The staff are brilliant. We got to granarda to find our hotel the inglaterra.hotel granarda.wich we paid for 6 nights.had cancelled on us due to our holiday firm jetline holidays we came 20th.leaving 1st.october. so we had no beds .and we had paid though jetline holidays. To find our room been cancelled .so I panicked.but lucky I went on booking .com got 1room in casablanca Hotel. Had word with the lovely guy on reception told him what happened..and he had word with management. And told us we can have room for remaing 5days .not only that 2nd night they upgraded us to buetiful lrg room .they are truly brilliant. Hotels spotless nr all shops .and train that takes you through city tours.op.breakfast very good.i give 10 stars excellent from us thanks so much.all I need to do now is to get my money back from my holiday agent for hotel inglaterra we diddent stay but .got treated badley and staff were really rude .especially the guy on reception well done hotel casablanca xx

The location is GREAT. Everything is close by and there are many shops and tapas spots around. The staff was so warm, helpful and welcoming. Check-in was very simple and quick. All the facilities worked just fine. Honestly a very enjoyable experience overrall, I am very grateful.

The room wasn't properly ventilated. The window view wasn't the best.

The gentleman working nigh shift from 12th to 13th September was a bit too aggressive on silencing us when we came to the hotel. Taking in account it was 4am and we were loud, his reaction was a bit too over the top. Then he came to silence us to our rooms also panicking, which he could have done in a more mature and calm matter.

Front desk staff was great! 10 minutes walk to most all attractions and restaurants. We did not do the daily breakfast, but it looked like the had out plenty of good choices.

Room was not as clean as you would hope for. We found more then a few hairs that were not ours. Room did not have a refrigerator with we enjoy to keep waters and a few afternoon beverages cold. Property is lacking amenities. Would probably not stay again.

The location was great, and the room was comfortable and very clean.

The room could have done with a coffee machine or kettle etc. As most people will prefer a drink when they get up rather than having to wait to go out. There were noises during night (perhaps staff or other people returning at 2-3am) which could disrupt your sleep

Very nice hotel in the heart of Granada. The hotel freely supported us with early check-in, and we left our luggage on the next day. The room was quiet and clean.

Breakfast options were a little poor – around 9 o'clock only sandwiches, corns, and some fruits were available. The air conditioner was not powerful – we set the maximum cooling, but it still was hot enough.

Location is excellent. It is right at the center of Granada. Hotel facilities are good. My room has a small balcony. Bed is the most amazing part, very comfortable. Value for money. Staff are very helpful, they arranged taxi service for me going to the the train and bus stations.

Nothing really. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Will surely comeback. Highly recommended.

Receptionist very friendly, room was spacious and clean. There was a smart TV in the room. Big shower. Good AC. Very good location, super central

I was in the block where the breakfast area was meaning it was quite loud on a morning but nothing major

Breakfast was good. Had enough selection. Hotel was in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities in rooms was sparse. Glasses would have been nice.

The parking was confusing. We went to the wrong parking garage a distance away from hotel. Had to hire a taxi to follow as the streets are hard to figure out and Google maps didn’t help. A lot of re routing.

Clean and excellent value for money. Well-situated; close to the central eateries and buses to key tourist attractions. Friendly staff and a nice coffee vending machine.
