I had a delightful stay at this well-located establishment. The hotel's proximity to local bars, restaurants, and shops was incredibly convenient, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a vibrant and accessible area. The family suite I booked was not only cozy but also accommodated our pet, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The attention to detail in ensuring a pet-friendly environment was much appreciated. One standout aspect of our stay was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, which left a lasting positive impression.

While my overall experience at this establishment was positive, there was one notable inconvenience that I encountered. The absence of a private car park on the premises was a drawback. Unfortunately, the nearby private parking lot was fully occupied during my visit, which resulted in some difficulty finding a suitable parking space for my car.

The room was colourful and comfortable with cool airconditioning for the summer heat. The receptionist was very helpful in a few recommendations that I asked about and the checkin was very easy. The hotel was a a very good location with a short walk into the historic centre or a short bus ride up to the Alhambra. The breakfast was nice with a selection of hot and cold buffet foods.

The window to my room looked into the atrium so it didn't feel very private, I kept the curtain closed. This also meant you could hear other guests coming and going to rooms through the glass.

The staff were all lovely - we were greeted with a smile and a hello by the cheerful receptionists every time we came in and left, and the breakfast team were really efficient and helpful. Good location, next to the C30/32 bus stop to the Alhambra and only 5/10 minutes walk from the main tourist areas around the cathedral, river etc. Lots of cafes and restaurants around (including 3 vegan restaurants!), and a supermarket just up the street. The hairdryer in the room (I didn't ask for a professional one) was good and powerful. Really good wifi which managed to cope with backing up all my 100s of photos and videos of Granada! The aircon was a bit confusing but really effective once it got going. Nice views from the rooftop terrace. Our room was very quiet at night. Breakfast was quite a small selection but did the job.

It was fine but it wasn't what I was expecting from the 4* rating and design-y photos. The hotel has only recently opened under this name so I was expecting everything to be newly refurbished but that's not really case. There were a few tired bits in our room - missing catches for the shutters, the bath had been repaired and the shower seal had seen better days. The room was large enough but had hardly any storage. We paid extra for a room with private terrace which was a bit more public than I'd imagined - we came back one evening to find two strangers sat on the little sofa outside our room having a smoke! There's no cocktail bar as advertised on the Booking.com listing, just a small selection of drinks available to buy at reception.

We received a very warm welcome from Marina. Staff is wonderful. This hotel is a real gem and very centrally located. The decorations are very original and colorful. The room was big, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good!

Parking the car was a bit of a nightmare as a few of the nearby car parks were full when we arrived during a busy afternoon. In the end we found one 15 min walk from the hotel that was open 24/7 (Congresos). Hotel is great though and they will give you good advise and authorization to to drive to the hotel. Just give them your licence plate number when you arrive.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and wanted to ensure we were happy at all times. Everyone, from the front desk to room service was so helpful and we really enjoyed it. It is centrally located to Alhambra and downtown. We were able to shop, eat, and visit the Alhambra without taxis or car. We are definitely planning our next trip and will use the same hotel. There is nothing not to like!

Location is nice and central, everything is close by and there is a bus stop to Alhambra right in front which will take you there in 10min. Staff is very friendly, and provided us with a map and a whole list of places to visit & restaurant suggestions. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a side street so nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine, had all the essentials.

If you are sensitive to light when sleeping, bring a sleeping mask! The green emergency exit light above the door is very bright and stays on, even though all lights are turned off, which is very annoying. The staff & hotel is aware but doesn’t inform you, which they should as it affected my sleep very much. Also, be aware parking is not at the property, but in one of the public parking places around so a reservation is a must in high season.

Lovely, nicely decorated hotel. The room was comfortable and had good amenities and toiletries. The staff (Maria) was super helpful and provided many tips for the visit. Super tasty breakfast with a good choice of products. Beautiful balcony with a great view. Central location near the town centre and Alhambra. Highly recommended!

All was good. Layout of the toilet/shower area which was separated with glass doors only was a bit unusual, but not really an issue.

Very cool and cozy hotel. The staff was really kind and helpful. A real team. Near to the Alhambra and near to the city center. The bus to the Alhambra is just outside the hotel and it takes you there in 10 minutes. The Mirador de San Nicolas is 15 min by bus. Make sure you check the little terrace. A good chill after a day of visits.

Excellent location for Granada’s main attractions. Well equipped room and comfortable bed. Very helpful reception staff (thank you Irene).

Rooms need much better soundproofing on street facing windows - this is a very busy and noisy area on Friday and Saturday nights (and it goes on all night). Bathroom smelled damp - tiling needs attention in places? I would prefer hard floors.
