Location was perfect. Close to everything. Met my expectations.

The room smelled like smoke at first, but they resolved the problem with their little air machine.

Perfect location, close to everything. No need to take a public transport. When I arrived, the requested iron was waiting for me at the reception. When I realized that the fridge wasn't in the room (included in the price), they brought me it in 10mins. Bed very comfortable, just the size of the room a bit small. Staff very helpful. Wifi working perfectly. The restaurant on the terrace on the 6th floor has a delicious food and it's really cheap.

The cleaning service could be a little bit better. The heating stopped working and when they gave me the portable heater, it blew the fuse.

Great location, with parking just across the road. The bed was very comfortable and a fridge was a nice addition

No hooks in the bathroom, towels had long black curly hair on them, the bathroom tap was awkwardly placed and one bedside light didn’t work

I was on a Business travel, I didn't stay much in the room. In the evening when I arrived in the room, I could have feel the scent of the cleaning materials, bed impeccably arranged. Extremely kind personal, speaking English.

I don't have nothing to object. Everything was impeccably.

The hotel was extremely good value for money, even providing a limited but perfectly acceptable breakfast in the rooftop bar area. Staff were again very helpful, booking us a good Flamenco evening. It was only a short walk to the centre of town, and even the Alhambra was within a good walk. We did not use the bar or restaurant in the evening but it was there if needed, but did not affect our sleep either

Central location, close to the main tourist sites. Good breakfast.

No problem with the hotel, but visitors should be aware that if arriving by bus (as we did), the centre of Granada is a good 45 minute walk from the bus station, and it would be advisable to get a taxi (particularly if dragging cases).

The hotel is located very close to the center. The personel were very helpful. Breakfast menu was short but the meals are tasty.

The rooms on the main street side are loud. The sockets and light switches are 20 cm above mattress so in the middle of the night you can switch full light with the pillow and this is really terrible. I had to use wound tape to stick the switches in the one position.

Excellent location. Secure under ground parking for car / motorcycle. Just a few minutes walk from the main centre and the exuberrunt life of Granada ! This is a central city location so, it does have its limitations in terms of views / balconies etc. However the upper cafeteria areas is half enclosed and half open terrace which is nice in good weather.

For a central city location at a reasonable price, we had no complaints at all.

The reception staff should learn more English. For a hotel and in the center of town, surprisingly, they do not speak to much English.

Room was clean, free of any smells. Facilities all working. No noise from outside. Staff was very friendly. Room cleaning service was great. Opens all time, coming back late is not a problem.

Not very sound proof, can hear neighbor snoring. Bring ear plugs if you mind it. Some rooms have windows opening to the central yard, so not so much view.
