wash your dishes.

No air conditioning. Thus, I would not recommend this hotel during the summer. Fortunately, Granada is rather cold in the other seasons. There was no table in my own room. Nevertheless, this caused no harm for a business traveler like me as it was possible to work in the dining room. The breakfast did not always start on time. There was also no lactose-free milk. Thus, if you are lactose intolerant, bring your own milk and keep it in the fridge on the dining room.

Good location, plenty of hot water & clean towels.We asked for two extra pillows & we got them ok.Nice touch the slippers! Comfortable large double bed. Had a good quiet night sleep. Nicely decorated room. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

The room for coffee etc.. on 4th floor was closed at breakfast when we went up at 10am so could not have a cup of coffee, also on arrival day the coffee machine was out of order.

The location was fab as it’s in the city Centre and the staff were friendly and nice to us.

The air conditioning system is auto, each level of the building share the same temperature and you can’t control it. I didn’t like that as it was hot and we could not control the temperature as other people from the same floor felt cold and asked the staff to raise it.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and the administrator was very nice and helpful. View from window was quite nice aswell. So overall location is super good. Highly recommended:).

Around 10pm almost everyday. Some protestors or bands will start playing. Because of this it was hard to sleep long. But in the positive view. We got more stuff done in the day.
