A very nice and cozy hotel/apartment collection. The rooms are very nice - it's a little bit like getting a hotel-quality room except there is no 24h reception and other things you'd expect in a hotel. It was very clean, located in a nice area and inexpensive - nothing to complain about.

The only thing is that the hotel stuff wasn't very nice to us. We booked a room with twin beds but got a room with a single bed. When we called them to change it, they were first telling us that we booked a room with a single bed and when we told them that this is not what the reservation says, they just said it's impossible to change it now and hang up on us. Left a bad taste in my mouth because I don't like it when people aren't kind but the place itself was good.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We arrived pretty late and reception was closed but they provided us with access codes for both the hotel's main entrance and the room. We were planning to use the hotel's car park but, since we arrived after the reception closing time (5pm), we had to go to a public one. The staff did recommend us a few.

The breakfast is at a nearby cafe and it was pretty good. Just the language barrier I guess, but the cafe staff were a bit suspicious that we stay at the hotel and had to go back and ask for some paper from reception to confirm. The receptionist was surprised as well.

Location was great. Manager was terrific and helped with parking the car.

We managed to get one of the two parking spaces available across the street but another guest had parked so badly we had difficulty accessing the park. The manager came down and assisted but had to climb over and around the other car to get out! When we went down to the car the next morning (through the neighbouring hotel because the gate was shut), luckily the other car had vacated but l had to climb over from the passenger side of the vehicle into the drivers seat because we were parked against the wall. Also the breakfast supplied was available at a cafe up the road but not until 8:30am, the time of our admission tickets for the Nasrid Palace, so no breakfast for us!

Location was extremely central, safe, and easy to walk around after we parked in a garage a few blocks away. (Parking Victoria, very clean and well lit place) The front entry and self check in was smooth and the room door had a code pad so no key necessary. Loved the entry area with the bubbling fountain. Room was sparkling clean and larger than expected!! Even had a velvet couch, and the polished marble tile floors looked great. We ended up adding a second night and feel we got a great value for the price! Highly recommend. Also shout out to Deleite cafe on the corner a few doors down. Best custom 'made with care' sandwiches--5 star reviews and delicious!!

Loved this hotel. It was spacious and absolutely spotless, clean. It was in an excellent location, walking distance to everything I wanted to be around & see. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The check in process was easy, even though I came after their reception working hours, the man on the phone sent me an email with all clear instructions and he also talked me through them on the phone. The staff booked me a taxi when I checked out, and I couldn't have had a better stay in a better location with better service. I highly recommend it.

Nothing to say. Everything was great! And exceeded my expectations.

Location was great for our little trip. It's on a bus route from the train station, or you can walk it in about 30 minutes. Room was a great size, beds really comfy. There was a kettle in the room <3. The little courtyard was so sweet and in keeping with the style of houses in Granada.

The shower drain smelt a little after showering, standing water etc. but otherwise the room was pristine clean. There was a fountain in the courtyard that runs till about midnight, not an issue for me as I sleep with earplugs but might be for light sleepers.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel, the entrance hall is stunning. Check in easy, no keys all electronic on codes. Beautiful room, with a four poster canopy bed with en-suite. I was worried when I found that my room was next to a bar, but I needn't have, there was little or no noise. Heating provided by ac on hot. Shutters on the windows to keep out the light. Nice TV in the room. Superb location for Granada, for shopping, restaurants and bars and walking distance to Alhambra.

They give you one of these tea-tray set ups for tea and coffee, where the kettle is built in. The lead isn't nearly long enough to get to the socket, so you have to have the tray hanging off the table. No spoons or stirrers and the kettle hardly fits under the tap to fill it. The guy on reception could smile a little more ... There are two emergency exit lights in the room, one in the bathroom (thats OK - close the door) and one in the room, so there is no complete darkness in the room.

The guy at reception is full of energy and very happy to help with directions, recommendations, and even booking things for you. The room is big with a 4 poster bed. Nice size shower (no hitting your elbows on walls here lol). Plenty of storage space. You're in walking distance to everything. I think it was maybe 20 minutes to Alhambra. AC worked great.

There's no minibar fridge so you've got nowhere to keep your drinks cool. Also, the central location is great for the most part BUT it can be very noisy late into Friday and Saturday nights (right up until 4am-ish).

Lovely clean, comfortable, quiet spacious room in a building with character in a central location. Arrived late and were sent detailed instructions on how to access the building and room. If you don't have breakfast included try the small coffee place really nearby called De Par en Par - great Spanish breakfast of coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and toasted bread with tomato sauce/ham/cheese. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. It felt like a boutique hotel in a central and old part of the city. Diego, the host at the hotel sat us down got a map out and drew out all the best places to see and eat. He drew out the Easter procession route and. although we stayed clear of that early in the day, we came back down from the Flamenco cave, Sacremento, area in the evening and caught the procession in a narrow old street next to the river and we really got the atmosphere of the occasion. We only less than 24 hours here so Diego's highlighting with the map was spot on!

There was nothing we didn't like. The breakfast was in a cafe restaurant around the corner and was easy to find. The food was nice and the fruit fresh and delicious.
