It is at the perfect location with all attractions in walking distance. It is also not a long walk for us to walk from the train station with a small suitcase. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The room size is decent with everything we need. We are really happy with the roof top and the pool with the panorama view of the city. The breakfast is also good with decent amount of options. The staff helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport and it worked smoothly. There are only very few (4?) rooms on each floor and it is quiet. We don't hear much noise from streets either.

We did not drive a car so not a problem for us that this hotel is in a pedestrian area. For people who has a car, it can be a bit inconvenient to park.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The regular breakfast was very good and my friends were delighted with the array of food. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a very good nights sleep. It was quiet. We really loved the roof terrace which had fabulous views over the city. The hotel were also very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out which we really appreciated. .

There were a couple of small things the hotel could improve on. First of all while my room was comfortable, the plug in the sink was stuck. My friend had an issue with a lock in her room. The hotel did their best to get the situation sorted out as soon as possible. However she did have to spend one hour in the bathroom. She also had a problem with the AC in her room and the hotel eventually brought up an electric fan . On the positive side in order to compensate us for our inconvenience the hotel did offer us free breakfast and also did not charge us for the items from the bar.

Loved the location. Centrally located. Easy walk from the parking stalls to the hotel and to explore the town. Right in the middle of things but very quiet inside the room. We got a terraced suite and it was gorgeous! The rooftop pool had incredible views, though we did not use it because it was chilly out. Only regret is not staying longer!! If we come back, would stay here again.

The address in google maps is back side of the hotel and you can’t enter. There is a sign on the door with the correct address. Update the google address and also note the actual entrance location in emails/ postings for a less stressful guest arrival.

The staff were exceptionally kind. We couldn’t find the hotel and we texted the hotel to say we were lost. One of the staff actually came looking for us and even rolled our suitcases back to the hotel for us! The attention paid to design in the hotel was excellent and the housekeeping was very good. Loved the cheekiness of the hotel key card. Shower facilities and towels were great! We were especially impressed by the front desk staff. We had breakfast at the hotel and loved it!

This facility is tucked away in a very desirable area of the city with easy walking to local restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast is sufficient and they had a good selection of food and the outdoor pool location has beautiful views of the cathedral. The size of the rooms and bathrooms was quite good by Spain standards.

The outdoor area had smoking, which made it less enjoyable to be outside sometimes and the elevators were like a maze with the construction going on.

Before arrivel I got plenty of info on where to park and other expectations of services. The location and room were perfect, also very helpfull and friendly englisch speaking staff. They helped organise a Flamenco dance. Beds were very comfertable in the deluxe room, breakfast was varied over the difirent days we stayed. The hotel even arranged a discount on the parking space. Even after I might have forgotten somethin I apped them and they replied very fast.

The location was very central and relatively close to the main historic areas of the Alhambra and Albaicin - both within walking distance. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The optional breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The rooftop relaxation area and pool, although relatively small, was a real bonus for both late afternoon wind down in the sun and the stunning views of the whole city.

Perfect position in the city centre, very helpful and prepared staff. We had the suite which is very wide and comfortable. In addition, the staff prepared the room earlier than the check in time to accommodate us, since our daughter was sick and we needed the room asap… thanks again

Fantastic central location. Easy walking distance to all the sights of Granada and easy access to restaurants, cafes, helados (must check out heladeria los Italianos). Hotel is clean, well maintained and quiet. The location is also just off the beaten path, while still maintaining its very central location. The main door is on a pedestrian only side street (the entire are surrounding the hotel is completely pedestrian friendly). The rooftop patio has tremendous views of the city and a fabulous place to read or hang out. Note, there is no parking at the hotel. You must park at one of the public lots and register your car with the front desk. We parked our car at "Parking Victoria," which was a very short walk to the hotel. We have stayed at other "Room Mate Hotels" and this hotel did not disappoint. Highly recommended for value, location and amenities.

Fabulous hotel, a short walk from Recogidas tram stop and within walking distance of all the diffèrent places of interest in Granada. Loads of Tapas bars close by in the evening and enjoyed the pool to cool down in the afternoons. Having a fridge in the room was useful as it is baking hot in August. Reception staff were helpful in organising visits.
