I loved this hotel. I did 3 weeks in Spain and this was my favorite place by far. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I read reviews about noise on the street so I asked for a quiet room which they accommodated with no issue. My view wasn’t great but everything else about this place made up for it. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It is also on the same street with tons of restaurant options and within walking distance to all the major sites and neighborhoods. I would definitely stay here again.

As beautiful as the courtyard was, it looked like the breakfast area was not. There are plenty of breakfast options super close though.

The room was very comfortable and suitable for our needs. The mini champagne with glasses was a lovely touch as a couple on their honeymoon. The argan oil shower gel, body lotions etc in the bathroom was a nice touch. The aesthetics of the room and hotel were lovely. Great location too.

We noticed that there was no bottled water in the room and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which would have been good to have had. We also noticed a slight sewage smell from the area around our bathroom toilet which wasn't so nice.

Very good location at the city center, with a big variety of restaurants really close by. Really convenient to visit the city without a car. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was big, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and beautiful rooftops view.

It has 2 bars right next to it, that open until 2am during weekdays and 4am during the weekends. It gets very noisy at night. This is not the hotel's problem, but it's something to consider if you need silence to sleep. The breakfast is ok, but very little variety to choose from. Wouldn't recommend for 11 euro per person.

Amazing place to stay- everything about it was fantastic. A great place to relax , the decor, the attention to detail- scented candles, colours used throughout, layout of area- ie lounge , dining area stairways, landings, the bedroom- all created an ambience of peace and calm. It was like going on a retreat-, l loved it! The breakfast selection was wonderful.... On of the best places l have stayed in for a long time. Great location from which to explore Granada. Thank you so much for great stay.

Everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the old town. The room was large, very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful with our sightseeing desires. Navas street tapas bars were literally right below us and it was an easy walk to the cathedral and the Bib-Rambla. Just a 10 minute bus ride to the Alhambra. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was just okay. We would have liked some warm options.

Great location-in the heart of Granada. Cool renovated palacio with nice, clean rooms. Small but bathrooms nice size and well equipped. Despite being in busy area, was pretty quiet and able to rest. Staff onsite for any needs.

Parking garage was convenient but super tight spots and super tight turns in and out-just be aware. Had no difficulty finding it and short walk to the hotel.

Location. The helpful staff. Nice breakfast Lovely light room at the top of the building.

We were in one of the top floor rooms-lots of surrounding bars. We arrived during the Corpus Christi holiday-so very noisy until the early hours of the morning on our first night.So earplugs a must if you’re a light sleeper. No noise problem the rest of our stay.

Location is great, you will find a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff is very kind & helpful - we faced some issues with our AC and hot water and they solved both in a professional way - problems can happen and it matters how you deal with them.

Our bathroom was with a bad smell coming from the drains. Breakfast is okay, but with very limited options. The parking that the hotel has partnership is not 24hrs - for this reason we did not use it.

From the moment we arrived till we left it was excellent. It was super clean and comfortable the decor was beautiful and our room was full of character just loved it. The breakfast was tasty and freshly laid out with plently of selections. The staff are sooo friendly and made our birthday trip wonderful. Great situation fab bars on both sides of hotel THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF and we will visit again.

I liked everthing!!!

The location was excellent. Located on a road with a huge choice Tapas restaurants and cafes's - walking distance to all the locations you would want to visit while in Granada. And despite being in a very central location it was not very noisy. The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We arrived very late in the night and were quite hungry - the very helpful gentleman in reception put together a plate of ham, cheese and bread for us.
