Superb location, within walking distance for most places. The hop on hop off train even stops near the hotel. We arrrived at 7am and there was staff to greet us. He allowed us to store our luggages and told us there's bathrooms to use if we needed to freshen up. He even offered sofa on the first floor if we needed to lie down a bit! (But we didn't) There's also elevator which is good as there's a total of five floors and we stayed on the fourth so it's useful especially after a long day of exploring the city. The room was also spacious and the toilet was also quite large.

There's no fridge in the room which would be a nice to have if we are bringing back fruits and drinks. Even though the bathroom is large, the showering area is quite small. There's also lack of hooks to hang clothes and towels. The walls and doors are really really thin, we could hear everything outside and also from the rooms next door. We could even hear the water running from other rooms. On one evening we could even hear the dialogues next door very clearly!

Excellent service provided by Nuria and all the staff; cleanliness of the rooms; proper room heating; big bathroom with a bathtub and shower (water temperature and pressure was fine); the beds were really comfortable and big (we had two double beds and a smaller twin on a side). Perfect location in a quiet spot by a pedestrian street, shops around, tapas bars nearby and a Carrefour Express supermarket only 50m away (great for inexpensive breakfasts you can take back to the room: upon request you can have an electric kettle).

Loved everything, if we had to point something out it'd only be that a couple of times we sensed a foul smell coming out of the bathroom sink (sewers?), and also a minor thing with the hand shower bracket fixed to the wall which was a little worn, so there was really only one position for the shower, otherwise it'd just tilt down and spray the water towards the wall, forcing one to just lift it and use it manually (no big deal).

The hotel is located within walking distance to all the attractions in Granada. The room itself was comfortable and the blackout blinds were great for sleeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the rooms was a nice touch.

Like most places in this price range, you hear a lot of noise through the walls. No mini-fridge. The shower was all hand held with nowhere to rest the shower head

The hotel is very conveniently located and suited our needs perfectly. The room was very clean, nice and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The temperature in the room was perfect, even though we didn't use the air condition and it was quite hot outside. The staff was very helpful and we had the opportunity to store a few groceries that needed a fridge the night before our departure.

We like to sleep with the windows open and we were on the first floor, so sometimes it could get a bit noisy (people passing by in the night talking loud or morning works). But in general, it is a nice pedestian street. Unfortunately, the wi-fi connection was very bad in our room.

Located right in the heart of Granada downtown, just a few steps away from the Cathedral. The reception was kind enough to let me drive straight to the parking with which they have an agreement, which is a mere 10 mins away from the hotel. Got a double room although being the only guest, since it was available with a discounted price through the Genius membership, and I wasn't disappointed: room and bathroom were both big, spacious and clean, and calm despite my room was located on the street. Stayed one night only, but I definitely recommend for longer stays.

- First of all, the staff is outstanding! Extremely helpful and super friendly! Just lovely! - The place is a bit retro which I kinda liked :-) - Great location in the centre, yet in a quiet area. - Great value for money. - Very clean, towels changed daily (although it was not necessary). Wouldn't mind having a card to mark whether we need the towels changed or not. - Very comfy beds. - There's AC in the room and heating which was appreciated in March. - There's an elevator. - Nice breakfast spots right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

- WiFi is horrible. - The noise at night. We could hear every other guest around us, especially as they moved furniture; I guess it was not padded. The noise was horrid and we couldn't sleep one night. - The room could use a kettle and cups.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are countless restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I even discovered a small vegan place (La tienda de los unicornios) that offers delicious breakfast and the best chai latte.

In room 110 there were problems in the bathroom with the sink, which was clogged.

- central location, everything in walking distance - comfy beds & pillows - big rooms - very friendly and helpful staff, 24h reception

It felt too expensive for what you get (maybe that was because of the weekend and central location), due to the following: - very poorly soundproofed towards neighbouring guests and the aisle. When they're flushing or showering it feels like they're right next to you in your bedroom. - the faculities are quite old. - no safe.

Location is really in the centre of the city. Everything was clean and fresh towels were delivered every day. Room was spacious and bright.

No view from the room. We had a balcony but you should see just a building across the street. Small elivator that was a little claustrophobic, but we could use stairs instead.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little dated but very clean and usable. Really helpful staff. We had a slight issue with our room, but the staff fixed it immediately. Location was great- about a 5 min walk to bus stop, 2 min walk to plaza de bib-rambla.
