I had a delightful stay at this well-located establishment. The hotel's proximity to local bars, restaurants, and shops was incredibly convenient, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a vibrant and accessible area. The family suite I booked was not only cozy but also accommodated our pet, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The attention to detail in ensuring a pet-friendly environment was much appreciated. One standout aspect of our stay was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, which left a lasting positive impression.

While my overall experience at this establishment was positive, there was one notable inconvenience that I encountered. The absence of a private car park on the premises was a drawback. Unfortunately, the nearby private parking lot was fully occupied during my visit, which resulted in some difficulty finding a suitable parking space for my car.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. All together a 5 star.

Unlike two other hotels I stayed in on the same trip, there was a kettle in the room (and coffee/tea/milk and sugar all there too). I love a coffee before I do anything else for the day, and I like it made weak - so the individual sachets are perfect as I can control the amount I want to use. The wall art is phenomenal, and really brightens a room. The hotel is minful of water conservation/environmental issues, and has a unique way of letting you tell them you do not want your room cleaned and, if you use it, they give you a code so you can have a tree planted instead. There is a great view from the roof terrace. And the staff were very helpful and happy to recommend a range of places to eat/flamenco shows that are worth seeing. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. They provide, for no extra charge, a shoe shine kit and also a bag for your dirty clothes so you can keep them separate in your suitcase. I already take a bag specifically for this, but so refreshing to see a hotel provide this for free.

The breakfast was not great. The eggs and bacon were cold, not even luke warm - despite me arriving as soon as breakfast started. Their pastries were okay, not spectacular, so don't feel breakfast is worth the additional charge

Location was good, the apartment was clean, the bed was confortable.

The bathroom setup was weird. There was no wall when you get out from the shower, the toilet was separate but had no sink in the same space. Very unconfortable. The blanket was not inserted into a linen, there were 2 sheets below and above the blanket, the entire night we were fighting with the sheets. No wardrobe. No spaces to park the car, we left the car 30 minutes far from the hotel. The breakfast was poor, the food was finishing quickly and it wasn't replaced, you had to ask for plates, food, bread, cuttlery, because they were not replaced in time. The quality of the food was low. Pretty expensive considering the quality.

Lovely little hotel to stay in, very close to the Alhambra, Catedral, and general centro areas. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and nice. Breakfast at the hotel was very standard and easy. We stayed in a suite space which was perfect for the family and our dog.

The room is advertised as coming with air conditioning, which is a must have for Granada in the warmer months as a traveler. The AC unit in the suite was working, but wasn't powerful enough to cool off the loft area where the second and third beds were, making it an oven up there. The reception desk was lovely and gave us an extra fan to help cool off the space, which worked and it was fine in the end, but frustrating that the AC didn't work well enough to actually cool the room which resulted in lost sleep.

The staff were helpful and kind. Rooftop Terrace with a beautiful view!

The room was small but very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is wonderful; close to lots of shopping and restaurants. It is a charming, quiet little place located in the old part of town on a narrow street. We were able to take a public bus from the front of the hotel to the Alhambra. The staff was friendly and gave us excellent directions. The breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again if we get back to Granada.

A trivial issue, but please provide hair conditioner in the shower!

The room was colourful and comfortable with cool airconditioning for the summer heat. The receptionist was very helpful in a few recommendations that I asked about and the checkin was very easy. The hotel was a a very good location with a short walk into the historic centre or a short bus ride up to the Alhambra. The breakfast was nice with a selection of hot and cold buffet foods.

The window to my room looked into the atrium so it didn't feel very private, I kept the curtain closed. This also meant you could hear other guests coming and going to rooms through the glass.

The staff were all lovely - we were greeted with a smile and a hello by the cheerful receptionists every time we came in and left, and the breakfast team were really efficient and helpful. Good location, next to the C30/32 bus stop to the Alhambra and only 5/10 minutes walk from the main tourist areas around the cathedral, river etc. Lots of cafes and restaurants around (including 3 vegan restaurants!), and a supermarket just up the street. The hairdryer in the room (I didn't ask for a professional one) was good and powerful. Really good wifi which managed to cope with backing up all my 100s of photos and videos of Granada! The aircon was a bit confusing but really effective once it got going. Nice views from the rooftop terrace. Our room was very quiet at night. Breakfast was quite a small selection but did the job.

It was fine but it wasn't what I was expecting from the 4* rating and design-y photos. The hotel has only recently opened under this name so I was expecting everything to be newly refurbished but that's not really case. There were a few tired bits in our room - missing catches for the shutters, the bath had been repaired and the shower seal had seen better days. The room was large enough but had hardly any storage. We paid extra for a room with private terrace which was a bit more public than I'd imagined - we came back one evening to find two strangers sat on the little sofa outside our room having a smoke! There's no cocktail bar as advertised on the Booking.com listing, just a small selection of drinks available to buy at reception.

We received a very warm welcome from Marina. Staff is wonderful. This hotel is a real gem and very centrally located. The decorations are very original and colorful. The room was big, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good!

Parking the car was a bit of a nightmare as a few of the nearby car parks were full when we arrived during a busy afternoon. In the end we found one 15 min walk from the hotel that was open 24/7 (Congresos). Hotel is great though and they will give you good advise and authorization to to drive to the hotel. Just give them your licence plate number when you arrive.
